FRUAD FRUAD FRAUD. !!!!! ILLEGAL! Although specifically stated “NO KEEPING MY CARD ON FILE”!!! Was ASSURED credit card would not be kept on file ! They decided to charge my next months rent at there own discretion… THATS FRAUD ! Illegal ! I’m not even staying another month.HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED! I called Goldenrod RV Park on Friday and spoke with Emily. I have heard great things about the Rv park, how friendly, clean and that the rules were followed there by friends. Well Emily was rude on the phone, but I decided to go drive through the park and check it out. There were kids out after dark and after quiet hours. The fence was broken and the parks equipment isn't working properly. I was very disappointed and will not be renting a spot from there. Here are some pics I took to show how the Rv park really looks. This RV parks looks horrible and Emily is rude.

1 March 2024 I received a $100. a month raise in rent. No washers and dryers that work, no bathrooms that are clean, roads that flood and are like driving on the moon. Weeds in park are taller then 4ft stickers all over. $475. to live in a dump. People play music all hours of the night. Dumpsters overflowing. There was no management for a month. When we originally moved in they claimed to be Veteran friendly, I'd hate to see Veteran unfriendly. None of the so called amenities like WiFi ever work either. 0 stars is what this place deserves.

Poor management, there is trash always strung out from the trash cans. The manager has a problem with talking poorly about the residents of the area. It is nice and quite being out in gardendale but otherwise I would not recommend it to anyone.

It is a nice place to live and pet friendly, going on 3 months and my kids love it here. Everything is really clean and Emily at the office is really nice and helpful.

Emily and Jenn are really good managers to work with and they keep the park clean. Would recommend for family's to stay. Dog friendly and really quiet nights. My husband and I have been here for five months and we love it.

Not lying when I say that Goldenrod is worth more than 5 stars! Moving from a big city to Gardendale has def had some Culture shock but I love it. Management is great! Emily and Jennifer are awesome! Every time I’ve gone up to the office, they have been nothing but great and I am always happy to see them. It never gets to loud during the day and my spot is next to the park, but at night it is so peaceful and just far enough away from both midland and Odessa that you can see the stars, but not so far that commuting sucks.Great service, great location, great management, just overall a great atmosphere!

Really enjoyed my stay at Goldenrod RV Park. Emily and Jenn have really gone above and beyond to upgrade the property. They've done a lot of updates, and made the place very welcoming. They also are good about communicating with residents and resolving issues in a timely manner. If I ever need an RV/camper spot near Odessa again, this is where I'll stay.

The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. I’ve been here for a couple months now and they’ve been great with the crazy schedule I have. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re staying in the area. Also, rent is cheaper so that’s always a plus! But huge thank you to the women in the office, y’all are the best.

When I started at this park everyone seemed very kind. Things quickly changed when they switched managers and then it was full of drama. The manager is never in the office even when it is stated on the door the office hours are from 9-5 Monday- Friday. Nothing ever gets done when it is promised to be done or fixed and when you confront the manger she gives a pity party about her life or would blame corporate .I ended up spending more money just keeping my spot maintained then just going to another better and cleaner park. I had a bad ant problem and when I confronted the manager she told me to buy spray and do it myself that she didn’t have time. Same thing was said to me about the stickers and cleaning up cigarette butts in my yard. They claim to be pet friendly but that could not be more far from the truth. You can not walk your dogs anywhere without them getting stickers in their feet. The dog park is filled with weeds, stickers,poop, and no shade . I tried to pay rent with a check and no one was in office for me to pay. They made it very difficult and then would turn around and threaten to fine me $85. I tried to meet them multiple times and when I would go up there no one would show. I finally contacted corporate when I had enough. When I did the manger at the park called me and spoke very rudely and unprofessionally and claimed, “ we do not have to accommodate you. You have to accommodate us.” I finally had enough and left. If I could give zero stars I would.

Jenn and Emily both have been absolutely phenomenal! I couldn’t recommend this park enough! Even one of my coworkers moved in to the park! The managment are always keeping us informed on what’s going on around the park and they accommodate very well! Plan to stay here as long as I can, work willing.

Me an my family was here over 10 years. Was alot better with previous management. Manager is very rude. And obviously cut-throat. Park is very trashy and nothing gets done. Highly not reccomend this place for nobody. Not kid or pet friendly ANYMORE... shameful how this place is now. And their corporate office dont give a care in the world. And to anybody else whose there, i would leave before you get accused of harrassing other tenants. Find something worth your money. This isnt it

Second time staying at this rv park , and will definitely stay again.Restrooms always cleans , laundry facility always clean , playground and dog runs as well.Quite rv park never had any complaints about anything.Really nice people Emily always responded when I had questions or concerns, even got a cake on my birthday !Will definitely be back

I have being here since April i travel a lot for work and so far this rv park has being the best one so far, the manger Emily is always one phone call away and always on point and professional, I will highly recommend this rv park it has everything you can ask for

I just moved in 2 months ago, and the park management has been helpful and great every step of the way in getting moved in.The amenities are plentiful, my wife, dogs, and I love the park here and they are constantly updating the park making it more comfortable everyday.

Great place to stay. Very family friendly. Sites are level and solid. Ground holds up well after a rain. No standing water. Amenities are really nice, playground for the kids (granddaughter approved). Plenty of washers and dryers, which is great when working six days a week. The laundry does pile up. Showers are really nice and clean. It really is a nice park for west Texas. If that doesn't sell you to come and stay at Goldenrod RV, then your missing out. The best thing there, is Marsha. She will welcome you like your family, do her best to accommodate your needs. Marsha has Southern hospitality down, even though this west Texas. So if you are ever in the area look no further.

Clean, well managed facility with all of the amenities you could need for a weekend or extended stay for work like me. Fits large RVs or whatever you have. Management was kind and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone!

Stayed three months. Travel nurse working nights. Great place. Peaceful. Plenty of room for my 43’ fifth wheel. Clean, convenient laundry and shower rooms, always easily accessible. Easy to receive mail and Amazon deliveries. Terrific welcoming, support and accommodations from Tom and Marcia. Propane for sale on site. Located midway between Odessa and Midland so very convenient to run into town either direction. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

I enjoy staying in this park! After new management took over it is 100% better. The WiFi works very well and the new washers/dryers do too! The staff is very accommodating to any concerns as well. Everyone I have met staying in the park are friendly and don't mind my kids or my dog!

Absolutely loved staying at Goldenrod.Jitti and Kayla both were so welcoming and accommodating at our arrival. This park works because they have guidelines laid out in the lease agreements and they stick to them. They are quick to react when there are issues.The park is very clean. The laundry is clean and they even have a play area for children and a dog park.If you need a place to stay in Midland or Odessa, this is perfect as it is between them both!Five stars for Goldenrod and the staff!

Great people! They keep the restrooms clean and the property is well taken care of. They have washers and dryers on site, however.... There r 3 washers (and one for work clothes) and 4 dryers for a 70 space RV park. I've only been able to wash there once, pretty frustrating when paying $600/month. Also, wifi is pretty crappy, drops often and loads slowly.

The ladies who run are his park are awesome.For the $ it’s the best around. We spent in total almost 2 yrs there. Since the new owners it has improved by leaps and bounds. Love that’s it’s away from town, but everything you needs is minutes away. New laundry facility , mail boxes , nice playground for the kiddos, package delivery no probs, and park is maintained. They doing upgrades all the time. Only negative was the internet, but they working on it.If we work in midland again we will definitely be staying at Goldenrod rv.Thanks ladiesThe Rues
