Had to return an item that broke after using it a couple of times. Managers Jessie and David went above and beyond to make sure I got a replacement. It required a call to customer solutions, and ordering a new item, as none were in stock. Jessie called to let me know when item was in store. Excellent customer service. Great job. Thanks!

I needed some new latches for my tool box because the key was missing when I bought my truck. This was the only place I could find some. They weren't the exact ones I was looking for so I had to cut the box to make them work. Luckily, they had 2 with the same number on the lock so that means I can lock both with the same key.

We come here a lot, and usually have a good experience, but when my husband tried to use the "extra 5% off dog food" coupon this afternoon with the 10% off everything coupon it came with he was told he couldn't use both. Very disappointed, what did she think "extra 5%" means? We didn't even need dog food yet, but figured with 15% off I'd stock up. I guess I won't be sending​ him to TSC with coupons again!

We visit Tractor Supply about once a week. We really love being able to order things online or on the app. They are also so quick to start preparing the orders and friendly when loading it (We do wish we could simply send a text when you arrive at the store or check-in on the app instead of calling and being transferred, but we think it will be a feature they will add). We usually will place an order, start getting ready and by the time we arrive in town we will receive a text that the order is ready to be picked up. We also really like being part of the Neighbors Club. If you go here a lot, you definitely need to join for the rewards and it makes it easy to see everything you have purchased online in the past year! The website will also makes it very easy for you to apply your agriculture exemption to orders so it makes it less likely you will forget to add it to the items you need. We also opened up a credit card with them and have been really happy with that service. When we have had issues with anything the support staff at Tractor Supply will also quickly resolve any issues and will even call you back to check on the issue. Overall, we congratulate Tractor Supply in making some advancements for busy people that like being able to order online and see inventory at neighboring stores and having the ability to have items shipped to their local store for usually free. I know we have started visiting other stores much less due to the convenience and service we receive at Tractor Supply, not to mention they do beat the prices of their competitors in many areas.

The manager of the store is dedicated to the smooth functioning of the business, and the layout of the store is always well maintained. However, the employee turnover is very extreme, and the prices are higher than other feed stores in the area. Generally, the employees do tend to be more helpful and plentiful.

This store typically has what I need in stock. Unfortunately, you can rarely find anyone to be of assistance if you need something. Since they have opened a self checkout lane, it's even worse. Excellent stock at a competitive price is the only reason to shop there

Absolutely great place to go. Walked in yesterday everyone was very inviting and friendly. As soon as i walked in the door robert jumped into action to get my dog food from the back room with out me having to say anything. I absolutely love this store and the employees.

I've been here many time and I know for a fact I'll be back may more. Great staff (though needs a little improvement in the trailer department.... you never gave up though!). Very friendly and helpful. Prices are good, selection is great!

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been here looking for a specific bolt or nut only to find that whoever stocks the shelves has put something in the wrong spot and the one I need is empty. Good luck finding any stainless hardware here, they apparently order it once a year.Someone needs to go through all the drawers and put stuff where it belongs and order what’s missing. I understand that customers don’t care and will put stuff back wherever, but it’s your job to maintain an accurate inventory.

I would like to know why tractor Supply says they have weekend and evening propane fills to your convenience when went there on Saturday they said that they would be nobody in until Monday to fill the propane tanks I come up here on Monday which is today before 3 and I say there is no one here to fill propane tanks because he clocked out recently and went home so why does this tractor supply conveniently always has no one there to fill my propane tank so I've decided to just stick with Enderby BC at least they are here to fill my tank..so I think I'm done with tractor supply for good not even gonna go there for my dogs food

What can I say about the manager, Ben Read, that hasn't already been said. Between his condescending attitude and how he treats employees it's shocking that he's been in charge for so long. I asked the girl helping me about him and his behavior that I saw, and without skipping a beat she said "yeah sounds about right". The low level employees are what makes this place even bearable. PS. Ben, don't punish and embarrass an employee out on the floor. It just makes you look pathetic.

I'm a truck driver who has delivered TRACTOR supply for over 10 years the manager at your your GAINESVILLE store has issues he chewed me out for holding the door bell to long I pushed for 3 seconds I ask him where his attitude was coming from he was very rude saying he did not have one now he's called my company complaining about me seriously he has done this to 20 drivers I've talked too.. drivers delivering for this STORE beware

Usually can find what I need. It’s always trying to pay for it that’s the problem. You can guarantee every time you come in this store it takes an act of congress to get through the checkout. There will be 10 people in line and one cashier. Then everyone has issues with their transactions. It’s a pain

Customer beware! They have a sick mentally unbalanced person working in this location. I am a driver that has visited hundreds of Tractor Supply stores for more than ten years and they have a worker there that with his body language tries to intimidate drivers all the time. He did it to me more than once and is waiting for almost anything to have a confrontation with other people that includes the way you ring the bell even if you do it for less than a quarter of a second. There could be a bad apple anywhere and that’s understandable but beware this person there is sick.

This Tractor Supply always has what I need. It is very refreshing to have customer service available without searching the store to find it. The stores is always clean and accessible. You will not be disappointed, it is clear it is well managed.

I am a bit disappointed not so much with this actual store in Gainesville TX but with the quality of the product purchased. We tried to get replacement parts for 2 cages purchased from this location. Items were not well made, but due to lack of more inventory we were forced to try and make them work. Tried speaking to an associate about getting replacement parts and was basically told those were horrible cages that shouldn't even be sold in the stores. Luckily the manufacturer came through and I should have a refund in 6-8 weeks due to parts not being available. I have never before had an experience like this with any item purchased at Tractor Supply so it was a bit disheartening.

Bought a rider mower today on clearance. Spent about $1000 and they couldn't figure out how to unlock it from the security chain, couldn't find the manual or the keys and we got it home and the battery was dead as a door nail. Way to go with your non-existent customer service and your complete lack of caring Tractor Supply. Don't worry....we will NOT be back and I'm going to tell everyone I know in Gainesville to never go to your store and why.

Unfamiliar with company return policies and unfriendly to boot. Avoid Ben, the manager, if at all possible. He was unprofessional and down right rude about returning a pair of shoes that the stitches failed on in less than two weeks. This company should soon consider whom they have running the Gainesville store. Someone please help!
