I love this place, I go here to get our dog the best quality food ever. He loves the wet food from this store, called Fromm, and Evanger's dog food. It's the best!! You should go in the store and check it out yourself. The staff employees are very friendly and they will always help you find anything you need. I recommend this store to everyone for pets. I hope this helped out someone.

My wife and I were here earlier with our dog Luna... This place is amazing The young girl at the register was super nice and super helpful.. I think the manager was a young guy but he was so playful with my dog and she loved it.. we will definitely be back.

Still a great store. They have just about everything you would need for a common pet. And the employees that work here are truly animal lovers. The bath area is still convenient but it's a bit run down. Last time I was in there the hook to restrain my dog while I gave her a bath was ripped out of the wall.

DO NOT recommend this dog washing area! I have come here for years & today I walked in & every station was broken. Several said clean & it was filthy with dog hair. I will not be spending my money here again !

Staff is friendly and helpful. The store seems to have what the other pet box stores don't. Lots of different types of dog food(no victor dog food though). Saves me from having to go to a feed store. The prices were very reasonable too. Great place to take advantage of pet washing station.

This store is not only conveniently located, but is well-stocked with the bonus of a knowledgable staff. (And they don't snap at me for taking a dog crunchie treat at the cashiers!Yes, at another store I was told the free sample is only meant to be used by the cashier to calm down or reward a frightened dog. (Won't be going back to the other store!)

Quick and easy to give the beast his bath. Like the latch gate to keep him secure as he tries to escape the bath from time to time. 100lbs of big baby. Blow dry works well so I feel more comfortable with the bath in cool temp weather.

Great location! The store is clean and has helpful staff. We went for the self service dog wash and we will be back! They have everything you need including soap and towels. The customer service is fantastic and the girl even helped us pick out a good brush for our lab for after.

I really like the idea of Pet Supplies Plus. The employees are kind and helpful when you can get one. BUT there only seems to be one employee available in the front of the store, which is not enough. This one employee can't ring both cash registers, help customers in the front of the store and those in the back and answer the phone. When I was there yesterday, the one employee at the register, called for register assistance 3 times that was never answered. I like their products, which are varied, but individually there isn't enough in stock. And lastly, placing an order for pickup, which on the website can "generally be completed in an hour" doesn't happen. I came in 3 hours later, and my small order hadn't been started. It is frustrating because I would really like to shop there.

This place is the best! I bring Biscuit every weekend to walk around and pick a treat or toy. He loves it! The staff has never been anything but amazing. When I bring him for baths, the tubs are clean and shampoos are well stocked.

This place is such a treat!!It's just around the corner from my house, so my dog Georgia (boxer) and I always walk here. The staff are always so nice and helpful, and love spoiling my girl when we come.This place has a good selection of products and you can't beat the quality they offer.There is also a grooming salon in the back!!!Check em out and tell them Ms. Georgia sent ya😉

Dump! I paid for a card for bath and non of the dryers but one works. Soap is water down. Tubs are filthy all the time. Last time I will go waste of money!

Fantastic store! Very clean and organized. Stopped in because we were in the area and needed to pick up some kitty litter for our foster kittens. Everyone in the store was very nice, specifically our cashier Mason. He made our check out very quick and enjoyable. Very nice and respectful and educated us on everything the store offers. He even offered to carry our big bucket of litter to the car! We live out in Aubrey but I would definitely make the drive to come back to this location!

Amazing service, knowledgeable staff (able to answer questions about dog allergies for example), everyone is always friendly and helpful, even down to offering to walk me through signing up for online rewards over the phone! We started coming for the dog wash but we return for the service and won't be going back to those big stores anymore! Everyone is always so friendly, the store is clean, well-organized, and each aisle is specifically labeled making it so easy to find what you're looking for.

Made an online order to get the “25% off curbside pick up” discount. Peter (I’m assuming manager) called me to let me know the size of dog food I ordered was out but he would still reflect the same pricing and the same discount for smaller bags.Excellent guest service!!! I recently began shopping at the Pet Supplies Plus in Frisco at Teel and Eldorado because they carry VICTOR brand dog food. Team members are helpful, always offer to carry out your heavy item, and I can usually find what I need on sale. I'd recommend this convenient and friendly place to purchase your pet supplies.

Great store, its our go to for all the gods we need for pet Luna. They even have a place for you to self wash your dogs. Everything is supplied and its easy. If you plan on using it please remember that your pet is your concern. Keep them safe. Be sure you have all vaccinations especially the BORDETELLO shots. It helps keep everyone safe form Kennel Cough.

Everyone was so nice. Our dog has some anxiety when out in public but everyone there was super understanding and nice. We used the self service dog was which was wonderful! Would def recommend. It really saved my back since I'm usually bent over washing her at home.

I love Pet Supplies Plus Frisco! They are always so helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. The management is always willing to do everything to make my experience the best possible. I also like how they have the buy 10 bags, get a bag of dog food free offer plus they are always sending out coupons on top of that. Great Pet Store!!!

PetSupplies delivery is great! Better deals and faster shipping than Chewy. The auto shipment options aren't great so I prefer to ship as needed. I always receive great customer service on each order.
