Never been here before, the name sounded cool so I said why not go browse . I was welcomed by Morgan, she was very helpful, and gave me, a first time shopper , her insight and feedback on products she’s used for her fur babies as well as the feedback she’s received from customers. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me several different options. Customer service is struggling these days, so I would like to make sure we recognize when someone goes above and beyond and takes care of their customers! I will be back!Thanks again Morgan!

I went in there today for the first time to get some food for my new puppy. Jared gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at any store period. He was very knowledgeable about the products and told me about multiple sales going on in the store. I bought way more than what I came in for and felt like I got great deals on everything. Can't recommend this place and Jared enough. Will make sure to tell all my friends and family.

They are always incredibly friendly and offer to take my large bag of dog food to my car for me. They have the Hill's Science Diet I need for my cats and dogs, and the location is very convenient.

I cannot say enough good of this business (I go to Lebanon and FM423 stores) -- always find an employee willing to help and seem happy to work there (rare these days). Anytime I ask something there is good information given, I also do not feel any push for any particular product or quantity which is very pleasant. The store's return policy saved me a lot as had to try several things before finding the quality food my new adopted cat settled on Fromm's Tunachovy dry. -- Their selection of quality food is outstanding as I am a believer that longevity in good health starts with wholesome good ingredients (only wished they carried Halo small dog breed purée for my elderly Yorkie - but found a Fromm dry she munches on as 'treats' shhh, don't tell her it's food LOL). I no longer buy from any other place. They also have a home delivery service. How amazing is that! Luv luv luv this business!!!

Hollywood feed is a primer boutique pet feed and toy store. They feature an amazing selection of high end all natural and organic cat and dog food products. Their prices definitely reflect the higher quality. If providing your pet with the healthiest and tastiest food and treats is your thing and price is not a concern then this is your one stop shop for your Dogs or Cats needs. If your one of those who feeds your pets the cheapest house brand then this will not be your cup of tea. Also the entire staff I've have met at this location are ultra knowledgeable about all their products. They reflect a positive attitude and welcome friendliness that is rare among retail stores of today. I look foward to every visit at this location whether to pick up food, vitamin supplements or the occasional treat for my dogs I have never been disappointed by anything I have tried here and incorporate most items as staples after I have tested them.

A friend and I brought our fur babies in to get some dog food that we could only find at a couple of specific feed stores, with Hollywood feed being one of them. Fromms which is the recommended feed for Dobermans by many trainers and breeders of the breed.I was sold when an employee asked if I wanted a cart and then brought a pad for the inside with a fuzzy blanket for my chihuahua! Just sold, right there...!They had a lots of stock and a good selection of everything as well as very high quality products, but they also have very high quality product prices. So definitely a place I will ship for certain products like food and wellness items.
