We have two standard poodles, one is 5 years old & the other 15 weeks. We took the puppy in first, for her first haircut & Jazmine did a fabulous job. So much we took our older poodle in today, again they did an amazing job. They had to fix the previous groomers mess ups & did just that. We've finally found our regular groomers after 5 years of trying different places. No other place has compared to the quality of work here at Bubbles N Bones.

Have been taking my dog for a few years now. They do a good job. Once I noticed that my dog go an ear infection after the grooming and I did let them know. They have been extra careful with my dog since then . It’s good when the listen to you feedback and act upon it.

First time bringing my small dog here and he had the best experience. We had no appointment. The staff were super nice and scheduled an appointment same day. 2-3 hours later, I picked him up. He looks absolutely amazing. Very nice blended short haircut. Nails trimmed. The trimmer was very knowledgeable and kind. I will be a regular customer now.

Terrible service. They cut the tip of his ears so I had to treat him for hot spots. On top of that, they did not dry the inside of my dog’s right ear well. I noticed he was shaking his head after the groom, and took him to the vet. They confirmed he had an infection in the inside of his right ear. Never taking him back here again.

I bring my dog in for the first time. I’m not care about about haircuts, but they overcharged me!!! My dog is 30 pounds, they charged for 31+ pounds.)) Scammers??? I was asking refund to the same method (card), they answered unfortunately they can’t do that! I will not be back!!!

Hailey is the absolutely best!! So is the rest of the staff! My big 65 pound staffie has huge issues with nail trims and requires some patience, special attention, and lots of trust from the staff and they are always so incredibly sweet and helpful in doing whatever we need to do to get his nails trimmed. It can be so embarrassing with a big dog (especially one with his stigma) when he makes such a scene. But they don’t make me feel bad or ashamed at all and are so patient. They make me feel like family whenever I walk in with my problem child and the entire staff knows the drill and takes care of us. Hailey is so meticulous and takes the time to really file his nails down despite him making big scary noises. These ladies rock and you truly can’t beat the price! $15-20 (i tip well for his attitude) for a nail trim, always a walk-in! If I had a dog that needed grooming I would not hesitate to take them here!

I brought my fluffy Havanese in on Saturday for a grooming appointment, because our normal groomer had no appointments. This is my second time bringing her here. Now I remember why I vowed to never bring her back here again. I know she had a little bit of matting on her ear & tummy. So I expected her to be a little shorter than normal, but never did I expect the way they brought her out to me. I told them to leave a bit on top for a barrette.. I wanted to keep her teddy bear face…. I didn’t even recognize her when she brought her out. I will never bring her back here. They just pretty much shaved her & that’s it!!!

Been taking my dogs there for close to 8ish years I believe and simply won't go anywhere else if I can help it due to location convenience, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, their excellent treatment of my 4-legged family members that I drop off. This isn't hyperbole or exaggeration either; my dogs are family. Because they care about their customers and understand that fact, I won't go anywhere else. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT STAFF, GREAT CUTS FOR DOGGOS.

Absolutely amazing!! They were recommended to us when we moved to the area and have never disappointed us. We have one of our pups who hates having her nails done, but she does not mind it at all with Alex. We have always called ahead, but they will do a nail trim on a walk in basis. Always quick, easy, professional, and kind! And we love that they are a local small business! ❤️

Horrible Horrible Horrible. They cut my dog under his chin and both tips of his ears. I had to take him to the vet and he was put on antibiotics. It's been weeks and his ears are still scabbed up. You guys are the worst. Never am I coming back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are lazy and neglect the dogs. Maybe not all of them are bad but unfortunately our normal groomer (Will) who was great left and we were stuck trying someone new (sandra?) who apparently was "Good." She was terrible and we will no never go back. Knowing what I know now I wouldn't let them wash my laundry much less take care of our pets. Our dog had an appointment, we didn't walk in. 3.5 hours later we got a call saying he had some mats they couldn't work with and we could pick him up or shave it. So I thought to myself that's odd, what has my dog been doing all day long? She said because he had longer hair and would take a long time to work on she put all the others ahead of him so he had been locked up all day. Our poor guy had been stuck in a small metal crate for 4 hours in a tiny area with dogs barking and was noticeably upset when I picked him up. When I arrived and asked about it I made it clear I wasn't happy and let the manager know what happened. All I got back was a bunch of excuses & attitude from the person at the front desk, zero apology or care at all that our dog was locked up all day for no reason out of pure laziness. Terrible business DO NOT USE THEM if you value your pets well being.

I have been bringing my dogs to bubbles N bones for the past three years. Before that I used to get them groomed at some of the larger pet stores. Those visits were always hit or miss. I am so happy that we found this grooming salon for our doggies! The groomers are always consistent, professional, and friendly. My dogs are never afraid to be groomed here unlike our past experiences at other places. Thanks so much to all the staff at bubbles N bones. You guys rock!

Absolutely love this place! They are great at what they do! Paisley always looks amazing when we leave and she is happy to be there! They care about the history of her so they know how to treat her. She doesn't like crates, so they offer an Express service so she doesn't have to stay in a crate! They let her stay with the stylist! Thanks for always making our girl look beautiful and feel welcome!

I really enjoyed taken my dogs to them, until the groomer that handled my dog left. After she left, the new groomer didn't know how to cut my dog. They wanted to charge me for a special cut. My other issue was the price continued to changed. One week it's one price, two week later it's a different price.

I'm not sure why others haven't had the best experiences here. I have been bringing my 3 dogs here for a couple years and have never had anything but a positive experience. My Great Pyrenees who is very timid around people walks in wagging her tail and leaves happy. I have never seen them mistreat any animal and they have always done a very good job with my dogs. My Tibetan Terrier was matted the last time I brought him in and the groomer did her best to not shave him and spent hours brushing him out. She even called me to let me know what she was able to do and asked my permission to shave near his neck and ears where the matts were too tight. I personally have had nothing but good experiences here and would recommend them.

I have been bringing my dogs here for 12 years. They did a great job. But this last year has been horrible! I have 4 dogs. I show a picture of the cut I want, have a conversation with actual groomer and they still can’t get it right! Today was the last straw. I given them several chances to make it right. They offered no discount no apologies from groomer nothing. I’m done. Looking for a new groomer. So disappointed this use to be a great place, NOT anymore.

I called them one morning and they fit me on right away. My Maltipoo was in some serious need of grooming. Her fur was matted, dirty, long. When I dropped her off they were very sweet with her. She looked like a new dog at pick up! Their prices are very fair and they have a program for returning clients if you book your next visit at pick up. Free nail trims between appointments too! Thank you for taking good care of your furry clients and their owners!

The haircut itself was fine. The real issue is that the haircuts take 5 hours with an appointment and they never call to tell you that your dog is ready, instead you have to call them and hope that someone answers the phone.Which is another thing, no one ever answers the phone. You call and leave a message and maybe they’ll get back to the same day

I took my dog to this horrible establishment and got a phone call saying my dog was aggressive, who has never been. She's yeh sweetest dog ever and we've never had any problems with her being groomed over the last 3 years. When I picked her up she was terrified and had cuts on her paws and bottom area. She was also bleeding from her bottom area and whining the whole night. When I picked her up I noticed that all the workers were very rude to the animals and appeared to be very trashy. I would not recommend this place at all. I wish I would have read the reviews before taking my baby to this horrible place.

I was pleased when I saw my dog Winston after his haircut. They did a great job! I liked the chart they had to let you pick the length of his cut. Took about 4 hours which they said 3 to 4 hours. I will use them again.

i actually cant believe some of the reviews that I just read. We moved to Texas 6 years ago. My dad brought his Shih Tzu to the Frisco location, which is the first grooming place he tried. My dad loved this place and never took his dog anywhere else. 3 years later my dad passed away suddenly and since he lived with my sister, we decided for Saki(dog) the best thing was to stay with her; losing my dad was probably going to affect him as he had been with us since 6 weeks old. My sister then continued bringing Saki here knowing it would honor our dad. Now Saki has been living with me and I drive 30 minutes to have him groomed at Bubbles and Bones. 6 years in a state and a dog who has only been to one groomer every 3 months speaks for itself. Always friendly, multiple groomers working, clean business, returns voicemail every time and works with my crazy schedule no questions asked. I want to let people know that my dad always talked about the groomer he would have do the grooming, his name is Will. After a year or so of his passing, I had spoke to Will about my dog and my dad, which Will remembered him and Saki so I have continued having. Will cut my dogs hair and will drive the distance knowing my dad is happy watching from heaven because Will is great.

The owner and the receptionist are super nice, however; my dogs came out awful. I’m not picky about their haircuts, however; their cuts are SO uneven and choppy looking. My dogs were also super stressed when picked them up. They are not usually like that when I pick them up from a groomer. They are usually the most easy going “chill” dogs. Never again 😢

I take my two Shih Zhus to them about every six weeks and They always do a great job. They will also trim the nails for free between visits if needed . My dogs always smell great when I pick them up ( Nothing over- powering). The dogs seem to enjoy it there and the people are very nice.

I took my dog in for the first time. When he was picked up he was bleeding from 2 nails they cut, bled all over the car and it continued. I can only imagine how it felt to him! He bled for 45 minutes after I picked him up! Went to the vet to have them put med to stop the bleeding. His paw continued to bleed through the night on my sheets.Nails are all uneven and some are split!! I will not be back!!!

Brought my senior Alaskan malamute and they did a great job with his bath and brush. They were very kind to both me and my dog. He has hip dysplasia so he can't stand for a long time and they were very accommodating to him. We will for sure be back!

I was speechless as I picked up my schnauzer. I asked for a summer cut, because she had only a couple of spots that were matted, and wanted to start fresh. However I did ask that they save her face. She was bald EVERYWHERE (including her face), patchy, spots were missed that I had to ask be taken care of before I left, and the groomer admittedly said at least twice that she'd been distracted while grooming my dog. If that's the case, wouldn't you do an especially good look over, before calling the job done? She had a cut on her stomach, and still needed additional touching up when I got home. They required I pay before seeing her, which I was leery of, as well. After seeing her, I now know why. I will groom my dog myself before going back here.

Im a previous employee at Bubbles N Bones, and I can say the group of people who work here are astounding. Each of them loves dogs and has a passion for their work. On top of that they have some of the most competitive prices in the area without sacrificing quality. Although I have moved on, I will always remember Bubbles N Bones as one of the best places I've ever worked!

They did a good job at one point but after my usual groomer left I have not been impressed. I showed up to pick my dog up and instead of grooming him they only gave him a bath and charged me $85 to bath him. $10 of that was to cut his toe nails plus an extra charge for using my credit card. Will not be back
