Twice they tried to sell me expired meat! The first time I pointed out it was expired and the clerk looked at me and said "yeah"? The second time, the manager said to me "it should still be ok". Wow! Why are we putting expiration dates on things then? I won't shop there anymore. I'll drive farther away and buy food from a store that has concern for their customer's safety.

This is obviously a small town market as it was very compact but they had very attentive produce people & stockers, nothing looked out of place & this was before a major holiday & it still seemed tidy. They had sweet potatoes the size of a new born, so that's the point of interest. They had clean aisles & the lady checking us out had the best personality, she was so kind. I have not physically been inside of a grocery store for going on 3 years, as I get my groceries delivered & I can tell you that my 1st welcome back was this place & I enjoyed perusing this tidy & inexpensive for us, store! And they had a discount shelf, I got a lot of markdown candy canes :D

Convenient, has decent selection of the staples but they don't accept Brookshire cards here so price is slightly more than others. Nice lil store and I don't mind paying a lil extra to avoid the Tyler traffic.

Definitely a downgrade for Brookshire’s. Former Walmart neighborhood market and still had that feel inside. I forgot a couple times I was not in Walmart. The prices definitely reminded me I was not in Walmart. Not very clean for a Brookshire owned store.

They have plenty of parking, fuel pumps as well. As I was shopping I couldn't help but notice that they have just about anything you need. Friendly staff, and wasn't a big line at the checkout. Highly recommend shopping here.

I do not appreciate being profiled. An older looking lady who was kind of heavyset and had brown hair kept whispering to the other workers in the aisle and they were staring at me then she was kind of following me around the store asking if I needed help. She basically implied I was stealing because I was wearing a sweater. Sorry for not being used to cooler weather since I moved from a desert? In one way I get it because of the way I was dressed and since I'm not feeling well I looked rough but that doesn't really mean anything. It's a shame because myself and my family shop here often but I have never been in earlier in the day but I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. I have never been treated like that.

THIS store needs some TLC. I was in shock! Green hotdogs on the shelf. Produce welted. Grapes had dried out vines. I told the checker about the food. She said, " I can't do anything about it ". This is the worst Brookshire I've ever been in. I can't believe Brookshire will let one of their stores look like this. I'd rather go to Walmart. I HATE Wal-Mart. Please someone from the Brookshire family remodel the store in Frankston. It serves a multitude of people. It's not fun to shop here. The one in Chandler is awesome. Note: It took me a least 10 minutes to pump a small amount of gas. Ridiculous! My main complaint is the store is not pleasant to shop in. It doesn't have the Brookshire family touch. Like the Chandler and the ones in Tyler.Please give the Frankston store a makeover.

I really appreciate the way they take safety procedures seriously. Their aisles are one-way, and they limit the number of people in the store. They are great as a basic grocery store, but probably won't have any specialty items. Their fresh produce section is very small.

Worker impled my daughter was trying to steal due to her wearing a hoodie .my daughter had my 2 grandson's with her at the time the worker should learned to be more respectful. When approaching a customer for her info they just moved here from AZ and is not use to this weather

This is such a great convinced grocery store to have in Frankston! The staff was friendly, and the produce was fresh, and they had most everything you might need for a grocery run.

I was pulling a trailer and had a blow out with no spare (just purchased it), anyway the manager was very understanding and let me leave it till I could get the right stuff to repair it. Awesome people that work here, and a very big thank you to Jerry, whenever I'm passing through I'll definitely patronize this store!

They have a good selection of family food, drinks, snacks!They even have a small circular that is Good Wed-Tue!They also give a senior citizen discount on Tuesday's!There prices just about the same as a regular Brookshires! Very convenientto have in a small town!

First time shopping here and I absolutely loved it. Small store which I enjoy because it is easier for me to find things. Reasonable prices! Clean and tidy place. Employees were super nice and helpful.

Moving in between Tyler and Jacksonville it's nice to have the access to Spring Market and close to home. Friendly faces and our good ol neighborhood friends working there. They have everything you'll need for whatever you're shopping for! Staff is well trained and always wearing a smile on their faces!

The meats are exceptional. Prices were good as well. I got beef cutlets and they were awesome in smothered steak
