Perhaps Puptown Grooming was having an off day when I took my doggo to get groomed there. They were rude to me about her matting (After I had warned them that she was matted), and they did a pretty bad job. They were late releasing her which is something I would be more forgiving for if they had actually groomed her well. She had tufts of fur, uneven fur, and she was still matted. Also, they refused to give her water even though she was there the majority of the day. If my dog is in your care, please actually take care of her you know? I had asked for a very specific cut and they totally failed to accomplish that which, again, is something I would be fine with if they had done a good job otherwise because I understand matting is a huge issue and can make the grooming process difficult. Needless to say, I will not be taking my doggo there again.

This is a REALLY great place! You and your dog will LOVE visiting here! I brought my silky terrier in for grooming for the first time, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff made us feel welcome and reassured from the minute we walked in the door!Pup Town’s a fun, spacious, clean facility and the parking lot isn’t a hassle whatsoever. (Big factor with me!) But most of all, I knew I was leaving my my sweet little JoJo in dog-loving, compassionate, capable hands! I called to check in on him during the day, even asking to please make sure he had plenty of water on hand, and I received a courteous, understanding, friendly update. I so appreciated that! Thank you, thank you, thank you to Joyce, Marissa, and Layla- it was an extra-wonderful 1st time experience. So glad I found y’all through Brigitte Y! We will be back to see you for sure. Thanks again. 🐾💙

I am not usually one to leave negative feedback on someone's place of business, but I cannot get over how me and my dog were treated today at Pup Town. I will start by saying my Pomeranian looks great, whoever groomed him did an amazing job, but the way Bridgette talked to me was very offensive. My Pomeranian has focal seizures and collapsing trachea. I made note of this on his form when I signed him up for the first time today. I normally get my Pomeranian groomed every few months and his nails trimmed monthly at Pet Supplies, but decided to try somewhere new because they are always booked up. Bridgette let me know when I walked in that my pom had a full blown seizure today to the point where he was unconscious (this has NEVER happened before) while they were trimming his nails. She also told me that I had let his nails get too long and so "it was hurting him." From my understanding, nail trimming should NOT hurt a dog if you know what you are doing, so I can only wonder if he was led to the full blown seizure because of the "pain" and stress he was in. She also talked to me as if I had not been taking good care of him and hid the folder on him from me seeing it as she stated she "makes comments' in there she doesn't want the owners to see. She even questioned me on wether or not he was on seizure meds and suggested to me that he should be. I have spent thousands of dollars at the vet in the past few months over his health and my Veterinarian decided not to put him on seizure medications because they are usually so mild. And to top it off she asked me "who told me that my dog was 7 years old?" I have had him since he was a baby, I know he is 7 years old, again indicating to me that she thought Whiskey appeared to be in rough looking shape as she would have thought he was "17". I have taken Whiskey to be groomed at Pet Supplies in Tyler several times and have never had any issues like this before. I am not upset at the fact that he had a seizure because I know he has health issues, I am concerned that he was not given any TLC and his stress and "pain" led to this and by the comments that were made to me. He has not stopped licking his paws since we have been home :(

This is my sweet Savanahs first groom and I am IN LOVE WITH IT! Staff was so nice and had her done in a timely manner. They gave her super cute bows but she wouldn't keep them on. Anyways, we will definitely be back! She smells SO GOOD! Thank yall!

Our Annie had been licking her right front paw and shanks. She has never been passive when groomed and had become more resistant through the years. We had recently moved to the area and needed a groomer. Bridget listened to my concerns and worked Annie into the afternoon schedule.She requested I stay, and I am so glad I got to watch the gals work with the pets. Annie had to be muzzled and strongly resisted, but they got her groomed. With her black, long coat and tangles, Bridget discussed her concerns with me, and we decided to shaved her. It uncovered severe scars from what appears to be burns. No wonder Annie resisted any kind of grooming, attacked brooms, and hates noises. Our rescue pup really survived horror covered by her long, luxuriant coat.What a blessing Bridget and her staff are. Thank you ladies so much for your compassion, patience and knowledge.

Very impressed with my baby's visit to this groomer. I got an appointment right away as I was not from this area, was greeted well as they listened to my needs and wants, assured that my baby would be in good hands and I was called after my baby was done. I went to go pick her up she was beautiful and groomed perfectly. I was given good grooming advice for next time. Take your pet here you won't be disappointed. I will be back when in town. Thank you to all the staff.

We have 5 dogs and I have a standing appointment to bring one dog in a week. Prices are fair and the groomer does exactly what I ask for. I like that I can bring them in at 9 and have them back by around 2.

A few days ago, I took my "Lassie" for bathing & grooming for the second time there, her treatment at puptown was great, I am really happy with the results, the people who works there have love for the animals. I walked in with my dachshund who was in terrible need of a nail trim. 5 minutes and no nicks. Workers are friendly and no stupid extra charges like a "waste disposal fee" like the vets are charging these days. Grooming prices are good and competitive. Great job!!!

I can not express my appreciation for these fine people and how well we were treated.I'm a difficult time they went above and beyond to take care of us.Then my little man was treated to the best grooming he has ever had.He is always so amped up when he gets done at the groomer , but not today.He was very chill and that is worth everything to me.You guys have made a lifelong customer out of us.Thank you so much..

They had my Boxer, Casey all scrubbed, nails trimmed, ears clean, and she was happy as could be. Plus, it kept me from having to drive all the way to town and back, twice!
