Just dropped my girl off today. Diana was informative kind and a fire cracker. We have the best hopes for them in training our Daisy Mae. I'll update my review after her training 😁.Update: Well, I've had my dog back for a few months now, and she's amazing. You do obviously have to keep working with your dog to get the results you want and to maintain the training she was given but that's common sense, so I'm VERY HAPPY with the results of my girl Daisy. I do recommend their training a 100%.

Serenity Kennel exceeded our expectations with the care and the training we were expecting. We adopted our baby in January. He went from being a free range dog, to living in a neighborhood with LOTS of neighbors. Our soon to be 6 yr old Bully was needing leash training with lots of distractions, proper in home manners and couch surfing. Serenity Kennel has made our life SOOO much easier and improved the quality of love and time we can give our baby now that he is back home. We will never be able to thank them enough and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for help.

We got our dog Bexar from SRK in 2018 and he is honestly the best dog we have ever had. We paid extra for him to be puppy trained and I don't know if that helped lay the foundation for him or if he just comes from a great line of pups. He is the calmest, most loyal dog I have ever encountered. I would buy all of my dogs here if I could and have referred quite a few people. The owners were professional and knowledgeable. They toured us around the property, which was nice because there was no doubt that he was coming from a great place. It was clean and well maintained. The communication with the owners was also always professional and quick. They shared weekly updates and pictures as we were waiting for our pup to come home, which I really enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Our little Buster went from a small, cute little puppy to a well trained dog. He is still a puppy (6 months) and is growing, but he is very well behaved and knows several commands. He even ignores our cats and stays in place when told. I am amazed at how well he responds & obeys, especially for being a growing puppy. We bought Buster from them and asked for him to be trained before delivering him to us. He arrived after they were satisfied with is training. We was very healthy looking and is very alert. He makes a great companion and the kids absolutely love him. Thank you Deanna and JD for all of your hard work. Managing all of those dogs must be quite a task, but judging by the results of little Buster, you seem to really good at it. I attached the 1st picture we ever saw of him. It was love at first sight. :) :) :)

We purchased a charcoal male in 2019 from this breeder. against our vets advise. She said the silver and charcoal have lots of health issues. Well she was right. First he had severe skin issues. Baths everyday. Then it was allergies. Allergic to everything. We are on monthly allergy shots and Apaquil. Both which are very costly. He is now starting to loose hair. Lost 20 lbs because he stopped processing proteins. Living on steroids now and cannot stay outdoors for any amount time because of heat. He is only three. He is good looking dog and we love him. But would advise anyone considering this breed to consult with your vet.

We trusted our 4 month old German Short-haired Pointer, Princess to them. It was hard for me to leave her and hard for my husband to spend the money. They kept us updated throughout the 3 weeks, which made me feel better. When we picked her up, her personal trainer spent 2 hours with us. Going over everything she learned and how she did. We spent time being trained as well. She brought Princess in and I assure you I was stunned. Our dog was so focused on her trainer and wanted to please her. I could tell that Princess really lovesd her trainer. She's not going to work for someone she doesn't like. My husband actually admitted it was worth the expense. Can't recommend this kennel or the trainers any more highly. We have gone from having an out of control monster to a well behaved young dog.

Although I was unhappy with my princess’s training, they are wonderful and know what they are doing. I asked for my dog to be more social and less barking which didn’t happen. I really cared less about all of the other training but they did a great job. I honestly didn’t realize I’d get a prong collar used on her and felt sad when they showed me how to use it. I’m sure I’m a soft dog mom but basically I let all the training go when we got home because it wasn’t really what I wanted. Expensive lesson to learn but I put blame on myself. Big dogs are great for this program. Spoiled little dogs are not.

I had a phone interview with the owner. I told him my dog was a Husky and I made it clear of what I wanted my dog to be trained on. He guaranteed and reassured me that no dog is untrainable. He told us the training would be off leash and on leash and he would be fully trained. We did the 3 week training and once again we clarified with them what we wanted our dog to trained on. When we picked him up 3 weeks later we noticed right away that he was no where near trained, he was not listening to commands. He was never trained off leash. The trainer explained to us that they do not train off leash because of their cattle, horses, etc. This information did not match up to what we were told on the phone by the owner. We spoke to the owner and showed him how our dog wasn't listening to commands. The owner then told us to bring him home and to train him for a couple weeks and if he was not listening after that that we were able to bring him back for additional training. However, we contacted the owner 2 weeks later and he told us that we "HAVE A SPECIAL DOG" and we would have to pay an additional charge for training. I had already paid for the full training in the beginning. In addition, my dog did not look healthy when we picked him up that he was so dehydrated that he was pooping blood and had fur loss on his elbows from being kept on concrete in the sun.

We trusted this place with our 8 week lacy for puppy training class. Facility is nice and staff is great. To our dismay our dog looked starved upon pickup 2 weeks later. Ribs and hipbones were showing and after getting her one we got her healthy within 3 days. They say she was eating and had water but it’s clear something was going on and if her activity level or stress was so high that she was losing weight we should’ve been contacted to find a solution. The training set the ground rules for the dog. By no means is the dog trained upon pickup. They know commands on leash for correction and direction only. Still a long way to go.

The Cofounder was nice over the phone at first later showed his true colors and was very rude...Although I had not signed any forms yet he did not want to refund me the money which i didn't ask but I knew that was not going to happen but he did suggest that when we were able, he would honor our deposit and allow us to pay the remaining and attend the class. This was march. Fast forward to November the week of Thanksgiving. I contacted them to schedule the class for the first class of 2022. As we are now back on our feet and I figured with the two big holidays I better call at least a month out to get in that class. Well, that's where the issue occurred. He belittled me for canceling and thinking he would hold my deposit that long (He's the one that offered and he did not tell me there was a time frame) his exact words were "we aren't a savings account". He continued to be condescending and made me feel bad for us losing our job and having to cancel (which wasn't like the week before it was about a month out before the class, we literally lost our job a couple days after we paid the deposit) he was trying to pressure me into a class sooner but with the holidays we want our dog with us for the holidays and we didn't want to make that drive during the holidays months as we will be doing quite a bit of traveling already. Anyways, he was very rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional about the whole situation and I had to tell him I would take my business elsewhere. So, he is keeping our $565 deposit and we will find another program elsewhere due to his unprofessionalism.

The folks at Serenity Ranch know what their up to! They took this boy from being a sled dog on walks to a proper heel. He no longer rushes through any threshold and he pays attention when his name is called. They gave Duncan all the knowledge and walked us through all the commands, had us practice, and gave a great start to continue with at home. I highly recommend Serenity Ranch if you have an unruly pup!

Over priced and unhelpful staff. When I came across their Facebook ad I was interested. I asked for a price and was told to call them. I work alot at the moment and it's a strait forward answer. I looked them up online and saw their prices. No price under $1000? They teach the same thing as a petsmart trainer does for 6× the price. When I posted their prices in their comments that I took from the website they blocked me.To me this shows a lack of moral character and would never trust my dog to anyone with low character. Save your money and go to petsmart and use the other 800 to get premium dog food so your furball can have a long happy life.

So, everyone is okay with this “training” organization using prong collars on dogs? This is completely inhumane and cruel. This is risking severe damage to the thyroid, esophagus, and trachea!

This isn’t a bad or good review but a personal opinion.After reading all the reviews good and bad I’m going to side on been cautious and take my future business to somebody else.Not your fault 100%; however, the replies sound like you get defensive with everybody that leaves a bad review and you don’t seem to care and try and fix the problems.
