I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location. My husband went without his diabetes medication for 3 weeks. First he was told they needed clarification from Dr. office and the pharmacist was too busy to do that day so try to call back tomorrow”. When he called back the next day he was told we have to order it. When asked how long before they could get it he was told “ don’t know could be months”. That just doesn’t seem right to me. Pharmacy stated they could not order because it was on back order from their supplier and manufacture. However when calling around multiple other pharmacies were able to order but our insurance requires us to use Walgreens. Second encounter was for one of my long term medications. I called to see if it was ready for pick up and was told they don’t have it and will need to order it and the lady then said “ I will see if we can even get it. Oh ok we can so I will go ahead and order that for you”They had the prescription for over 10 hours and you are just now ordering the medication? In my opinion I feel that they could be nicer to their customers. Not sure of the lady’s name that I have spoke to but she is not very friendly and comes across that she is put out or annoyed. Very unsympathetic. She may be completely unaware of how she comes across. Not very professional
