I came to this Sonic at almost 2pm. I had not eaten lunch and I was in a hurry. I ordered my food, then waited at the drive-thru window forever. Then the lady took my payment and gave me my food as fast as humanly possible. No one would answer my knock on the window when I wanted some ketchup. I start eating my tots on the way back to work and they taste weird. I look at them and they are a strange color gray brown and have black stuff on them. My suggestion I to change your oil every now and then Farmersville Sonic. Very disappointed

Ordered a large order with $80 worth of food. There were a couple of orders of tater tots and when we got there we were told they were "bad" and they couldn't serve them so everyone will be getting fries. Well we got an oder of tots and several other items that were fried, fries, cheese sticks. Let's just say, im sure the frying oil hadn't been changed in days and all the fried food was very over cooked. I was really hoping with new management they would've improved. The food was awful. Not to mention they forgot place 2 sandwiches in our bags.

If I could I would give this experience 0 stars. I did a mobile order and went to the drive through. I waited 30 minutes until I had to call to tell them they have 3 people in the drive through and we haven’t been helped, they were all just playing around not doing their job. 30 more minutes have passed and they told me that they can’t see anyone’s orders since their service was down, and that they had no carbonated drinks. This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were nice, but this experience was so unprofessional. Don’t go to this sonic!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this sonic location, but I went the other night and got the number two double cheeseburger combo. Very dissatisfying. My food was cold. It took almost 20 minutes to get my order. It was in the evening and they were hardly any cars there. Why does it take so long? And why is the food always cold? Just went this morning for two brioche sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches And luckily got my order within five minutes at the drive-through. However, again the food is cold? Why is there food always cold? This place still cannot get proper quality food out. What’s wrong with this location? Never going back again.

I usually go out of my way to stop at Sonic and get a drink. It’s “usually” my favorite fast food restaurant for drinks and desserts. However, this Sonic has just lost my business and it’s sad because I pass it everyday. Last night I stopped in to get a drink. I ordered a large Soda, the order taker said that they were out of large cups but they would give me a Route 44 for a large price. I don’t really like the 44 cup’s because they are too big to grab with one hand so it took me a second to decide and answer her. She rudely responded with “what are you going to do? I don’t have all night!” I told her I would take the larger cup. I then asked if the shakes were still $1.99. She told me to hang on and left me sitting for 10 minutes before she rudely returned with a “No, they are not!” You know I should have left then but I needed a drink to take some medicine. She also charged me full price for the route 44. I watched the screen tell me my order was being delivered but it took 15 minutes before I got it. I asked the carhop why the order taker was being so rude and she just laughed and said they were having a bad day. This is just so unacceptable to me. I will pay more and just start stopping at Dairy Queen to get my drinks. The customer service at this location needs a major overhaul!!!

Ordered 2 slushies online at 7:23 said the order would be ready by 7:30 got here at 7:32 went through the drive thru sat there for 5 minutes, no one came to the window, even made eye contact with us & no one came. Went to stall number 12, pressed the button & they said they’d be right out with our order, it’s 7:57 & our drinks aren’t here. We pressed the button again & they immediately turned it off. There was no check in, there are two other cars that arrived AFTER us so they’re not busy. This is horrible.

Arrived at 9:20 pm on 11-02-23. Ordered 4 ice cream blasts and two drinks. Watched 3 employees walk around the outside of the building and waited 25 minutes for our order. Pressed the button, and was told our order was “being made”. Waited 19 minutes. Pressed button, was told our order would be tight out when it was ready. Told them to refund my money. I walked to door to get my refund receipt. Knocked on door, door was opened. Stepped k side and said I was there for my refund receipt. “Mam, you can’t be in here!! You have to wait outside!! I said I would wait for my receipt. Mam, you HAVE to wait outside!!” He was so upset that I was inside that he couldn’t function. I am convinced that there was drug activity happening while I was there.I got the refund receipt after I stepped back outside. I observed our order sitting on the counter. I told him the right thing was for us to get our order. He wouldn’t because he has refunded our order. I asked for the owners name and phone number. He gave me two names, but no number. I told him I would get the name, and contacts that I needed.If you are the owner, contact me and I will give you all info. Your business is in jeopardy.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SONIC!!!

This is absolutely shameful ~ sonic in Farmersville. $11.00 waisted. I will never go there again! Can someone please take over this sonic and turn it around? By the way this is supposed to be a foot long chili cheese coney. It will not let me post the picture. It's not even one dull coney. It's 2 combined with no chili on one and only half the bun on the other.

I've been going to this Sonic for the past 3 years or so. Anytime I get something fried whether it be fries, tots, or popcorn chicken (I'm sure other fried items are affected) it either tastes old, over fried, or just plain bad. The tater tots don't even look like normal tater tots, their dark (not burnt dark but darker than what they normally look like).To give more support to this, I know someone who used to work for Sonic for years as a car hop, cook, and assistant manager and I explained what I've seen there and they knew exactly what is going on. Something needs to change there. New cook, better training, or better management because this has been going on for years and I'm finally fed up with it. I normally enjoy Sonics food, but not this Sonic.

I entered the drive thru just before 9:10pm tonight and placed an order for one large sweet peach tea. I pulled up to the window and the time was 9:10pm. I sat there for 6 minutes and not a single person came to the window and took my payment or handed me my one drink. In my 6 minutes of sitting there, I watched 4 employees inside doing nothing. A young man was on his phone, a young girl with short hair was drinking her own drink, and the other two were talking with each other and laughing. There was another employee outside collecting garbage. Frustrated and not wanting to wait another minute, I pulled off. I called the location on the phone and asked for a manager. I wanted them to be aware of the situation so they could better manage their employees. The manager that came on the phone was a young man who did not say his name. When I told him the situation, he said “I’m sorry, we are just really short staffed.” I told him about the 5 employees I witnessed (he was probably the one on his phone since I didn’t see any other boys working). He then said “I’m sorry.” There was silence before I told him this was unacceptable and I hung up. I haven’t ever been impressed with this location and now I will definitely not be back. Sonic, you need managers who will better manage their staff. A bunch of young kids who fart around won’t cut it.

Sonic is one of my favorite fast food places so I’ve had it hundreds of times. However, I’ve been to the Farmersville sonic only a few times. Nevertheless, every time I go, I am absolutely disappointed. Getting these tator tots yesterday means that will be my last visit to this sonic. I would’ve rather left without them then have been disappointed at the lack of customer appreciation, service, and quality by being served these. They were hard, burnt, been fried in old oil, old in general, and the list could keep going. I also tried to call the sonic to explain to them that this batch of tots needs to be thrown away but my none of my 3 calls were answered.

I haven't been to this Sonic location since last year when I first moved to Farmersville. Stopped tonight to get my dog a foot long hotdog for his birthday. Got home and pulled the hotdog out of the bag. The bun was falling apart, and the weiner looked disgusting. It was dried out and cracked on the top. Of course, dogs will eat almost anything, so it didn't go to waste.

Worst servicing Sonic. Unfortunate that it’s the only one close in our home town. Run by kids that sit on their phones while customers wait to be help. Took 10 minutes sitting at drive through and had to go up to the window to be served. 5 kids sitting in the store not doing anything. Always takes 10-20 minutes to get your order and typically wrong.

I ordered the SUPER sonic burrito it’s supposed to be leaded to the max and there was literally 3 pieces of eggs. If I go to any other sonic the Jr. breakfast burrito is bigger and way better than this. Very disappointed.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would! Spent $66 one night and will never spend another penny here. They shorted our order a lg onion ring and when I requested it I was basically told I was lying even after I said I had no problem paying for it if needed. When the onion rings were brought out they were disgusting and drenched in grease. Someone seriously needs to be fired for their customer service handlings!

I accessed my app, placedy order, then waited approximately 15 minutes for my order. The car hop dropped it without a greeting and walked away without acknowledging us. It was after 930 because we had been moving all day. We drove home to eat, only to discover that neither of us got our tater tots. I called back, and a girl answered. She passed off the phone to a manager who said come back and we'll give you tater tots. I explained that was unreasonable since we were exhausted. He said just ask for them next time you come.We haven't been back yet.
