Star selection because I have to. Ordered through online broker, they contracted Carrie's for the arrangement. Photos tell the story, ordered Pemium (Large) version of the arrangement, listing stated "medium 14 inches", see photos, the top of the basket handle isn't even 11 inches, the plants barely 10. You can see in the photos I posted those from the listing and what I recieved. Someone thought this was appropriate and acceptable. I wouldn't order a blade of grass from this place.Online company requesting replacement, will update after reciept...

We used Carrie’s for the casket flower spread for my mother-in-law’s funeral. We were very pleased with how beautiful it turned out. They met with us to talk about my MIL’s likes and they listened to our grieving hearts. They were so kind and tender to walk us through so many details and decisions. There was plenty of example book to look through. It was a perfect way to honor Marilyn. They also created a cut flower arrangement to match for me to take home as a memorial piece. Thank you, Carrie and Brent, for making that those moments pretty in the middle of the mourning.

We recently moved from Plano, my husband has ordered me flower arrangements several times a year since we started dating. He wasn't sure if he'd still be able to do that moving to Farmersville. Yesterday my beautiful valentines flowers were delivered!! I love them!! they are so pretty and perfect and best of all he got to shop local :-)

Worst experience ever!!!! I tried to surprise my sister for her birthday. I ordered a bouquet and have a delivery confirmation. We never received it. I called and they were closed for a week. I spoke with the owner and he said that he will reimburse my money when he comes back from vacation.A week after they sent the bouquet but no the money. Really!!!! I don’t want the flowers anymore and they looks dead already 😡😡😡😡

I’m giving them 2 starts because they were delivered quickly. The quality of the flowers on the other hand deserves 1 Star. I realize the arrangement will not look exactly like the one in the photo online but this arrangement looked nothing like the gorgeous arrangement I chose online. The one I chose had A pretty round lavender vase, gorgeous sterling roses, and big beautiful gerber daisies. The arrangement that was sent had a geometric style vase, the roses were pink roses not sterling roses and they looked beat up, the gerber daisies were half wilted, and several of the filler flowers were actually close to wilting.I contacted Carrie’s floral about my disappointment in the quality and they ignored me. Maybe a review will get their attention.

Carrie's never disappoints. I brought a pig container to see what she could do with it for my niece & Carrie's created the most beautiful arrangement for me in less than 24 hours! Love! ❤

I called this morning to see if I could have tulips (which I knew were out of season) be delivered to my wife today. I was advised he didn’t have any due to being out of season but could contact their supplier and possibly have some to be delivered tomorrow. To my wife’s (and mine) surprise, I got a call of gratitude from my wife because they had been delivered today. Flowers looked fantastic and service exceeded expectation. Big thanks to you guys!

I live in SA. First time I used them was during Christmas time to send my parents a beautiful anniversary arrangement. I used them again this week to send a bright, cheerful arrangement to my niece. Both times Brent (I believe that's his name) understood exactly what I wanted!!! I will always use them for my Farmersville floral needs!!❤️

I ordered flowers and chocolates, what I ordered and what I got weren't anything near the same thing. I can not attach photos but what I ordered was supposed to be a bouquet with orange spray roses orange roses hot pink carnations and asters with a clear base, what I received was to pink roses some greenery and a couple of pink spray roses. This is absolutely absurd that they couldn't even try to create the same color scheme. Not to mention, what was delivered wasn't nearly as full as the description and had I purchased this at a GROCERY STORE display I would have paid no more than $29 for it.... This was certainly not a $45 arrangement of flowers. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS THAT COME FROM THIS FLOREST, THEY send CHEAP arrangements that look nothing like your order!

I ordered flowers for a memorial and they done an outstanding job. The spray I ordered was absolutely beautiful. They did not have some of the flowers that were pictured but what they replaced with was just as beautiful. The delivery was right on time as well

This is not quality you expect to get from a florist. There were a lot of bare spots on the so-called arrangement. My flowers were delivered a day late, after Valentines day. Never order anything from Carries, you can get the same flowers for way cheaper from Albertsons. It looks like a 5 year old slopped this together.

I ordered flowers for my friend that is in a temporary nursing home. She was quarantined and extremely lonely. I ordered her a flower arrangement through Blossom Delivery which went through Carrie's Floral Creations and not only was she sent a different arrangement, the flowers were wilted! How horrible is that?? My depressed friend was sent dead flowers! I paid $53 for this junk! Shame on you!!! Blossom fraud Delivery would not refund my money even though they had a picture
