So the store itself and MOST of the employees are great! I've been working with the public for most of my life (I'm 54) ...down south is known for there hospitality ....well this 1 particular employee should pratice. Everytime I come in to put money on my cash app she never says hi...never smiles...acts like it's a bother to wait on me....I think her name is cheynne...not positive...I've told several other employees about her attitude...

Listen, it's Dollar General . . . it is what it is. The issues with this location though have to do with space. The store layout is VERY tight. Navigating the aisles is hard and if there is another person on the aisle you are trying to go up or down, y'all had better be going the same way and at the same pace cause you will not be able to pass each other. The cramped theme also carries out into the parking lot, it is tight. If you can't drive well, this is not the store for you . . . you will hit someone's vehicle.

Now that the store is a self checkout, I've noticed no employees aren't around and shelves are empty. This town is so small and doesn't want to grow. I wouldn't be surprised if this DG closes. Ohh well, so be it; Shopping in another town is what I'm use to anyways.

I go in here almost daily. I love the employees, they almost like my family. Always there to help and very knowledgeable of their store. And they have been so AWESOME since my cancer surgery. Always willing to be of help in anyway.

The store is old and small. The isles are narrow but the shelves are well stocked. So much so that you have to walk around many carts that are full of items. The biggest draw back is the parking lot. Very small and a pain to get in and out of if you're in a large vehicle.

Staff always very nice. Honestly they're cheaper than the grocery store here in town on 90% of the items. I prefer to get small things we forget at our walmart trips. Wish we had a walmart or Dillons/Kroger. But we have brookshire..

Of all the stores here in town, the Dollar General seems to be the poorest run. The cashiers,although friendly, are slow and look tired. The store is cramped and the merchandise is difficult to sort through. For example, when there is a line to pay, it extends into an aisle. So if need something from that particular aisle forget about it. Not enough room to browse.Their point of sale equipment crashes often, and the employees don't know how to deal with that as a rule.I go to Dollar General as a last resort, and many times go without rather than deal with it.

Nice to go to a place where Everything is $1.00. cheep place for school supplies and arts and crafts. Cleaning supplies are best price here. $1 bleach is great

One checker and the rest of the ppl whom work there won't stop and help when the line is long. They ignore u when asked if someone can get on a register . They stand outside and smoke.

Dollar General. . . The poor man or woman's Walmart I suppose. . . They do have more crammed into such small stores though then most can believe so that's definitely not bad at all.

Good prices, decent merchandise, nice staff and easy to work with if you need help. Store could use a cleaning but what dollar general couldn't use cleaning?

Good prices, quick cashiers, my only complaint is the parking is a tight fit. I stop here depending on how many vehicles I see in the parking lot.

Only complaint I have is there's a sign that mask is required. However the cashier wasn't wearing a mask. The store was clean...this was my only issue.

Does not open till 8. There time needs to change on here.Been sitting here for 15 min. Waiting for lights to come on and door to open.
