Paying with a debit card was ok until I questioned the price. Prices on the web are $73 - $85 but they charged $125. When I asked she sluffed it off as oh they are all wrong. I was 15 minutes late checking out and the old man gave me grief saying he was going to have to charge me for being over. I believe I was the only person that stayed that night. I laughed at him and told him they already over charged me by at least $40. Not getting any more and I will get you for false advertising. It's called bate and switch and that is against the law. They need to go back to the country they came from and go steel money from their own. If you cannot live like an American here you do not belong here.Bathroom was clean. Sheets were stained and the comforters smelled like body odor.

We stopped at Fabens for the night on our way back from California the day after Thanksgiving and it was snowing a little further up on our trail so we decided to play it safe and got a room for the night. It was pretty late when we arrived but the front desk was still available we got a room with two beds for 125. They're linens or clean and so comfortable! I wanted to steal the pillows and the comforter seriously lol most comfortable bed I slept on through my whole week trip. The coffee machine Hot sugar and coffee available the pot that was not glass which I appreciated and the bathroom was clean and spacious. There was Wi-Fi and heat which we were grateful for all of it. The woman at the front desk was also very friendly and has a lot of plants like basil and eggplant and peppers growing on her premises which I thought was genius.Rooms: Our room was clean and comfortable even for my 71 year old mother.Nearby activities: There's a travel center right across the street which was very convenient for usSafety: The non-smoking rooms are kind of sectioned off behind the hotel and I loved thatFood & drinks: There was a nice machine and it was working which is more than I can say for the hotel I stayed in before this.Noteworthy details: Quiet friendly great price good location right off the highway and a plant enthusiast. We loved it

First off to anyone who loves and travels with your fur babies don't go here they have no respect for your animals. Second they blatantly broke the last when they refused my disabled mother service pets and had no remorse or care when I brought up the Texas and federal laws supporting her so I've no respect for any establishment that has no respects for our laws, but after dealing with the people I did I'm not that surprised. Just a heads up.

The motel was exactly what I needed at the time. It was clean, located right next to a hotdog restaurant and a convenient store for truckers. The workers were really friendly. They just need to fix the ceiling because it started raining and it began dripping in my room. I called to let them know and they came right away. They offered a new room but I was to tired to change rooms. Overall it wasn't a bad stay.

Yes, it is an older motel and not in 100% perfect condition. But we had an excellent stay. Coffee pot hair dryer microwave refrigerator nice hot water. And pet friendly. Clean and any strange smell was from the cleaning supplies. I know this because my daughter's house cleaner happens to use the same cleaning supplies. Right across the street from a truck stop and a der wienerschnitzel so there's everything you want.

It was horrible. We paid 125$ for this piece of !@#$ motel. The door room can't be closed unless you slam it pretty hard. The bathroom had a strong smell not sure what, the shower had half of water pressure, the bed sheets were stained with somewhat blood. I woke up from my sleep to find 10 bites over my whole arms, either due to spider or nat bites. So I left the premises and slept in the car until my feet started to freeze.I don't understand how people can sleep over there! We made a huge mistake stopping over there rather than a better quality motel charging 8$ extra and much better comfort and hygiene.Please people avoid it by any cost!!!! You will thank me later.

This Motel run down. The sink drain stuck closed and I had to get underneath it to drain it. The shower used a super water savor head and the bar of soap had the feel of a bar of plastic. The curtains let tons of light in. Overall it was not worth the 80$ I was charged. I noticed in the morning that the motel is 20$ cheaper on most hotel booking websites.

It was decent and close to where we were headed. I hated the fact there was not allot of dog options for potty breaks it is was it is. We went across the street to the gas station. Be careful of those splinters in fields behind hotel when you are walking your 4 legged baby!!! I am still finding stuff in his paws!

Toilet wasn't stable. Wifi was dialup speed 0.2Mb/s. Shower was either too hot or too cold. Good enough if you are tired while driving, but honestly there's nicer hotels a few miles down the road.

The worst hotel ever, WiFi doesnt work; you are only allowed to log on a device at time, and yet unstable; tv remote is not program to scan, regrets my stay. The front desk is rude and vicious short answers. It takes almost5mins for hot water in the shower to become warm and hot too

Pretty good room, but the price is 87 dollars for a two bed, not the 64 dollar price on their website. When I asked the manager why, she said that they "raised" their rates and haven't updated the website and that they wouldn't change the rate.

I have stayed there twice in the last 6 months and both times had a good stay. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The people running it are friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! I was blown away. The other review from a year ago is completely out dated. this is now a 100 dollar room for 60 bucks. Clean, modern, And comfy. 42 inch led tv, microwave and minifridge. I have no complaints.

Basically a $25 room for $75- $85... no ventilation in the bathroom, sandpaper for towels, duct tape holding things together, et al. The owner's kids were very decent and helpful, almost apologetic for the state of things.... Find someplace else, if you can.

I found this while traveling to CA from Austin Tx. Pleasantly surprised to find this as did not want to rest in El Paso, Tx. This hotel has wifi (Very good connection). The room is clean and no mold or anything. They have Flat Screen TV with all the channels you would expect. They have smoking/non smoking rooms. I very much enjoyed this restover on my long trip. Very friendly staff and a nice basic restover if you need to rest. I'll be visiting this hotel on the way back to Austin Tx. Room charge 59 dollars.

The only place to stay in Fabens. Very noisy as truck stop across the street. Noisy all night. I just take my hearing aids out and all is well. Unfortunately my wife could not do same. Clean

I was ripped off about this place. I came here cause I was tired of the drive. After a nap I look up this place and the rooms are 50ish dollars online and they charge me 89. I know a pet fee isn't 49 dollars. Just saying. Plus this place just look awful

Dont go there and expect a nights rest, cleanin crew started at 6 am and back n forth with the rolly carts outside yelln in spanish accross the cortyard. This place sux, and mgr was rude. Also the tv did not work
