I literally went to Walmart yesterday last night so I could buy an txt album for my collection, and while I was paying it the self check out machine said "Card payment only" . I asked an employee that was near me because I needed help but I already put my 10 dollar bill in the machine including some coins, but it didn't give me my change back.Horrible management to be honest, also they thought I was lying even though I wasn't.

I go here consistently to Auto Care Center. Walmart is reasonably priced. I don't have to wait if I get there early.

Stayed overnight in our RV after getting kicked out of the Loves just north of here. There were other RVs and semis parked overnight. Husband went in the store to get some things and said it was nice.Good experience overall.

This lives up to its name Super Store. It's huge with a great layout. Easy to read overhead signs for each department and grocery area. Very clean and friendly staff. There are a few U-scan in designated checkout areas.

Absolutely love this Walmart! The staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered this morning and pick up time available within 3-4 hours. My Pickup order is normally ready EARLY. I normally sit and wait for no more than 3-5 minutes before they bring my Walmart Pick Up order. When I shop inside I enjoy using the Walmart app to locate aisles and Walmart Pay is top tier. Best Walmart in Southern DFW area. Thank you all for your dedication!

I ordered tires back on a Black Friday sale. The next day I show up to get em put on. They told me the order was cancelled cuz they weren't available. But the young lady workin looked and they did have em in stock. I had to wait almost two weeks to get my money back from the online thing. So I basically had to pay twice in less than 24 hours for my tires. Now the bad thing was, I wasn't the only one. A couple of days later, there was another customer goin thru the same thing. And she said the person BEFORE HER got the same thing. Somebody needs to be fired over this b.s. brought it to management and they cared less

I was at pharmacy. My wife has a severe respiratory problem. Trying to fill a prescription. Went to a couple places before being told Ennis Wal-Mart had what I needed. Went over there and got what I needed. The people at the pharmacy were very cordial and helpful. I appreciate that.

They actually had all in stock of each of my preferred grocery items. Usually they are out of approximately 85% of my normal repeat items. I was impressed today!

Walmart needs to do better, at the self scan the scanner gun wasn't working so the employee told me to try again, I told her it wasn't working, she kept trying . Finally we just scanned my box of diapers on top of the scale. When I suggested hey maybe u I should put a sticky note on this scanner gun so no one else has this problem she said oh we can't touch it, if it's broke it's broke . So we have to bag our own groceries and deal with this frustration. Do better Walmart , fix your stuff and pay us customers since we work here anyway

Big shoutout to Jason, Aaron and Nancy in the automotive section (10/28/23). They made what was a very long day due to an unfortunate situation (flat tire on a road trip) into a world class experience. Jason went above and beyond in customer service and professionalism, detailing exactly what was going to happen and the time it would take. Stellar gentleman! Very much appreciate the service and customer care of the automotive crew.

Alex at the self checkout is very stand-offish. Ive had 3 interactions with her and during all 3 interactions she was completely nonverbal, she gave me a slight nod of the head.Very RUDE!! It seemed as if she didn’t want to talk to me and didn’t want me talking to her. You’re in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You’re going to have to interact with people!

When this place has a fire & people die, they’ll be sued. Why? Last week one smoke detector was chirping in the cold section. This week, that one is still chirping, AND now one in the pet section is chirping.The temperature is supposed to be below 40, the meat feels warm. The temp is above 50! Watch out for food poisoning!Small issue: no lights in the frozen vegetables. We all had to shop with the doors open. Not efficient in keeping electric bills down.Very, very poor run Walmart. We’ll be going to Red Oak or Seagoville.

I used the pharmacy to pick up two prescriptions. While I waited I decided to get my Covid and Flu shots, the pharmacist did a a great job, didn’t feel a thing. Took my blood pressure and weighed myself as I waited. There was some difficulty purchasing Sudafed from behind the counter but they figured it out. The only reason I lowered my experience to a four is the checkout person forgot to give me my prescription and I had to walk all the why from where I parked at the end of the lot, back, wait in line and get the prescription which were still waiting. I would recommend this pharmacy and store, one of the better Walmarts.

To find any Walmart that allows respectful truck drivers to park and grab some food is rare. I came here a little before 6am today there had to be at least 10 trucks not including 2-4 Walmart drivers as well. The store was well stocked. Bathroom was clean unlike most Walmarts. When in the area I will come here. Thank you Ennis Wally World

Out of town recently had truck trouble late night and had to stay in parking lot till next day. Pleasant experience considering problem. The over night crew police the lot and clean up for next day. Easy fix in morning, use facilities and on way back home.

Just bought an old pickup, brought it for an oil and air filter change. Gotta point out Junior because he showed me a clean air filter is on the truck rather than trying to sell me a new one I don't need! That's a rare quality having an honest shop guy!!!

I love Walmart, but will NEVER buy cold food from them again. Their milk always expires early. Their cheese molds before it’s open. They have very poor temp controls. Sad that a company this large is so poor at quality control.

Great Walmart. It's the one I prefer. Staff is always very friendly. It is clean and well stocked. I love to go there 24/7. We got a wonderful brisket there, with all the trimmings. It was at a very reasonable price, and great quality.!
