We have been here before and they've done a great job. But, communication is horrible. My husband tried contacting them on FB 2 months ago and no response. I messaged them as well, after a couple days of waitingon a response, I called and scheduled a day. The next day I received a message on FB and they informed me since it had been so long and my dog wasn't on a 6-8 week schedule, they didn't want to take him. I was unaware of this strict 6-8 week schedule your dog has to be on for them to cut. I've taken my dog here about 4 times previous and had no issues (was not on a regular grooming schedule). Both my husband and I are teachers with a busy schedule and I am one month postpartum, it was a busy time in our lives for us.

Best groomer in ennis! I tried a couple of others before i stumbled on the groom room they made my Goldens feel at home with their hospitality i trusted y’all right away from the receptionist to the groomer they went above and beyond even went out and bought a new harness for my pup because he chewed his up! super sweet! Will definitely stop looking for groomers now. I found a permanent one thank you guys for everything
