Thej sign says Bealls but it looks like Burkes from the inside. The store was very clean and very well arranged and the merchandise was reasonably priced and good high end women's clothing. If it turns into a Bealls I will give it a 5 star.

I really like Burke's Outlet. It reminds me of Marshall's or TJ Maxx. For our small town it's fun, has decorative items and lots of clothes. Check it out when you're in Ennis, Texas.

Bad experience returning items even though I had receipt and had bought at Waxahachie location less than a week prior. Normally don't shop at this Ennis location and definitely won't be back at this location. Cashiers were friendly but manager made me uncomfortable.

Very clean,organized and friendly. Met the store manager from the Waxahachie store who is seting up this store. Great job. She told me to come check out her store which is much closer to me.

The cashier had the most wonderful smile when she greeted us , when she waited on my daughter and I, on April 6, 2022 at4:10 PM in ENNIS TX it was not a fake smile, it was GENUINE SMILE , FRIENDLY AND MADE US FEEL SO GOOD AND WELCOME TO "BURKES" unlike the attitude of cashiers before clean store great merchandise finds, highly recommend it, an love the "POINTS" earned with each purchase
