The store itself has a great layout. I also love the fresh homemade tortillas that are being made in the deli. Get them early in the morning because they run out by about noon. The bad thing about this store, the customer service. Walk in and say hello, the employee in the front ignores you, leave and say Thank you, no response and doesn't even look at you. The employees monitoring self check look miserable. I asked for assistance she came over never acknowledged me, I said Thank you she just walked away. Walmart look at all your stores because your customer service is non-existent. Store is clean and fairly well stocked.

Auto center had me back & fourth for 3 DAYS!First day was waiting for my installation to be done 2 hrs in I was told they had ordered the wrong sizeWent back with an appointment to install 4 tires and was told I did not have an appointment when I arrived. Was told I cannot get 3/4 tires installed but when I talked to someone on Yarbrough they told me they absolutely can ..they just don’t want to do the work. I’ve been driving with my spare on for 3 days because I haven’t been able to get serviced! Not to mention there was a couple in front of me with the same problem of them not wanting to install half of them and weren’t told they were out of stock when they got there

Forst time i been here in months. I had a young darker kid checking me out I had a ton pretty sure he was autistic. Let me say that's the best customer service I have ever received at any walmart. He made sure to check everything and put everything in bags carefully. This kid deserves a raise he actually cared and enjoyed his job!

I placed an order from Walmart yesterday and all the produce was horrible. I come to the store and ask to speak with the person encharcad of the department that picks the items. As soon as she comes out she tells me oh it was an express delivery it was not us, it was a sublet company and I asked her so since it was a sublet company you guys won’t do anything about it. She says well it was a sublet company not us so we are not responsible for your order they picked the others them selves. And I asked her so who do I pay the monthly membership to and she said Walmart so I said so who is responsible for hiring a third party company me or Walmart. She then says well it wasn’t us after 5 minutes of trying to explain to her that she has no customer service and letting her know that I pay them a membership, she says well were is you produce that was bad and I told her I came to talk to you guys to see what the process was and she says well I can’t do anything since you don’t have the products. I told her I don’t need anything from you I told her to let me have her managers information so I can talk to him. She has no customer service what so ever I was not asking for anything fee I was asking her for information and she got defensive right away she shouldn’t be taking care of customers. The guy on auto care counter , i do not know He offers the worst customer service I have ever known, he doesn't want to work. I went to get a battery for my car, and he asked me what I needed, and when I told him a battery, he threw a book on the counter and that I would look for it there, I told him why he didn't do it and he answered that he doesn't have one. computer to do it, that is to say that in other words if you don't know how to search in the book you are screwed, I don't think I will return to this place to look for anything at least in auto care name , but he is like 5'.10", hispanic

Just went thru toy section. Found a full hook of Barbie wedding dresses marked $5.97. I thought COOL! I pick one up and scan it. Comes up $9.97. So I ask an employee to scan. She says $9.97. I show her the entire hook full showing $5.97. She shows me another hook where it goes, but didn't move the product.So priced wrong, 100% employee fault, and employee did nothing to fix it. If your employees are going to stock in the wrong place, BY THEIR CHOICE, th3n the product should be the price that is marked where the product sits.

A great place for all your shopping needs. The store feels pretty clean and is well organized. They have a good selection of clothing for the whole family. We needed a bike for my son and found some pretty good options. In the grocery area it was very well stocked up. We don’t visit often but when we do, we usually stock up on the essentials a always get good prices here.

Was in the electronics tonight trying to buy a game..9:30 pm 4/18/2024, and there were 3 very ugly women "working" there, term used loosely because none of the three have ever seen a work day in their lives..., wearing blue wal mart vests, running around in circles playing having fun doing nothing....I asked three of them separately if they had the keys to get into the games that I needed a game, the ugliest one has the keys, and when I asked her if she spoke English because she was spouting off that foreign Spanish she got insulted.....which honestly I would have too been insulted if I looked like, acted like, treated customers like she did, well she turned around and went the other way, again doing nothing, which is what it seems shes doing with her life....anyways I will pick up the $70 game elsewhere....course do they care....NOPE unless it somehow effects their jobs directly in some way......

Waited an hour at the changing oil lane for someone to help me or tell me the wait time. Then I’ve been told it will take two hours to change oil with just one car in front of me. They told me to come at 7AM if I want to be served quicker. Well that was a lie

Let me begin by saying this is absolutely the WORST of the WORST place to take your car in for service! I took my Jeep there for a new battery and the service was horrendous. It took them almost 15 minutes to come talk to me while they were all laughing and joking around in front of me. Months later I take my Armada for a oil change at 6:00 pm and immediately a employee comes out and says we’re closed mind you there was no cars being worked on and I reply with don’t you close until 7? He replied with well we have to clean and want to go home too. I proceeded to speak with the manager and he made him do the oil change. On my way home I notice my engine is ticking so I pull over and check my oil only to find out they put 5 quarts when it needed almost 8. I go back the next day and speak to another manager named Luis who told me, “mistakes happen they’re human too but I can give you a $10 walmart gift card” and I told him I didn’t want that I wanted my oil topped off and he finally accepted. Yesterday I took my Alrima to get a new battery and at 5:55 Luis the manager came up to my car to say they were closed already because he was sending his techs home already. I proceeded to go to the Walmart by Cielo Vista and they did a great job and even told me a lot of people go to them after having the same experience with Luid and his Techs. Walmart do something about this!!!

El Paso Tx. to make some purchases, at the end (9:50) and before leaving the Walmart 512 store, my wife asked me to wait for her because she was going to go to the bathroom to wash her hands, since in the meat department she was trying to buy a tongue of beef whose packaging had a foul and nauseating smell, while I was waiting for the employee of Walmart 512 with the position of ambassador at that time named Nate, approached me and in an uncourteous manner and with a discriminatory attitude asked me to remove myself from That place, because it was in front of a service door, I left the Walmart 512 store and went to put my purchases I returned to the store to the toilet to wash my hands, as I passed I asked the Walmart 512 employee with a position That moment of the ambassador named Nate, why had he asked me to leave, if I was not doing anything wrong, the area where I was at the time I was being harassed by the Walmart 512 employee named Nate is not marked, nor It is delimited as a restricted area, nor is it an emergency exit, the Walmart employee named Nate answered me in a rude manner and with a discriminatory attitude, that I could not be in that place and began to repeatedly tell me thank you and goodbye, go away, thank you and goodbye, go away aggressively, I left the Walmart store and while I was walking to my car, the employee at Walmart 512 with the position of ambassador named Nate came out to the door with an intimidating and challenging attitude.

My Horrible experience was on Nov 1st 2023 around 9:30a.m. I walked in & walked straight to the meat area. Finally found the floor freezer that had a minimal amount of brisket. The brisket looked horrible. Too much fat cap, not enough meat. Looked around for some employees for assistance & as usual for Walmart you can never find help. Saw 2 gentleman walking by. I asked if they worked meat dept. And of course they didn't they asked What I needed. They would try to help. After I explained they said they didn't know. I asked if they could get someone to help. They went to the meat area & supposedly talked to someone & they said he'd be right out. 10 minutes later the gentleman walked out upset & went on break. I just stood there till several workers saw me & Sudbury offer help. Then finally asked what I needed. I didn't explain & they lady just agreed with me. I asked if she was sure or just said yes to get me out of her way. Turned out the brisket I got was a waste of money because it was bad. $50 down the drain

This Walmart is always busy but better stocked than the one on Dyer. Daniel Cox at the pharmacy was very helpful and friendly.

So happy with the bakery! I wish I had gotten names but the ladies behind the counter were super helpful and knowledgeable. 😍 Last minute (24 hour notice) cupcakes. I didn't open the box till we got home but could not have been happier! They individually packaged them for me without asking, for no extra crazy charge. They were ready when they said they would be, and I was actually late and they were so patient about it 💓

Great Deals today! Today I bought some G.E. LED Globe 5 watt (40 watt equivalent) light bulbs. They were priced at $9.94-- which is the lowest price in town. These are great for light fixtures that require 4-5 bulbs. They are also rated with a 13-year life!! So, you save on electricity and having to replace bulbs every 1-2 years!! :-)

A day after my visit for a new tire it is extremely obvious that a rotation and balance was not done. Therefore the charge was bogus and should have been refunded but the manager and employee argued with me about it. If you want honesty and trustworthy mechanics, I would avoid this place!

Extremely rude workers. Yesterday I really believe a worker stole my items won't name her yet she must've needed them. After going to customer service no help repurchased items. I've lived here years and gave never felt so unhuman going to this store. If you don't like working with customers maybe find something else other than Customer service 🤪. Only good thing us the nail shop inside of thus Walmart. Awesome service claudia and other young lady made my day better. As for the thing at customer service and worker that stole my items my God never sleeps .

The majority of the time I get help in finding what I need. Since everything was moved around sometimes I literally have to walk around to find what am looking for but this time I just wanted to go in and out. So anyway I was looking for a clothes steamer and I couldn't find the area. So I saw an older lady worker in the area and all I said was excuse me. Right away her answer this isn't my department and ran away. And all I had just said was excuse me. So I found a younger gentleman and I thought he'd answer the same but this young man said oh let me show you where it is. And he showed me exactly what I was looking for.

As a Hotwheel collector I was appalled that the practice of Walmart Workers about to stock new product on the shelves only to tell 1 to the other that they will hold on to the boxes and buy them in a certain amount of time for themselves. 1 other collector spotted 1 of the 3 boxes they were "carting" away and so they had to give it to him. As a former AP member for the company I did manage to record audio/video which I will share in another platform of my peers. The picture of Hotwheels are 1 of the sets in question the other set was the same and the 3rd was of Johnny Lightning which I could not take a pic of that one since they squirrelled it away.
