The store closes at 12 it was 9:40 and the restrooms were closed i will be sending you the bill for my uti couldn’t go to a different store because it was for an Uber order

I have been calling for more than half an hour to pharmacy and all they do is lift up phone and hang up on me. At one point one person said hold on. That's all. Why are they so rude. All I wanted was to know if my prescription was ready. But I guess I can take my Business somewhere else

Pharmacy is sooo slow! Waited in line for approximately 25 minutes. Staff just standing around talking. They jump from customer to customer and don't attend one at a time. Please work on being organized.. updated 8/30/17- omg! This pharmacy is the worst! I called twice, first time was hung up on. Second time they kept placing me on hold! I gave 1 star only so that I can write this review! Horrible!

Incredible service and attention by one of the clerks/cashiers he gave a great example of customer service. He helped me to find a coupon for an item that was kinda pricey and he lowered the price thanks to a coupon that he found. Thanks to “el Bryan” 😀

This has been our preference store for many years but sadly today I had a very embarrassing and bad experience at the farmacy window. I was threated with disrespect and racist comments by an employee which got frustrated because I was speaking to her in Spanish, it's really sad that she's working in customer service if she's not even capable of talking to people with respect. But what's even worst is that her latin skin is darker than mine.im sure her parents would be very disappointed. This won't change my way of thinking about my favorite store corner of north loop and Zaragoza just for an incompetent and rude employee. I do thank the awesome manager Erick for attending my problem with respect and manners. I hope she won't keep doing this to customers, clearly I can see there's many people complaining about her just by reading the reviews. Thank you again for years of good service and thank you to the great manager on this store. Mr. Erick

Don’t even bother to get your prescription here, they are the worst, I used to go to this walgreens for the convenience that is closer to my house but the service is the worst, the girl with purple dyed hair is very rude and the Afro-American just plain ignored me and attended the customer who got there after I had been there for a while already, I will go to other walgreens instead; since it’s not fair for us customers to deal with such rude employees who don’t treat us respectfully, thank God there are other walgreens we can go to.

I had 1 day to get makeup for my wedding. I went into Walgreens and Estrella a makeup consultant assisted me and help me get everything in less that 20 minutes. She scanned my skin tone and even applied it on my face. She is an amazing employee and has great customer service.

I was in the store and happened to Ask an employee about disposable film and she didn't know a price which was fine I understand that disposable film is like old school. She did ask another lady who I assume is a manager and that lady pretty much threw up a random price instead of actually giving a accurate price. She said it depends on the amount of pictures plus it was 50 bucks per development. She came up with 150 for the total. I know I could've just check online for the price but I was in the store and just was curious. For a feature reference maybe Walgreens should train their managers a little so when I customer has a question they have a accurate response.

Traveling. From out of town. Called this particular store's pharmacy and requested refill of a prescription I had in Colorado. The automated system said my refill would be ready next day. Next day I went to this particular Walgreens and they had no record of my prescription ever being requested. They were able to pull up, once I was there at store, and put in request, but then I had to wait again. I don't feel any employees are at fault. I think there may be a glitch in the automated system. But just wanted to bring to someone's attention because luckily I wasn't on my last pill or it would have been a real inconvenience.

Why have customer information if you’re not going to use it. If a doctors office sends the prescription and your pharmacy does not have that order in stock, how about a courtesy call to let me know so I don’t have to wait in line for 15 min at your store then an additional 20 min at another store that can fill the prescription.. thanks!!I’m upset because I called to check on the prescription and the voice assistant said that the order was still being processed and that I would be ready any time after 5pm. So I wait until 5:30 only to go through this...

Louie the pharmacist literally went out of his way to look for my daughters RX because they were OOS. This was after me calling 10 different pharmacies. He went above and beyond the call of duty. No other walgreens even offered that kind of customer service! I will be using this pharmacy , even though its out of the way from me. I feel this kind of service earns and keeps new customers. Bravo!

I go here to pick medication I use my insurance and the first time they used my insurance the second and third time they told me they were using my insurance but charging me more I got a call from my doctor they were not using my insurance charging me full amount and when confronted they got very rude and all he had to say was well you can return it if you want them went back with insurance was told they are using it and still charged full amount

I was just there and I was only paying for one item and there was a line, I guess one of the managers there started getting customers to check us out and the manager instead of calling me first because I was in line first he called the two customers behind me. That’s really bad customer service I work in retail and common u don’t do that. Bad experience the truth I was waiting there for 15 to 20mins

Employees do not enforce masks at this location. Two people walked around the store without a mask and the employees stayed silent. So much for public safety.

Pharmacy made a mistake and only filled one of the 2 medicines on the RX. I realized it once my husband got home so i called and they realized it was their mistake apologized and had it ready in less then 20 mins.
