Bought some meat and chicken on Sunday. We decided to cook the chicken on Thursday, and to our surprise the chicken was bad. I took pix so you can be careful on what you buy. It smelled really bad too.

I used to buy burritos here every Saturday morning. I stopped going because just 2 months ago on a Sunday, the food at their burrito food court tasted old, or per se, that was pre warmed at the microwave just to serve and sell. Plus, still weighing food even though it's from yesterday or who knows when? You must be needy to perform that act. Selling old food at a fresh food price.

Bought menudo and it was blah..no flavor and was frkn BURNT!!! I bought half a dozen of francesitos and they ONLY gave me 3. I won't be buying menudo there again. The meat were in BIG pieces. Ugh

Bad service ...butcher angry throwing meat around and in a bad mood...cashier overloading plastic bags to the point of busting. If these employees don't want to be there say something or don't go in ...it is a people place and service is your business!!

Yesterday I bought sweet bread and impanadas and man the impanadas were moldy inside. I will NOT BUY SWEET BREAD from this store terrible. how can you sale this to your customers. Poor quality of food.

If I could give it zero stars I would! I will never order cakes/cupcakes here ever again! They are so messy no one knows anything about your orders they are so unorganized and they even gave me some of my daughters cupcakes without frosting! 🤬 the bakery ladies are super rude and want to act like they don’t see you standing there!

This place is always empty yet somehow there is always a line to check out. Many times I have bought produce only to have it go bad a couple of days later. Meat is ok. It's never been great, just ok. Overall this store is clean. Lately one entrance is closed and it makes it very inconvenient to enter. With the awkward entry and slow cashiers it is not that great of a location to go. Other vistas are amazing, this one not so much.

Am only putting a one star .. since that’s the only way .. I’ll be allowed to rate the place.. It was a quick stop..I heated up and smashed the pinto beans they sell at this place.. and to my surprise I took a bite of my white bread with cheese and had a huge rock in it ..I was so grossed out..never again will I buy any prepared food there .. time and time I’ve given it many second chances like with the fresh fruit in the cup..spoiled..and the rotisserie’s being under cooked..but no.. Am honestly done.. I tried calling the manager to make the complaint and make them aware of it.. but no one answered..so I Just decided to blast them on here..

The store is very clean and well stocked. The veggies and fruits were good and fresh. They have a tortillería, a bakery and their carnicería was also well stocked. We purchased some marinated arrachera and we were surprised at the price because other places sell it for double. The meat was sooo tender. We will definitely be back.

Gave me a destroyed cake, apparently no managers are ever there to speak to and didn’t want to return my money. Said they were going out of there way to return my money for a cake that looked terrible.

I bought some menudo today and it was stinky and had a bunch of chili peel which tells me that they don't wash the menudo good and they don't strain the red chili. It was horrible. I also bought some red chili and meat same thing with the chili peel and very old tasting. It was horrible also. I don't plan to go back to the store and also because one time we bought brisket and my family got very sick. You couldn't get in touch with the manager, their phones don't work. Shame on this store!!!!!!!!

Went to get some sweet bread last night around 9:30pm store closes at 10. The lady attending the department was very rude. I walk in she was talking to a lady from another department , they both look at me and both rolled their eyes at me . They didn't acknowledge me and continued their conversation. After about a minute the lady turns to me and rudely tells me that they only clean at that time and angerly grabbed a box saying she'd still give me bread. Which I declined given how rude she was to me i no longer wanted her sevice.The store has no sign reading that they will not assist you at that time. I will not be returning to the store. Very bad costumer service. I see a lot of reviews similar to mine which only means management isn't working hard enough to fix the issues and responds to every review in the same manner.

We ordered a cake from vista and when it was time to pick it up the ladies were rude and flat out said no with attitude because I forgot my receipt I did however have a picture and it was able to be read legibly but I guess it wasn’t enough and they didn’t explain that they don’t give out the cake without receipt. And when they did they pointed at a poster that was semi covered and said read there with an attitude definitely not worth your money or your time. I hope it is brought to baking staff’s attention

Great place and service. Every time the employees are smiling. They pay attention to costumer requests and solve them adequately. The upgrade they did to the building is very convenient, and it looks happier. The fresh food, snacks, tortillas, and great variety they offer makes this place a very attractive business to visit. I totally recommend it.

There tortilla machine is always broken or they stop making them at a earlier time idk. Some of their employees are not very friendly and are short of rolling their eyes at me. Maybe I came at the wrong time or she just wanted in the mood.

Nice little neighborhood store. Has almost everything you are looking for at a good price. Has freshly made delicious flour tortillas every day. Some excellent chilli salsas among other things.I highly recommend this place.

I don't know what has happened here in this store.Vista was a great place to shop for groceries. I don't know if they changed managers because lately everything is dirty, I once had to return a meat that was wrapped with a fly, flour tortillas are not well cooked, I see a female manager being friendly to employees which is wrong because authority is lost and today my husband went to buy some items and he had to wait in line for almost 20 mins because they had no cashier. Employees in the cake section are very rude! Owner needs to check on managers to see why they are letting this store down.

I made a quick stop for frozen corn and heavy cream, the freezer had ice everywhere inside, outside! The door was stuck with ice! Floor wet with melting ice water.

Wanted to share info, kinda blown off. Went into bakery section to order cake. Stood there in front of lady ROGJT IN FRONT OF HER! Very rude lady. Next day pick up cake. Cake seemed a day or 2 days old. Hard cake mix. NEVER AGAIN! Complained she's still there in bakery section CAKES!

I like vista's bakery. That is mainly why I go there for. I have walked around the isles and it does have a great variety of products just like any other supermarket. Their produce section is always organized and they even prepare food daily which looks like its popular among high school students during lunch and afterschool. Overall this is a good place to buy what you need. It definitely has my approval.
