Went in person there in person last Sunday 5/05/24 the 2 guys there were not very friendly they took for ever to tell me if they had termycin on stock. Then I called today they placed on hold never came back to phone so I hung up called again and the lady tells me "oh you need a rx for it." So I tell her why wasn't I told this since the beginning?????

I needed four horse stall mats I asked when they closed over the phone I didn't get told that they couldn't sell the mats past 6pm I arrived at 630pm they then told me this and couldn't sell items on display what is that top notch service right there.2 star just because I need to come back and get them.

I called to see if they had horse stall mats and was told over the phone that you guys have plenty. I arrived 30 minutes later (commute time) and you tell me they were sold the day before. Manager Adolfo would not come to the front and talk to me and was offered a “rain check” a curiosity call when they’re in stock. A female answered the phone and place seemed very disorganized.

Tractor supply off of loop 375 is my favorite tractor supply store. The customer service was friendly and everything I needed was in stock. They have rearranged the store again which is common for retail stores. It seems they have reduced their clothing line a little bit, maybe in preparation for their holiday season. Today I was able to pick up a few small gifts for Christmas they have some really nice collector vintage model cars. They also have some new toys up near the register.

Order online… order was sent to another city.. no worries…. order again!!!! sent to other side of town….. not driving 30 miles out of my way…..Alrighty then …. Order the third time….orders ready but, we don’t have half the products when I show up ….????? Went to the isle and all the items I wanted where there sitting on the shelf next to each other…. Yeah I don’t know who did the order or what happen but we refunded your credit card for a 3rd time and, if you want those items you need to purchase everything again. Nice…… thanks Tractor Supply….

I came in looking for a jobox that would fit my truckbed and, I came across an employee named Chris, he gave me the best customer service and lent Me his measuring tape to measure the width of my truckbed and wheel wells. 100% satisfied with My visit to tractor supply on the west side of El Paso. Give Chris a raise at that location he deserves it.

Well, when I walked in, there’s people ahead of me, which were white people which were greeted with a big hello, and then, when the girl saw me with the bandanna in her hair, she genuine she looked at me with discussed, and then routed somebody to go follow me around and then I asked her if they had hoodies for sale and I asked before I went there and she had said yes when I got there, it wasn’t a Videos. She looked at me and discussed again, and made me feel really uncomfortable. I wish she’s really racist.

Tractor Supply is tops. The weather got so bad, Tractor Supply allowed The Mobile Pet Vet Clinic inside for vaccinations. One of the employees even gave snacks to our pets. Thank you.

Called and asked for help on puppy vaccines. The girl that answered was very friendly and informative. When I went in to buy the 5 in 1 puppy vacs. I was great with the same great information and service. These guys are legit. Cashier also gave me some great training tips!! Highly recommend...Went back for more 5 in 1 vacs. Great service as always!

I enjoy going and sometimes purchasing. But lately after buying items when I get home I notice I was over charged. It’s upsetting and a inconvenience that a person would have go back and let them know the shelf price is less than the one on the receipt. It’s not a busy store and I see workers walking around a lot. Why can’t they make sure prices are up to date.

Incredibly nice and helpful. I came in with my dog and they made over him like he was the cutest thing they had ever seen. Very friendly associates. The cashier gave me several tips for things I could do for my pup's coat. Will definitely go again.

A knowledgeable young lady got a ladder, pulled down from the top shelf the 20 lbs or so kennel I wanted with ease, confidently told what size I needed for my pup Atlas, and followed me up front, opened her register and offered to ring me up. Great customer service, immediate understanding of what size I needed based on the weight and type of dog I wanted to house ...she is awesome, a good shopping experience and great $ value for my kennel, the medium kennel I bought was almost 30% less expensive than those I priced in SoCal... Yep TSC does it again!, the only other thing I needed was a Bull-hide black straw, they were sold out of almost all their cowboy lids, I'll be back

Ok, I love this store! They have these super ginormous bags of dog food for incredibly reasonable prices. They also have everything you could ever need for gardening. They also have odds and ends like rain boots, seasonal items, a variety of things that may surprise you. It's not just a store for cowboys or construction types. I'm very girly and LOVE this store because I always walk out with unexpected things that are so reasonably priced! I would highly recommend checking out this store. And the staff is also super friendly and really helpful!

We never have an issue here, we always find everything we need regarding farming and diesel products for our products. My wife yesterday went in for a SIMPLE TIMOTHY HAY BALE and found the cashier to be rude and degrading. She asked the employee if they had any in hand and immediately said no as in trying to get rid of her or not doing the job correctly. Offering her something else more expensive and less of a product when she knew what she wanted and what she was going for. If you don’t want to work don’t do it!! I never complain about the store fabulous people always! But you can’t even supply a simple hay bale do the job right and not halfassed.

Waited a month for our order to come in, called every week, told it's on its way, go to the store 2 times, told it should be there soon, go a third time, told the order was never placed but that it would be on the next truck and rushed to to the mistake, told I would be called as soon as it gets in, 3 weeks later, no call, I call, even though at this point I gave up on it, and told that there was no guarantee on the item getting there. Store is a joke. Other than some good prices on the dog food we use we have no other reason to shop there and honestly even that is barely enough reason to continue doing business with the westside store.

Couldn’t find an oil filter for my cub cadet mower, so I went to front desk cashier the cashier stated she was unable to help me and to go to the customer service desk. Went to the customer service desk showed the part number to Albert wouldn’t spend the time to look up the part on his system took me to the oil filters and before we could even figure out which filter to use he walked away to help another customer and never returned. I will spend my money at Home Depot from now on. A couple months back had the same experience when I was trying to buy a new cup cadet mower so I left went to Home Depot also save me $400. Unfortunately I will never return to tractor supply if you need some thing from tractor supply I promise Home Depot or Lowes will have it for less money in better service believe it or not

I find the most amazing things here. I go there for a rake and come home with more then that, an adorable basket or garden ornament. Staff are very helpful and friendly. You don't need to own a tractor to love this place!

They've got everything you might need for your pets and anything outdoors. What really makes them stand out is their customer service. I went to purchase a trap for feral cats and the staff was really helpful with recommendations, usage, etc. I highly recommend them.
