Been here probably since it opened, I always had a great experience and rex and coffee have always been treated here . Rex and coffee are both healthy thanks to the vet . I've never had any issues with the team and the vet. Reason for the 4 stars as he's prices have tripled .

My husband and I took our cats here by chance, (after a bad experience that same morning at another place) and it was a great experience for both us and our two cats. The staff was kind, friendly and clear on instructions for our appointment. They treated our cats well, and understood our concerns. They were able to vaccinate them without stressing them out, took time to pet them and handled them with care. Dr. Snyder was so funny and kind! He examined them both, taking his time on each one. He knows his craft very well! If you are unsure where to find good animal care, you should come here.

While they were unable to save my baby girl, after learning of her passing they sent me a card with their condolences. This is not a complaint, i am thankful for the gesture. I believe they did what they could but it's still hard for me to give them 4-5 stars, i did lose her after all.

I loved our experience with this vet center. I called inquiring on cat neuters and was able to get an appointment for the neuter within 4 days. Prior places I called wanted to do multiple appointments or booked months out. They came to the car the get my cat and asked if I would like any add ons they offered. I thought it was great to be given options on helping with recovery or complications. I also got to speak to the doctor which was nice.Later through the day I received confirmation my cat was out of surgery and well and received an adorable picture. I went at my designated pick up time and was given aftercare instructions which I greatly appreciated as this is my first cat. A day later and he’s recovering nicely, I’m very impressed with their care for pets and their professionalism. Every employee I encountered was kind and helpful!

New to El Paso and needed to get our boys their annual exam, Vaccines, Flea, Tick and heart worm medicine. Googled Veterinarians close to home and found Veterinary Care Center of Texas, called and was able to get an appointment 2 days later for our two boys at the same time. We were all greeted warmly by Ashley. Our usually shy pups took right to Ashley and she provided lots of treats, hugs and kisses to them. The entire staff ensured all the shots were done painlessly and quickly. Dr. Snyder is friendly and gentle explains everything he is doing, what he recommends and why. We are so grateful to have found our new Vet in El Paso with Dr. Snyder and the entire staff at The Veterinary Care Center of Texas!

I absolutely love this place, the ladies always try to make Bane feel comfortable even though he’s a scaredy-cat. The doctor made sure to take care of all of my concerns and they offer laser therapy finally!

Well I learned my lesson the hard way I went somewhere else and received the typical ER treatment that we get for humans which is basically a lot of cost and nothing personalized for you. With Dr Schneider you get personal service all the time thank you Dr Snyder and thank your staff for me. 👍🏽A+++ by the way they are not on airways anymore they are on Montana down the Sonic I don't know why Google hasn't changed their address yet. On another note you did it doctor! This old dog's rash finally went away you were the only one who was able to do it successfully as permanently Rocky's got a lot of problems but this is one less one to worry about! He was suffering so much with it it was going into his ears all the way to his brain but you reversed it thank you! Money well spent.

I am very thankful for Dr Snyder's Tech Katherine! She helped our little doxi Lola get the treatment she needed! She has been there from the beginning and still checks up on Lola! Dr. Snyder & Valarie did such an amazing job caring for my two cats. I had an appointment for the following day but something came up where I needed to take one of my cats in asap…and they accommodated for them. It took a little bit longer for the whole visit, but understandably so since I came spur of the moment. I’ve been to several vets in el paso and I won’t go any where else for my little fur babies needs. Everyone is so kind & it was an overall great experience with a highly trained and skilled staff. Priscilla, Katherine and Estrella are the most amazing Vet Techs there. They always make sure to be informative and answer any questions. They are extremely professional and sweet to my babies. Dr. Snyder is amazing as well, he's genuinely funny and he makes you feel welcomed and at ease, Mrs. Snyder makes the whole place feel better with her positive attitude, she makes you feel at home. I've been bringing my babies here for 4 years and they've never failed me when it comes to the care of my precious doggies. I wouldn't choose any other clinic for my pets needs. I appreciate you all, my babies love you, simply amazing.

Great and friendly staff. Dr. Snyder took the time to talk about the procedure beforehand even though the staff did the same. Very informative after procedure care instructions. Clean facility. Very comfortable taking my furry friends there for care. The only thing is the price, but I didn't do comparison shopping. It may have been average? Anyway, very happy and comfortable with everything else. Will be back when veterinary care is needed.

Brought my cat of 7 years here. He’s my baby my best friend. He’s been seen here 3 times now, this time was horrible, our appointment was at 1:30 it was supposed to just be a fecal and annual vaccines but ended up also being bloodwork and a few other tests. (As they are constantly recommending/pushing so many other tests/supplements/medicines.) Typically they take him give him his vaccines and we are then put in a room together but instead they took him at 1:30 and just had him for 2 hours+ straight. We have never left our baby at a vet before. We mostly waited in our car outside for a while, eventually allowed into the office to wait in the lobby for the last about 20-30 min. We were then informed they shaved our cats neck a bit and stabbed/poked him multiple times because they couldn’t get his blood I understand stuff like this happens but never to my cat, the woman kept saying it wasn't our cats fault (which I know my cat is VERY well behaved even with strangers) or we could barely notice it because of his long fur but that doesn’t matter to me it’s that it was done at all with out my permission and that my baby had to go through that. On top of these things we ended up paying $430 for this basically annual visit and my cat was perfectly healthy (thank god) but this price and horrible experience made me look back at previous bills from his vet appointments at other locations and realized this vet over charges immensely. My husband and I have never cared about pricing as long as my baby is taken care of but he wasn’t here so I don’t recommend going here it’s not worth the up charge or the emotional distress at all.

Without a doubt, this was the best veterinarian experience I’ve ever had. I took my three dogs here for an annual checkup and vaccines. 💓 Dr. Snyder and Estrella are superstars!!! Multiple staff members helped us out throughout the appointment and I’m sorry for not remembering names, but the entire staff is so caring 💓I was beyond impressed by how caring Dr Snyder is 👏🙏 He found that one of my dogs has a heart condition that needs to be looked into. Thanks to him I’ll be able to help my pet and help keep him here a little longer. Truly the best veterinarian! Dr. William Snyder, Mrs. Delia Snyder and their wonderful staff are amazing! I’ve been taking my fur babies across town to them for years! They’re always very caring and so attentive to my pet’s needs. They do their best to inform me of recommendations for my babies well being informing me of diagnosis, treatment and cost and always reaching out to me to know how they’re doing. Dr.&Mrs. Snyder are by far the best I've seen for all my pet care needs! Their staff are equally amazing. I've been getting treatment for my eight (YES 8) canine family members since I discovered this wonderful team of people everything from simple nail clipping,spay&neuter,shots, &lately my pup Samantha's extensive surgery/laser therapy and care. The comfort and dignity Dr. Snyder gives his patients is unlike any I've ever seen with any other veterinarian. If I could rate this practice ten stars they'd deserve it. Thank You Dr. Snyder, Mrs.Snyder and team for caring about your patients! As for pricing it speaks for itself those who complain about upselling must not realize that the Dr knows what your pet needs more than you do and his recommendations are because he cares about your furry family member. No other pricing compares to the pricing here. This is by far the best place for compassionate pet care&where pets are treated with the dignity they deserve.
