Vicki is an amazing person! She is friendly and VERY sweet. She LOVES all the pets that she grooms. My fur babies have known her all their lives. One is 13yrs old, one is 12yrs old and the baby is 1. All 3 are SOO comfortable with her, they look forward to seeing her. Prices are very reasonable and she ALWAYS leaves them looking wonderful and my pups know they look great! I take all my dogs here for grooming. I can show em a pic of how I want certain cuts or fur styles n they are done exactly! I've bn dealing with this establishment since I was a teen and for d last ~20 years I've had the pleasure of getting to know owner, Vikki. She's a dog lover n a rescuer herself. A very patient, generous n caring woman. She will take good care of your dogs. AND has alot of skill n experience in d dog grooming profession.

Our cockerspaniel/ poodle mix is always excited to return to the Pet Shop to be get beautiful, and although I know she is difficult to groom she always looks wonderful. Vicki does an amazing job and clearly loves dogs and has a real heart for her job. I have been taking my dogs for about 20 years now. They get to know your pet and handle them like a valued pet not just an animal. She started grooming my Lili since she was a puppy until she died at the age of 16. Lili became a bit grouchy (to say the least) as get got older and they were always very gentle and loving. I have had many wonderful experiences with The Pet Shop. I now have 3 very different pups and they always look adorable when we pick them up. I highly recommend The Pet Shop to anyone looking for a great place to groom their fur babies.

Vicki has had this grooming shop for over 20 years. I take my Shih Tzu to get groomed at her place at least once a month and he is always happy to be there. She is so friendly, prices are great, and she offers a military discount. You're guaranteed to be satisfied at this business. Thanks for the great customer service Vicki!

The first couple of times I took my dog, her cut was pretty good. Unfortunately this last time I took her to get groomed she came out terrified. Her haircut was terrible and her nails were cut so short they were super sharp and brittle. She was cut up pretty bad under her mouth too. She itched so bad for days that I had to buy a cone to stop her from making her cuts worse. She was literally shaking after I picked her up. I will never bring her here again. I am so disappointed with this place.

I was told by Vicky that my pet will be ready to pick up between 4 and 5 pm. I planned accordingly. Vicky called around 3pm. to let me know that my pet was ready. She said that she was about to step out during the lapse of time I was told to be there. When I get there, No body answered the door! I called, No body answered! I left a message asking to call me back. No body called me back! It was 5:00 pm, still waiting, and listening to my pet barking so loud knowing that I was there! No body was with her! I went home to prepare for other options to get my pet. Yet, I sent a text message at 5:03 pm. Vicky did not respond! Finally, She called at 5:22 to let me know I could pick up my pet. When I get there I did not pay attention to what Mrs Vicky said. I just wanted to pay and leave. First and Last for me there. Certainly, It was a long day for all the parties involved but my precious Chica couldn't realize that.

I took my dog here twice. The first time was OK, nothing amazing, but the second time his cut was very choppy and uneven and I found a spot on his chest where the clippers had nicked him. They didn't tell me about that. I know my dog doesn't sit still well, but no other groomer (including my untrained self) have ever cut him. Prices were good compared other local groomers, but my pup seemed a little scared when I picked him up.

We brought our 7 months old German Sherperd and it was the worst. My poor dog was traumatized and had black eyes on both eyes. His eye balls were about to pop out. We end up taking our dog the see the vet. Now he has to be on meds for his eyes. Never ever ever bringing my dog there again!
