I'll definitely be coming back! Sun City Kitty is fun and way more affordable than I was expecting. Staff is really friendly, the drinks are tasty, and the kitties are ADORABLE! An hour appointment plus a bag of treats per person is so worth the price, especially for someone who loves cats but can't have one currently!Dietary restrictions: They offer alternative milks for the dairy-free!

My two teenage nieces and I thought this was a great way to spend an hour! Lots of cuddly kitties all eager to play. It sure seemed like the cats enjoyed us as much as we enjoyed them. The hour package was the right amount of time (for only $3 more than the 30 minute package). Cats really loved the treats, but since they only let you buy one per person, make sure you don't give them out in the first few minutes. The coffee was excellent. Can't wait to go back.

This was my daughter, and I’s first time visiting! We heard that they will be building one in Las Cruces where we live so we decided to visit the one in El Paso first! The idea is great and we really enjoyed it. We have cats so she understands how to be around them. Most we're friendly and playful, others were napping or stayed to themselves.I give them 5 stars and hope more people visit the Solana Las Cruces location, and decide to adopt!

Amazing service, I’m glad I adopted from Sun City Cafe!I adopted former “Sweet Pea” now “Luna” back in January, I was told she was a special case due to skittish, shy behavior. After 2 months of adjusting and much patience, Luna is doing amazing! Thank you for making the adoption process easy!

I was excited when someone told me that there was a cat cafe at the mall. Knowing the cat cafe in Munich, Germany, where you can sit and drink coffee while petting cats (and adopt them) however long you want, I thought this place was going to be like it. Well I was wrong. The area where you can sit is small and separated from the cats. It’s either drink coffee or go pet the cats. That wasn’t even the worst. It will cost you 7 dollars to hang out with the cats for 30 min and 10 dollars for 1 hour. Really? How can you expect people to be wanting to adopt a cat if you have to pay extra. What a huge disappointment. If you want to adopt a cat just go to the animal shelter where you can spend time with cats all day if you wanted for free .

Went for the book cat thing, the book vendors made it seem we get a voucher for hanging with the cats if purchasing a kids book . But then it was only kids. The cafe concept sucks tbh , because why do you have to pay for coffee and cats separately? Ideally,you can buy your purchase and sit at tables or chairs and drink a coffee with cats around. Probably why they have a low adoption rate , I appreciate them helping the cats but the set up sucks and differs from normal cat cafes .Also the staff aren’t nice people, hope they do what’s best for the cats.

My son and I LOOOOOOVED hanging out at the kitty cafe! Staff were lovely and they explained the procedure well. My son was so happy playing with the cats! They were all so sweet and well behaved. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Sun City Kitty Cafe for creating this wonderful experience for us cat lovers!

Everyone here is so lovely, from the owners to the employees to the cats themselves! I know it's kind of silly to review a place that's only been open for a week, but I'm so excited about it.We went for the grand opening and we were so happy to see so many people who also love it and want to see it succeed.I can't wait to see what's next for Sun City Kitty!

Signed up online for the cat room and I didn’t see how to add each guest. When I got there they helped me out and added my kids. We waited a few minutes so the cat room could accommodate us. The staff was nice and polite.

I’ve gone here a couple times and I love spending time with the cats, it’s therapeutic ❤️ Facility is also very clean and the coffee/hot chocolate is great. I’m glad we have such a unique cafe like this in El Paso 🙂Vegetarian options: They have oat and almond milk

Cute idea and my daughter enjoyed her 15 min in there but… some of the cats are aggressive. My daughter is 4 and she knows to be soft and gentle. My daughter was trying to pet one of the kitties and the kitty snapped. I think some of these kitties are not happy and it’s just not safe for the kiddos. Great concept and $7 per person is not bad. I don’t think you all should charge parents who have little ones. I would bring my daughter again but I have to be watching carefully.

I absolutely LOVE this cat cafe! Thestaff is super nice and helpful. You cantell they love all the kitties as if theywere their own. some people might get annoyed that the cats aren’t the most sociable (depending on the time of day you visit) but as someone who is a cat owner this doesn’t bother me, i’ve noticed the cats are more active earlier in the day so schedule around 9-11 am; don’t bring a child if they don’t know how to respect animals boundaries, if they get hurt it won’t be the cat’s fault

This place is absolutely amazing!! 😻 The staff is super friendly and went above and beyond. The cafe and cat room are so clean. And don’t get me started on the cats; they’re so playful, friendly, and cute!! I felt very welcome during my visit. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend going if you love cats or coffee.

One word ✨Amazing✨. I loved hanging out with the kitties. The coffee is so good as well; I got a standard vanilla iced latte, and it was pretty damn nice. Overall, a great experience that I’m definitely coming back for sometimes.

this place was not worth it. I tried to go and adopt. they said only pictures on the wall were the one ones available. I decided to walk closer to the room to peak inside and the worker snapped at me stating "No window Shopping allowed".What a complete joke. It has huge windows around. People walking on the outside can see in. Are they gonna go yell at them for "Window shopping". That i would need to pay in order to see whose available and to go inside.Might aswell remove the windows and replace with walls. and make the door solid.Going into a store in general and looking around is considered window shopping.This place just wants to make a quick buck even if it sounds ridiculous.

You can go here and play with so many cats for only $7! I think you can also adopt the cats, if you'd like. The door greeter is a kind, distinguished gentleman named only, The Meowtre D'. I have included a picture of him celebrating Pride Month. He is only the first of many fine cats you will meet. In order, the cats are named: Benito Mewssolini, Tomcat Waits, Caliconan O'Brien, Rami Meowlick, Helen Smeller (she's a blind kitten), Helena Bonham Carpurr, and The cat formerly known as Princess.

This is the first time that I have gone to a cat petting cafe and it was really relaxing. The tea was good and the cats were playful and friendly. To get the most out of your visit buy a couple of treat bags for the kitties along with your tea.

The cat area was very clean. The cats had a litteral cat door to a private room they could go to if they wanted to get away from people. They book people in time alots with a max capacity of 4 or 5 ( I think). I sat out side and did some work while my wife and son played with the cats. I am allergic. Nice staff. Great coffee. Excellent experience.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: It's on the second floor of the mall. Above the food court. And is right by the elevator between them.
