They need to do something about the gas pumps. Cars blocking half the parking lot. Need more pumps. The car wash is awful don’t waste your time it never cleans well. Getting gas here is seriously stressful. Not to mention dangerous. They need dedicated lanes and some organization.

I came Christmas shopping with a vengeance! 😝 🎅 and left with a gift for just about everyone on my list! I appreciate the layout of this location. I was able to find everything that I was looking for!The only annoyance is that one must load their own items onto the conveyor belt, AND also load up the cart. I’m happy to say that at Costco, there are always two people minimum leading and packing them. Oh, well. Still Recommended! 4/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tried this other sam's went for some dog and of course there wasn't any with all the people standing around here u would think they would have someone checking inventory but I guess that's too much work

Good place to shop, kid friendly...You all shpuld do sensory shopping day twice a month, for mothers with disabled kids or disabled people. Example: autism sensory friendly day every other Saturday of the month at 7am -8am, etc.... It's hard for people with disabilities (autism) to go shopping sometimes.

The club is fine. But their “system,”Messed up our order and we waited two hrs for it for them to tell us they couldn’t do it. And employees are friendly minus the really rude and a racist lady working the front door when you exit. The rude lady at the door happened a year prior to our online order being messed up so they were separate incidents.

Sam's is always best as membership super shop. This Sam's outlet is not a different. Always neat and clean, well organized. All the items are refilled on due time. Lots of collection of groceries as well as daily necessities. Always been this outlet as this is the nearest Sam's near UTEP and We call it Mesa Sam's. Always best for all types of products, groceries and daily necessary items. But nowadays in April 2022, prices are higher than ever and some products are out of stock most of the time. Maybe this is because of the war effect going on.

The issue that I would like to address is the parking lot situation on Sundays (Sam's on Westside). With the Farmers Market in the Hobby Lobby parking lot everyone going there takes up the parking of Sam's. We left Sam's after our shopping and could not get out of the parking lot for over 20 minutes. Since I didn't want to go the wrong direction we had to wait in line and actually go into the gas islands when we weren't going to fuel up to exit the parking lot. My wife called Sam's while we were waiting to express her concerns. She spoke with someone that transferred her to a manager (which after 12 minutes) never answered. Very disappointed. No longer shopping there on Sundays.

Basically it's Walmart's version of Costco 😅If you blindfold someone and take them directly to the club inside, I'll bet not many people can tell the differences.But Sam's club does have some exclusive selections and focuses, for instance, the gallon box of utz Pub Mix 😆

Awful customer service. Went to pick up an order for my boyfriend's dad, a shed. Went to member services to ask about it, where the woman working there was being rude to an older couple. After they were finished we asked her about a pickup where she immediately said this was the wrong departament and to go to curbside pickup next to the pharmacy. We go and there is no one there to help us take the shed and load it up onto the truck...a customer was the one that went out of his way to help us load it. Not a good experience.

They never have carts and the managers just stand there doing nothing but saying “we had to cut hours”. Customers have to get their own carts. And once you get to shopping the fruit is moldy and the meat is rotten. Shame. Can’t wait for a Costco to come to the west side.

I love this place and spend lots of money here unintentionally. Love the self checkouts (I know some of you hate them) but I hate it when people touch my stuff, so I prefer the self checkouts! The Cafe has fair priced foods, though it is a little disorganized, but they'll figure it out. Overall, I can come and go as quickly as I chose thanks to the scan and go. Best thing ever!!! And their gas prices are awesome and the lines are much shorter than Costco! Still love it here! 😀

I have always received top of the line customer service at the west side location, but yesterday was the cherry on the top. About 6 hours later of my shopping trip, I realized I had left my wallet on the shopping cart. The store was already closed so I had to wait until today to check if they had it.I assume the employee who takes the carts from the corral back to the store returned it, but no one could tell me the name of the employee or associate who turned it back to the store.Thanks so much Sam’s Club!

Last moments to get my roasted chicken... and some spices... roasted chicken was super toasted (burnt a bit)and smaller... cashier was grumpy, no smile, annoid, even a coworker adised him I was speaking to him 😤 I am like, time to find a job you enjoy 😉

Highly Disappointed with Sam staff lately I recently purchased a large container of Clorox and the worker stabbed it with a knife 🔪 extreme issues with customers she treated us extremely rude and she also stabbed my two organic beef but I noticed right away because of the blood trail! So I had to remove that we didn't notice about the Clorox because of the cardboard so once we put the Clorox in our vehicle a crazy smell of Clorox started coming out so I had to pull over and I noticed that the Clorox was pooling all over inside my vehicle G thanks Sam's now my carpet is ruined! Now who's going to pay for that?!

Their system so messed up having to wait 25 min in line because there's only one cashier and 10 customers in front of me all for gas. I know you all trying 2 upgrade but have consideration for people that have issues with your app.

This is a great Sam's Club. The only thing I gotta say is that ALL of the fountain machines inside the food court either need repair or need recalibration or need more soda syrup or more gas or something. It's a small nitpick I guess, but they've been broken pretty much the whole two years I've been going. Just fix them already lol.

Question are they short on staff. There were several people plus the elderly having to go get their own cart from outside. I don't mind helping but this is wrong. I also noticed that the motorizedwheel chairs were blocking the handicap parking.

The only reason I joined Sam's club is for the low gas price. It's a big hassle, though, because of the long lines, pumps are almost always partially or totally down, and the prices are most probably not always the lowest in the city!!!

I love the Sam's App! I scan my own groceries and then just "slide to the right" to pay...all on my phone! No more waiting at the long checkout lines!

Sam's club is my favorite! I don't shop here for myself, I do Instacart but every time I come in I see pretty good prices and I will definitely be getting a membership! It would be nice if there was more check outs and people in the front because the lines get long

The guy unloading me is pretty efficient. However, I've seen 3 roaches in 10 min. I don't think it helps there's food spilled next to the dumpster outside. Just a helpful tip Sam's club you may need to fumigate

I placed a pick up order, wasn't ready within the timeframe given. It took 3 phone call attempts for someone to pick up the phone. Associates were not helpful. First associate who picked up the phone transferred me over to the bakery department and the person in bakery said she was going to get someone from service to help me with an order status. I waited for over 20 min and no one picked up the phone.

organized enough, staff was a bit rude when asking for help locating items. also people in meat department don't really know much about the cuts, and became short with me when i tried to explain what country ribs were to someone who didn't know, and if they had any. Unapologetic group at food counter could not give me any reason how my 2 whole pizza order didn't get fulfilled.... The incompetence is staggering...Update 02/2023: It seems the helpfulness has only gotten worse since last review. every encounter i had the employee seemed too busy to offer assistance. How i wish their membership wholesale competitor had a location on West side too.

I am some what unsure as why Sam's needs to check out the merchandise, at the exit. Some times the lines are long to pay up and after paying you stay in line to leave the store. And sometime there is only one person doing it. If they are concerned about theft, maybe they should arrange how the check out process is done, or the area after check out more secure... I would explore any other options.
