Wonderful grooming experience. Took my Goldendoodle and golden retriever. Both were groomed perfectly and just the way I wanted. They listened to the cut/style I wanted for my doodle. And when I picked her up they asked “is there was anything you don’t like about it, that they would fix it”. I said “nope she looks amazing!!” She was happy and energetic when I got her. You can tell they really do care and treat the dogs well. Also, their prices were on point! Hallelujah!!! It’s about time the West Side got a really awesome groomer!!!!

The most patient, loving, and caring grooming place on the west side of El Paso! We've tried other places before and this IS the ONLY place where our 15 yr. + old Coco comes back calm and happy.Pet owners are welcomed to stay in the waiting room and even see their pets being groomed. WHO DOES THAT?!! That's how confident they are! Ms. Virginia and her staff treat our pets like their very own:)!! 100% TLC for sure! Thank you all!

First time visit for Maverick, they took their time and great care of him while he was getting groomed. He was in rough shape and they got him all trimmed up and ready for summer! The location is beautiful inside, definitely one of the nicer groomers we've gotten to visit here in El Paso, highly recommend!

This is the best place to take our fur babies in El Paso! Our babies are older and don’t do well being at a grooming salon too long. They were taken in on an appointment and did well. I will definitely be bringing them back.

They use to have such great service and grooming until one of their groomers left. I didn’t even recognize my dog my last two visits. My doodle came back with bald spots and cuts. Will not be returning.

My dogs were in very very rough shape, and they were still willing to take them in (husky mix) without judgment. Virginia, the owner, reassured me everything would be okay and even gave me a hug. Picked up my 4 babies today (2 Morkies, a Yorkie and a Maltese) and I’m beyond happy and excited that I finally found a groomer I can trust with my babies, a groomer that will work with my babies and a groomer that does FABULOUS work!I relocated from San Antonio over 2 years ago and finding a good groomer in El Paso was becoming an impossible task. I tried various locations and groomers, all who left me seriously upset and disappointed. Whether they injured my dogs, ruined my dogs hair, or simply gave up and wouldn’t work with my dogs- we went through it all here. Because of this, we were having to take our dogs to San Antonio every few months to get groomed. We were starting to give up hope.Then today happened and I’m so glad I gave Petssible a try. I saw their 5 star reviews and I have to say, they were all right.My babies can be hard to work with, and require extra time and patience, but the groomers at Petssible seriously killed it! My babies look beautiful!!If you are looking for a groomer in El Paso, look no further. This is the best place - guaranteed.10/10 would recommend. Wish I could give them 100 stars!!

Great place, like that I can see them grooming my pet. My dog is very hard to groom, she does not like having her nails clipped or her face touched so it was great that they were very patient with her. Would definitely recommend.

Petssible is the place to go to take your fur babies!!! The ladies there are super sweet and understandable. My baby gets a lot of anxiety with groomers, but I explained this to them and they reassured me they would have patience with him. They also updated me on how he was doing which was also calming for me. Great service!!! I would highly recommend them.

Finally found a place that genuinely cares about my fur babies’ well being. I have a pug and a shih tzu, my shih tzu is always super nervous when I take him to the groomers and typically his anxiety lasts for a few days after getting groomed. When I took them to Petssible I noticed a huge difference on the way my babies acted when I picked them up, they were happy and looked adorable! The groomers are very professional and treated my babies so kindly, 100% recommended!

I had an emergency situation - Prince our Brittany rolled in a lot of nastiness before I caught him. I didn’t have any cleaning supplies with me. These wonderful people at Petssible squeezed me in to their schedule, and gave Prince the nicest dog wash and dry he’s ever had! Plus, they threw in a facial for him, which he loved! And, ended with a doggie smoothie snack, which he also loved! Prince can’t wait to go back! Best place in town!
