The grooming department 5 ⭐️went to 1⭐️ chocolate, was smelling good, and her nails were very well done. Thanks so much for taking care of my baby,Stylist Victoria, and the whole grooming staff. Not to mention, she also got a new bed. Highly recommend this location for your pets needs. OK, star's 5 went to 1 star on the grooming department. Progress report on chocolate: My dog loves taking a bath since 4 months old and always enjoys getting her ears cleaned out. Progress report from the grooming staff was totally not my dog, and I know this for a fact . She's been scratching since the visit, and her coat is very dry, and her ears 🤬 I just noticed this morning were dirty 😠I have pictures of the dirt I removed from her ears and I'm not a happy person about her service. Over 55.00 dollars for that grooming. NOWAY I will be visiting Pet Smart in the morning. Her bed is 👌🏾 They did an excellent job on her nails, and that's a plus, I guess 🤣

I went in to get crickets and spent 10 minutes wandering around like an idiot trying to find someone to to their damn job. Do you think I have nothing better to do with my time? Petsbarn took care of me and I didn't have to go hunt down an employee.

Hello, I have some questions. The service at your stores is actually very good, but I want to know why if you sell exotic animals, why don't you have a veterinarian available 24/7? For those of us who have exotic animals, it is difficult to see how our animals get sick on a weekend. It is impossible to find an exotic animal veterinarian in the early hours of the morning. they should Not only sell exotic animals, but they also should have the facility for an exotic animal to save them in case of something of life or death. They feel pain and it is very painful to see how they die or one has to put them to sleep because it is the only way out when you can be saved by medical attention thank you very much.

Lazy, disrespectful, obnoxious people. Im waiting for assistance in the fish department and when I see they don't want to help me I ask for assistance and what does the girl in the register say with a big smirk on her face. Sorry we just stopped selling fish 3 minutes ago. It's 6:33PM they close until 7PM. What can you expect when you have management that will lie to cover there employees just to close early.

I take my dog for a nail trim each month and they always get us in and out quick. My pup loves all of their groomers and I can get all of my dog needed stuff in one place.

I usually have a great shopping and grooming experience, but I recently took my pup for the Paws and Claus event and had a bad experience. The guy playing santa wasn't too engaged with my pup and looked bored and seemed to be in a bad mood. The other staff was so friendly except the main guy. Please find a better Santa who actually wants to have fun and take pics with cute pups. That'd be the greatest job in my opinion. I wasn't very impressed with this Grinch and will do my own photoshoot at home.

I've been sitting out in the parking lot for 37 minutes. The store Mgr has yet to show up. The store is supposed to open at 7a here it is 7:20 and no show. So Banfield can't even open due to Petsmart not opening 😒

Took my pup here for a grooming with Nydessa! She was very sweet helpful and left my dog sparkling clean and fluffy. 10/10 !!!The store itself is huge and has tons of pet supplies for all!

It is horrible place to be in.I book a grooming appointment for my dog yesterday and today i have to drive 2 hours to get here. They told me his vaccinations got expired yesterday sorry we can take him in.I tried to talk to them about I live out side of the city and I have to drive here for 2 hours they told me policy is policy sorry we can not do anything for you.When I start arguing them for 1 day over the expiration date you want to go drive back, they said that we have if you don't like take your business somewhere else.So I encourage you to take your business somewhere else

MISTREATMENT OF ANIMALS. I walked into the store to buy pet food and was horrified to see many fish completely dead (who knows for how long. -- not one associate cared to check up on them) and the ones who were alive kept in containers not suitable for any living being... look at the picture below of the container the size of a drinking cup. The fish looked so miserable they were no longer even moving!! I am currently discussing this abhorrent situation with PetSmart representatives and will keep reporting on it until pet abuse and pet sales stop at PetSmart. For a company that pretends to respect animals, having completely dead / mistreated animals for everyone to see tells us otherwise. Please stop this abuse!!

Very much enjoyed the beginning training class for our 6 month-ish old Husky. We learned a lot as owners and he came out of it on the way to being comfortable with other pets and people.

I would have rated this store higher but there was no staff on the floor to help out. I finally went to the front and was grateful that the gentleman was able to carry what I needed to the register and to my vehicle because I couldn't since I just had surgery. Hence the reason I gave them at least a 3 star rating.

Saw to many dead fishes in tanks and one was literally decomposing. you could actually see he's spines or bones or what ever thier called...half of the fish here are dead and thier was another tank besides this one 😫😫

Made an appt (by phone) for one vaccine for my dog. Made it clear I only wanted the vaccine and not an exam (which had been done a few months earlier). When I arrived, I reiterated I only wanted one vaccine and not full exam. Receptionist appeared to understand and didn't say anything to the contrary. When tech came to take my dog back for vaccine, I reiterated again - just one vaccine, nothing more. When I checked out, I was charged for a full physical and vaccine. Bill was over $96 when should have been about $35. When I complained, they said they are not a vaccine clinic and everyone has to pay $60 for an office visit. If that's their policy, I'm fine with that but someone should have said something to me one of the THREE times I told them I only wanted vaccine and not an exam. If I had known their policy, I would have gone someplace else. Bad business to be so deceptive about what they are going to charge - especially when client is very specific about what they are seeking.

Just took our MiniPoodle to be groomed, as a walk in, and they did the best grooming ever. We are from out of town and wish we could take the groomer home with us. Thanks for a great job. You should be proud of your workers. Very pleasant and they really like their job. Nydessa did a great job.

What made my shopping experience enjoyable was the outstanding personal service I received from Carlos and the other associates. He kindly helped me when I dropped a heavy container of cat litter. His good-natured humor made me feel better about the mess. He also helped carry the heavy container for me through the store an d to my car. What a great attitude your crew has.

There's an engraving machine for your tags. Catch is you have to buy the tag there. It's great tho.

I was not pleased with my visit because of the horrible customer service I received from one associate, However after completing a survey the store leader, Scott McClanahan emailed me an apology specifically for my experience. I think that is excellent and made me feel like I was heard and a valued customer. Because of this I will return to the store and hope for a better experience.

Have been going here since Oct '18. Was recommended by my local vet.I transplanted from LA so i am very jaded. I am a 68yr old gray long hair w beard.The staff is amazing. They treat me and most importantly my pet with care, knowledge and specific questions. Not just smiling faces but true insightful professionalism. I give them 10 stars in all categories.Forgot 2 mention prices r wonderful.

They mistreated my dog when I took him for grooming. The girl at the grooming area was very rude, over charged me and my dog was traumatized afterwards. He cried all the way home, I kept holding him trying to calm him down. Poor baby! It broke my heart that they would be so bad at handling people's pets which are like our babies! I will never take him there again and I'd urge you to not take your pets there.
