This Petco was super clean and it always is clean and organized every singe time I have been here. The staff is super nice and helpful. They carry so many animal items such as food, medication, and toys. Anything you need for your pet they probably have it. I will say they have been out of stock with some medications I have been looking for but they carry several brands so I can usually find an alternative medication for my dog. Overall I love shopping here, this Petco is 10/10

I love this place !!! The lady that helped me took the time to explain all I needed to know about how to care about the fish I had bought for my grandson and helped to decide if the reptile I wanted to purchase was a good fit for a 4 year old. I was surprised to see that people still love their jobs and will make the best decisions whether they have a monetary gain or not. I will only deal with Petco from now on for any needs for our family pets and reptiles.

We absolutely love the trainer Robert from petco! We took our border collie pepper to the puppy fundamentals class and he is truly amazing. We learned so much from him on how to properly set up our dog for success. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We definitely plan on also taking the advanced class with him! Robert is truly the best!!

This place has beautiful fish and other animals to buy, or just to look at, If you are planning to get a pet. However, the staff has no customer service at all. Avoiding and not asking if you have any questions is all they know. I have been there 3 times and the 1st time they were Avoiding me and i thought they were busy so i didn't put much attention to it, the second time i asked how to prepare to get a salt fish and how to take care for it, but the lady just said that she was very busy and that she was going to help me in just a second. But she never returned. And the 3rd time literally the guy didn't let me buy a fish even though i told him that i had a big fight tank and that I had that kind of fish before. From that day i decided not to go there anymore.If you are planning to get a pet and don't know how to decide, This place might not be what you're looking for. Go to another PETCO. But you can always go and try it.

I bought a collar for my Chihuahua mix and it didn't fit her. Two weeks later I took her with me to exchange the collar and buy her a new one. I had no problem exchanging it. The store smelled clean and was fully stocked with a variety of items for all breeds. The clean restroom was a plus. My dog also enjoyed the tasty treats.

Found out today that Manny is no longer working at this location and that he moved out of state. Manny was such an amazing groomer and my fur baby absolutely loved him. I booked a grooming today and all i can say is that Manny really set a high standard because I am not impressed with my dog's grooming today. Customer service was okay so that's why I'm giving 3 stars but I looked over my boy and I feel like his grooming was rushed. I am seriously disappointed and don't feel like the results match what I paid for. I am now looking for a new groomer.

Great selection of food and treats for my pets. Everything was easy to find and staff were friendly. I just wish they had bigger containers to keep their beta fish in. They need more space.

Extremely helpful staff Pearl was very patient and recommended food and treats for our dogs. Showed me several items and explained the difference in them, she also offered very helpful advice in feeding dogs. Karla was also very friendly, she was working in the grooming section but came over to check me out, I was purchasing a sweater for one of my dogs which was not the right color but that is all that was out on the floor, she took the timeTo go to the back and look for a different color. GREAT staff will definitely come back to this store for all my pet needs

OMG! Best experience ever! Took one of our pets Jack for trimming and nice lavender bath 🐕🐕‍ service there is very professional, warm and attentive! At first Jack was somewhat nervous, but when we picked him up, he was very very Happy and cute!!

We came with our dog to get his Science Diet and some cat things. They didn't have any Science Diet for our dog, and we found him a toy and our cats a toy too. When we went to pay, we asked Pablo about the dog food. He immediately went back to the shelves with his scanner and left us at the register. And! he came back with a bag. He said it was behind another bag and was the last one. He could have just said oh well sucks for you, but he went and checked and that's awesome! Good customer service.

I was seriously disappointed ☹️ I was excited because I thought I got some can dog food on clearance and it was exactly what I was looking for and to my surprise when I got to the register the man told me that they weren't on clearance even though that's where I found them I told them that that wasn't right that there was a clearance sticker right under the dog food so I left with my treats for my dogs how to go to somewhere else to find my canned food

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter wanted a pet fish and they had everything we needed to get started. They have so much to offer for all types of animals that I ended up grabbing some things for my dogs too

We shop or let me correct myself used to shop at Petco (2036 N. Zaragoza Rd. 79938) quite often until TODAY! 8/20/23.We sometimes even go 2 to 3 times a month, but no more!Last week and the week before, I purchased a total of 8 small angel fish. Then I started noticing this past weekend that my original six, size medium to large size Angel fish started to die one right after the other. One Saturday, Sunday, etc... until they were all gone. Two of the new little ones died last. And yes, we do know how to take care of fish. We have a total of 4 aquariums and a pond in our backyard. Needles to say, I feel that those small angel fish had some kind of illness on them for why all of a sudden my Angel fish that I have had for months to even up to a year die!! So I went in today to exchange the two little dead ones and a Lady, (which I'm sure is the Manager) that works there and has helped us MANY TIMES in selecting our fish said "well our policy is I need a sample of the water separate to the two dead ones in the baggie." NEVER, LET ME TELL YOU NEVER had her or any of the employees told us of the water sample. This was the 1st time this had happened to me with fish from this store. She showed no compassion for me losing all my original Angel Fish. Yes, our aquariums have had water changes. The water was tested, and all checked out fine, but yet my original fish are all gone! I work also, and I feel we need to be a little more understanding with the public we serve.That Employee/ Manager has helped us several times. We are NOT customers that go in there and shop and exchange things all the time. Even some of the young adults that work there know that we are frequent & loyal customers to Petco. For now, I'll NEVER ever go into that practicular store again!!!! And to you out there, Petco customers, make sure the policies are told to you before you leave the store.

Best attention on grooming. It’s always difficult to find a good groomer. Although the quality of hair cuts is not always on poin( my dos fault as she moves too much) they treat my pet great and kindly which is the priority.

Robert was so helpful he literally walked us through all we need to make an educated purchase of our bearded dragon. He is thoughtful and well informed when it comes to reptiles. I left and came back just bcuz of his customer service. Highly recommend! Come speak with him I promise u won't regret it! Thank you Robert for all of your help.

From the time I walked into the store with my dog, I had someone helping me find the correct collar & halter for my dog. He stayed with us until we checked out & that was after he fitted & changed the tags on the collar & attached the leash to the harness. All things I really appreciated. It was a different type harness I hadn't used before & he was most helpful showing me how to put it on my dog.
