Large selection but most items are expensive. A dog bowl is 14.99 at moat places less than 8 easy. Staff ia friendly and asks if you need help. Face masks are recommended luckily I went when there were 2 people with masks. Lots of treat selection for dogs.

My starving ferrets get no food today ... closing time is 5 pm and I was there at 4:59 .. the sign still said open yet no dice! Worst customer service ever. The store manager and regional manager will do nothing to assess or help your problem. Will definitely spend my money at a larger corporation instead of local. So sad. Will definitely complain to the FCC.

They always help me carry my bags to the car and they have always been great about ordering my dog food ahead for me. I appreciate the heck out of the customer service they give. It's very rare to find that in any store. I come here just to feel welcomed.

Young girl with curly dark hair always gives very short answers ..never with a smile.. never willing to assist. Rang up my purchase ..then walked away.. looks like she is always bothered by customers requesting assistance. Review is in hopes owner realizes how important customer service is and .explains to personnel how to better assist a customer in an inviting smile.

False advertisement have a coupon for a free bag of activa I have proof on their website that they are offering it however they aren’t giving it. Reporting to BBB as I was made to pay for the bag by the manager and district manager because they didn’t wanna honor it. If not taken care of will be going to my lawyer for false advertising

I enjoy the food that was provided at first, the employee was very attentive but coming back and forth the no longer show the same interest it's like once they get you hooked the don't continue to show anymore interest in you or your pets and that's very disturbing...I would like more information in regarding to new foods or equipment, also they never have enough stock of enrichments...and rude.

I bought food and treats there at least once a month. I didn’t like going into any of the locations (Montana, Dyer, Zaragoza, Lee Trevino) because the customer service was so indifferent. I was unsure of who worked for who. Then today I met Vincent at the Lee Trevino location ! He was friendly, knowledgeable, answered my questions. He seemed to truly like his job and wanted to be of assistance.I will be back when he is working. He made my visit a pleasant experience. Thank you Vincent. You should be the manager of that store😁

The staff here are very friendly. They are knowledgeable about their products and are able to answer questions about what is best for you pets. Their recommendations have really helped with the issues my pet was having and I have seen a great improvement. It is a locally-owned business so that is a plus.

I came in earlier today looking for information on fish. Thankfully the manager, Bianca, has a lot of knowledge on aquatics. She was very patient and answered all of my questions and even went so far as giving me suggestions on everything. I decided to purchase some fish, but she informed me that the store has aquatics sales on fridays. That was incredibly helpful, i will return on Friday to buy my tank some new company! I love this store. Everyone is always so helpful and very polite

Worst store ever. Gift cards are worthless unless you use at one particular location that seems to vary every time. They have to call the Zaragoza store in hopes that the manager there isn’t busy and can run your gift card. If not, your card is worthless. just go to PetSmart instead and save yourself the headache.

Ever since Pet’s Barn brought the Custom Enhancement Station, I’ve seen that our dog is much more eager to chow down. I’m sure he likes the bacon flavor but we like that we can also add multivitamins and other healthy supplements without having to change his whole diet. The staff is always very friendly and happy to help me customize the food. There’s a lot of great things to love about Pets Barn and I’m grateful to have so many locations in El Paso so that even if I’m not near our favorite Lee Trevino location, I know I can still stop by for a bag of food, treats, or whatever we need.

I love Pets Barn cuz it's not huge, so it's easier to navigate. The Staff is always Friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. The only reason I don't shop here more often as opposed to online; is because online is less expensive.

Love the food options and rewards. I buy Activa food for our pets and have tons of options to add nutrients and oils to help support their needs. Buy 2 get 3rd bag free is a huge savings and the food is Supreme quality made in Texas, USA. Cant get much better than that, but they do with tons of gluten free, grain free, allergy sensitive foods for your pets special needs as well. Always friendly service.

I buy that new custom dog food with some of those supplements mixed in. I have a small dog who is a very picky eater and also has a sensitive stomach. I've had zero issues with this new dog food. He really loves it. This will be my go to place for dog food from now on.

Really loved Pet's Barn it's right near my house and they have amazing dog beds there all for $22!!! I drove around to several stores looking for an affordable high quality dog bed before finally stopping at the pet's barn and they blew every other store out of the water!!!!! Customer service was awesome too!!
