Went for CBD gummies for my chronically ill dog. The woman was absolutely attentive, helpful with details about selections. In my Pet's Barn experience, this is the BEST one you will find in town with great services of care for what you need.She even helped me read the small prints on the different containers. Which was a touch of love I won't forget. Especially when small print is exhausting for my eyes to focus in on. Wish I could remember her name :( because she deserves to be recognized.Thank you!!

Great staff., they hire high school and college students who are knowledgeable and pleasant. I love watching them mix the customer dog food with minerals and flavors.

Great place to get your 🐕 dog food. The ability to add supplements makes it that much better. We add a supplement for skin and coat and it really shows on our 🐕. Activa dog food is a great choice and I have had no problems with it.

Pet's Barn has great employees. They are young adults but still know to put the customer first. They always greet you when you walk in, they help you carry heavy food, and they are helpful with questions you might have. I love that you can call ahead and have them prepare the dog food. It saves you time. Much respect to whoever trains these employees. They are doing a great job!

I like Pets Barn because they are locally owned. I also like their locally made dog food. They offer special diet dog food and treats. The only reason I rate it 4 stars is because every time I shop there the customer service is rather slow.

A smaller chain store that's a little out of the way, but every time I've been here I've only had positive experiences with the staff. Just because the store doesn't carry everything under the sun doesn't mean you should overlook it.

I went to get four bags of dry dog food. There were no other customers when I went in. The two young men were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. They carried my dog food out to my van for me.

Prices se way to high, and customer service is almost non existent. I walked around looking for someone to help and there was only 1 person in the whole store. I get that person was busy at the register. As I was walking out after I was tied of waiting for 15 minutes fue help getting a few fish I wanted, I heard that person call out to someone that was obviously taking a nap in the back.

Been going here for all pets needs 2years now, I request specific fish he does what he can to order them. Always helpful and great surface. Also when you become a regular consistent buyer sometimes you get better deals for being a loyal, and consistent shopper. Great staff.

Morning is staff is always friendly. The afternoon staff not so much. People complain the prices are to high. Well of course, everything that isn’t a big chain like Wally World is going to be a little more expensive.

The staff was extremely helpful! I asked a bunch of questions about some of the fish and they were able to answer my questions and get the ones I wanted and the one I really needed to eat the algae in my tank. The staff was also extremely friendly and outgoing!

The associates were very young but very respectful and helpful. They carried my items out to the cat for me, as they have always done it. The young man who helped me said "yes, ma'am" and "no, ma'am." I am happy to report that they didn't call me "miss." I would definitely recommend this place to a family member or a friend.

Staff is helpful and courteous but the manager wouldn't give me a refund for unopened bags of dog food even after I explained that my dog had an allergic reaction to it. She did however offer to give me a store credit which I consider useless as everything in that store aside from the dog food is cheaper on Amazon. Their return policy is very restrictive so make sure to keep your receipts.

Ordered special mix food for my dogs. They had them mixed and ready for me when we got there. Love this place!!! We drive from Oklahoma and get our dog food. Made my 2 year old Pekingese gain some weight finally.

This place has been my source of specific pet based products for over 2 years. They have everything I could need and even have items I didn't expect to find easily. I plan to remain a customer here for a good while longer. Very helpful and pleasant staff, the store smells great, and they have even given me recommendations if I am unsure what to get or if they didn't have something in stock they would tell me where I could find an alternative product if time was important.

They also give discounts when buying their store brand food in bulk. This is the store I go to for all my pet needs!

Talk about customer service...from the guy who was at the counter to the manager, these people are amazing! I was blown away by how nice everyone was and willing to help. You can feel the non-franchise feel the second you walk in. Definitely will be my go to place from now on.
