Great place! All kinds of neat options like getting to mix supplements into their in-house dog food!Also, the treats dog treat options are great! Highly recommend trying the dog treats. Little dog, big dog, chewer or gumming their way through life, this place has a treat for them!

Store is a few miles from my house, the staff is friendly and helpful. They let you bring your pup in there as well. The selection of food is wide ranging, and very affordable for what they offer. We will continue going to Pet Barn over other pet stores.

I asked a simple question to see if the employees knew of a different kind of food or supplement for my dog that suffers from dry skin and I was shuffled from one employee to the other and they did not seem to either understand the question or had no idea how to help solve my dog's issue other than push a product I have already tried. I felt more like a burden than a customer. BTW, I have been going to this business for almost a year, I have exclusively fed my dog their food this whole time. Considering other store options now.

The Dog food is awesome! But they will not take orders over the phone anymore which I find highly inconvenient but you can put it in on line? I'm not seeing how talking to a real person on the phone is unacceptable. . They would get 5 stars if they took my order over the phone.

Great food my dogs have loved for years but the prices are getting higher as the bags get smaller. Specials aren’t great anymore either. Buy 3 get 1 free. What the heck am I gonna do with 4 bags at once when I thought buy 2 get 1 free was enough for one trip. They’re trying to get rid of everything or what’s the deal?

We began buying dog food and treats from Pet Barn years ago. Our dogs loved this food. Sadly, both little girls passed on. We have another fur baby who adores their food. Management/staff are friendly and efficient. Parking is plentiful. I highly recommend Pet Barn. In addition, they sell the best natural honey, not watered down, like usually found.

Great customer service! The salesman, Ryan, was helpful and recommended the new Activa mixed food for our pup. He talked about the benefits and helped us choose the food that was best. He answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome and carried out our purchase. You cannot get that type of service at a WalMart. Kuddos for hiring someone that makes customers feel like they matter!

Stopped in to buy some supplies to take to a rescue. And they wouldn’t honor the clearance price of food they had on a shelf in the clearance section. Even after I walked over there with the associate and showed him it’s the same barcode as on the tag. Sad sad. I would love to give a local business my money but guess chewy.com for us

It's close to us, and we went there many times to get our cat food (and two of our cats). Every time we go, however, the staff seems to wish we didn't. It's like walking into a saloon in an unfriendly town. We've been shopping elsewhere for better prices and friendlier faces. Sorry, Pet Barn.

Went to this location cause it’s closer to me, however is TERRIBLY slow. Took literally 35 minutes to get 4 bags of dog food. Not ever coming back to this location.

Devastated that they changed the primary ingredient in most of their dog foods to Meat-Meal instead of healthy meat product. Dog health will deteriorate as a result. I'm disappointed. Prices should be adjusted with the cheaper, lower quality, replacement.
