I had two visits with Paul's Grooming. The first visit no real issues. The second visit not good at all. Pup was not fully cleaned and his hair was chopped and uneven and looks horrible. When I was picking my baby up the staff were man handling a well behaved dog just to comb the hair on his legs. One of the staff holding the dogs stomach area while another holding the dog up by its tail. I really hope they did not treat my baby that way. I will not be going back.

Dropped my two dogs off today to get bathed, groomed and nails cut. George Dieter did abeautiful job, thank you. See you in a few weeks. Have a great Thanksgiving.

The groomers are always super friendly. I appreciate the calls every now and then to ask if my baby Patches and Bailey are ready to get groomed. I feel like they go above and beyond for my fur babies. I’ve even taken Canela who can be difficult and they treat her like a princess 👑 I recommend to all my friends and family 👍🏼👍🏼

So NOT HAPPY with this place!!! First time that I took my bf's dogs bc he's been using them for years.Even though the wash was pretty good, the cut was uneven and some spots not even touched. Additionally, I guess a nail trim only includes 2 out of the 4 paw paws. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!!!

Very satisfied with the work performed on my Ace. The receptionist is very professional. Groomer pampered my dog and cut his hair to our exact liking.

Definitely recommend this place. I have been taking my dog Lucas ( schnauzer ) and every time I pick him up he is in good hands.I recently took my husky Blue and he had a lot of molding and Gaby did her best to leave him best as possible. I also took my new puppy Chanel who is a Pomeranian And they did an excellent job.

First time ever going to a place to take my puppy to get groomed and it was the best experience ever! I am so happy with the results. I was a little worried my puppy would give them trouble but everything came out perfect. I am definitely coming back again and highly recommend this place.

I had a bad experience at Paul's grooming shop, I took three dogs to get groomed, when I picked them up two of my dogs were cut and were bleeding and they were shaved with no bows on them. One of the dogs keeps itching and started to develop lumps and took him to the vet when Barbara was there nothing like this ever happened whoever the owner is he or she better check on their business before they lose all the customers I will definitely not going back and not recommend the place to anybody anymore. I will take my dogs somewhere else.

Great customer service! I took my schnauzer (Moe) she was rejected at another grooming place due to her knots. My baby was ready super fast she looks adorable I am definitely coming back, thank you so much!

Paul’s is an amazing grooming shop! I have gone through two doggie generations and been a very consistent customer. They treat the dogs well, the shop in itself is very clean, and my dogs always smell amazing afterwards! Highly recommend this shop!

My 7 month old Shnauzer was denied at Petco and Petsmart. I called Paul's Pet Grooming and I told them about my dog. They confidently told me, no worries, we will take care of it. I was concerned, thinking they would call me back right away just like Petco and Petsmart. The call I received was to let me know my dog was ready and done. They patiently took the time to groom my dog and he looked great. Looking forward to going back.

Called a couple of days ago to bring my two dogs in to be groomed. I made arrangements the bring them in about 11:30 and pick them up at 5 pm. When I walk in I was told that my spots had been given away to a couple of walk in's. The young lady at the counter who took my reservations spoke to the owner and the owner told her to tell me to bad. She was holding my information card that showed that I had been using PAUL'S every 3 months or so for the last 5 years. I hope the walk in's gives them a much business as I have in the past because I won't be back ever.

Even when the vet I take my dogs to couldn’t clean up around my dog’s big mole on the side of his face, these groomers trimmed it up cleanly and made both my dogs look great! Highly recommend!

They cut my little Peanut's nails even though I had let them know she was agressive because she had been an abused baby. The ladies treated her with nothing but love and they did what no other shop willing to try to do. Thanks!

They charge you way more than what you are told . Took my dog in , told me it was going to be a certain price and I agreed to it . When I went to pick up my dog , they ended up charging me way more when the lady had already given me a firm price !!!! Plus my dog was shaking and scared when I picked him up . I found that pretty weird . Will not be going back for the lack of trust .

I took my dog last Tuesday for grooming when I pick her the hair was uneven she doesn't look good I let that pass cuz the main reason for the cut was for her to be fresh but later that day she start to cry and scratch one of her eyes next day she woke with a red spot on her right eye by night she got the red spot on both eyes I took her to the vet and he do some exams and told me there where no bacteria or something weird on her eyes then he told me she must suffer some shoke or trauma so my guess is something happen at Paul's it's a shame cuz my neighbor recommended the place but now I'm afraid of taking her to Paul's again

I highly recommend to not go to this shop. They wanted to over charge for a small dog hair cut and they didn't cut my dogs nails. The old lady there has a rude attitude and does not clarify the pricing. Never going back I suggest you dont either

They are always closed. If you want your babies groomed here just make sure you call in advance cause they are always closing early.
