The manager was just wasting her precious time holding a tiny box "arranging", the snacks while talking to somebody not about the products or store related, while the young guy boy has a line all the way almost to the back wall, alone trying to keep up with all the customers. So not sorry for having to go tell the MANAGER, to go help the young guy. She still took 10 minutes to get help, maybe more but giving her the benefit of the doubt.

I will start , the cashier is not at fault . The supervisor “ Grecia”. Inside my happened on 04/24/2024 at 12:59 pm , one lady came to exchange an item to which they agreed since she had the original receipt , she brought a bag of chips for the exchange and was told they can’t do it for that , then she said then I just want a refund to which the employee responded she can’t do so , I was in line and pulled out the dollar tree return policy which stated they can exchange (for any item) or refund with the receipt , which by the way was taken by “GRECIA” the supervisor tot he back . Also the exchange was made with no transaction which is also a violation of return/exchange procedures . Grecia get it together and learn the policies first before giving orders on what should be done, and just to clarify the customer was an elderly lady , shame on you for trying to take advantage over a few dollars. This will be going directly to corporate, as I am a secret shopper and this will be reported

What is up with this place hire more people. The management here is terrible I feel for the couple workers they do have. I swear the dmv is much faster to get out of.

Amazing dollar tree store. I have been to many others but this one is very well stocked and everything is very organized. They had three cashiers open around 10:00 am and I found everything I was looking for. Highly recommend it. Staff was very friendly.

This Dollar Tree on Zaragoza (lower valley) was outstanding.....hardly any limes a d the cashier took care of my problem dealing with my return...they apologized for what I went thru on the previous Dollar Tree....my hope has been restored again....this is the only Dollar Tree I will be shopping again... the only one! LOL..

I haven't seen those big zip lock bags to store big stuff like blankets. They had different sizes (S, M, L, XL). Please bring them back.

The line was very long the catcher asked for backup but manager took about 30 minutes to show up I think he was mad because of that and it was treating customers very rude that's the reason why I'm giving only one star I hope this manner you get disciplinated I always buy in this store

I love this chain of stores!! And specially this, is located at a convenient place. The staff is very nice but it is always full and quite messy depending on the time of day. restrooms are messy but it's what you expect from a dollar tree. There is always a wide variety of ballons.

The store is always a mess and although it is always packed, they only have one or two registers open. What would be an in and out trip always takes forever because of the lines.

Best Dollar tree in El paso is the one by north loop and Zaragoza. They have better and more brands there than the other locations
