Recently relocated to Arizona, and we make it a point to come every 6-8 weeks to get them groomed here. The girls know them and prance when we pick them up. They know the girls and live on them like they are their own.

I love this place! I have been taking my poodles to Lulu for over 17 years. She is extremely knowledgeable on how to care for my dogs while grooming them. She has groomed them since they were puppies and now they are seniors. I would not trust any other grooming business with my babies.

Lulu and her son have taken great care of our schnauzer and my daughters terrier and schnauzer for years They know the behaviors of all the breeds she grooms .My Schnauzer is very talkative and if you did not know him and about the breed you would think he was aggressive he is not. He’s just talking to you.How we found the groomer is a very good trainer of dogs recommend them and we are pleased with the recommendation

Omgosh! I can’t give enough stars! To give a background of my baby, she’s always been afraid of groomers/vets. She holds her breath to the point of passing out and I’ve been hesitant to take her anywhere because she also gets muscle spasm similar to seizures when she gets too anxious. However, I was recommended to dogs day out by another groomer who felt my baby would do good with Lulu. Well let me tell you, your fur babies couldn’t be in better hands. I went in as a walk-in and paid for the ASAP service and Lulu was nice enough to let me stay with my baby as I told her all of my concerns. She was very gentle and fast with her. My baby didn’t hold her breath and didn’t have muscle spasms either. She left her looking like a teddy bear and smelling fantastic. Before my baby had long nails because she allows absolutely no one to touch her paws. Not even me. And she had little grinch feet because she’d only allow me to touch the back of her body. Now, I know she’s a happier dog after grooming. She’s no longer slipping and sliding across the wood floors. Anyway, I know myself and my baby feel comfortable enough to return to Lulu and try to get her to a point where she’s used to routine grooming and it not be such a stressful event. I’ll post before and after photos as well.

This place killed a dog and gave it to the owner dead. Telemundo has reached to them multiple times but they haven't responded to them or the owner. They said there is no cameras ether. Don't trust your dogs in places like this, your dog can be next.

This is a good business that has been serving el paso since the 90s. Before posting a stupid review on the dog that passed gather facts first. The owner himself said the dog was a senior dog. If u know what u are talking about u know old dogs should not go to groomers because they stress fast and anything can cause them to die. The only one negligent was the owner of the dog who knew his dog was old and he still took him to groomers. Lesson learned if you have an old dog bathe and groom him yourselves and stop being lazy and if i want to be lazy just know old dogs stress more and die quick.

We came in from out of town, and called for an appointment for my miniature schnauzer. We dropped him off, gave a general idea of we wanted, and we were so satisfied. The service was great, and the price was right. Next time I come back to El Paso I will be bringing my dog to get groomed here.

I have researched and looked into many grooming places in the city for our goldendoodle because we want her looking a certain way and Dogs Day Out has done nothing but a GREAT job with our dog. The staff are friendly and not only do they do a great job but they use top of the line products as well. This is our third time going back to them and they already know how to treat her hair. Our goldendoodle’s hair would get really matted in some areas to the point where I thought she needed to be shaved but with the products they used her hair came back better and shinier than ever. She always comes home looking beautiful and I know they really care for the dogs that come into their shop. Take a look at our beauty.

Our two German Sheppards were long over due for their grooming. We have been challenged in finding a decent grooming place, and decided to give Dog's Day Out a try. Been coming here for years for my poodle. The owner is a sweetheart & I believe the price is fair because my baby bear always looks gorgeous when I get her back.
