My daughter is 10 months old, and she has an earache in each ear and her prescription was called in from her doctor at 6:30 pm , I went at 8 pm and it wasn’t ready. So I go back at 945, mind you there’s a horribly long line in the drive thru and so I decided to call to make sure that it was ready, I finally get someone to answer the phone after waiting about a full 20 minutes, and I told that it won’t be ready for another 30 minutes because they are behind. I am so upset at this point I try and explain to him my situation and that I would wait for the prescription in the drive thru until it’s ready since I’m already in the drive thru.He proceeded to hang up on me and end the call. So professional right ?Then I finally get to the window and some lady that’s working tonight 03/26/2024 was just completely rude and ugly (shouldn’t work customer service) and I told her the info ., and tell me why it was already ready by the time I got there.I do not understand how they can work with medicine and be such ugly humans, no empathy no customer service and definitely no sense of urgency , I wish I could say I won’t go back but Walgreens doesn’t cover my insurance. I hope they get new staff because they always have about 6 people working but never doing anything for the people. A complete jokeThen I get her medicine and the syringe (thing to feed babies liquid medicine) is just thrown in a paper bag after they touch money and who knows what else … is that normal to get a syringe with out it being in some kind of sealed package ?

Poor customer service and way too much wait time to get your prescriptions. Especially when you’re not feeling good. Just poor. Waited over 15 minutes in line through the drive through. Wish Walgreens was still 24 hours

The self checkout and ATM have consistently malfunctioned; yet, the CVS staff have been helpful with the self-checkout processing.

Not exactly sure why the reviews are so bad but I was helped by Oscar, he was amazing and friendly. Was a fast in and out for me but I do know that the store was clean and stocked up on everything!! Will be my new place to go if needed!

When this CVS opened three or four years ago, I was very happy. I was sick of the terrible service at the nearby Walgreens, sick of waiting in line. At first everything was great. Short lines, courteous service. I had all my prescriptions transferred from Walgreens. Now things are different. They will not answer their phones. I have stood inside and listened to the phone ring and ring and ring, no one will answer it. You can even try calling the non Pharmacy manager and explaining the problem, but that manager can't do anything to get their attention.Most of the pharmacy employees are very kind and courteous. This is a problem of management. I'm not sure who is in charge of the pharmacy, whether it's the pharmacist on shift or whether it's a manager. If I was managing the place, ( I was a manager prior to retirement), I would insitute a policy where every couple of minutes someone needs to answer a phone. Take care of that call, and then go back to another task such as filling a prescription for helping someone physically at the store. You have to alternate. You have to service multiple queues. You cannot ignore the phone queue.

CVS needs to either hire more employees for the pharmacy or retrain their current employees. Honestly the worst customer service ever. My daughter had an antibiotic that needs to be taken and they gave me her medication unprepared. They didn’t mix it the way it needs to be mixed it’s still in powder form. I tried calling back and I was on hold for 45min with no answer. The worst location! Never will come here again for any medication.

They used to be ok, now everyone’s too busy on their phones to pay attention. Can’t remember her name but she started to raise her voice because she misunderstood the name of the medication I was there to pick up. Thankfully another employee was there and saw what was going on so pretty much pushed her out of the way, apologized, and took over, problem solved.I believe she had her mind on her next text message and forgot for a second who she was there to serve. Horrible, insensitive customer service.

Very unreliable pharmacy. My wife had the flu. I dropped off two prescriptions on a Saturday and was told they would be ready in an hour. An hour later I was given one prescription told tyecsecond would not be ready until Monday! I had to drive from the Northeast to the East Side to fill that prescription! Sick people need better than that! And another time we were told another set of prescriptions would be ready at 6:30 p.m., but when we got there we were told one prescriotion would be delayed until 7:30 p.m. So we had to come back again! Sick people should not be forced to run back and forth like that. They need rest. What good is a pharmacy, however clean, that cannot fill prescriptions efficiently? Some of these medications are life-sustaining.

CVS needs to either hire more employees for the pharmacy or retrain their current employees. They never have your prescription ready on time and they always ask you to call back in a few hours, but when you do, come to find out they never even started working on your prescription in the first place then have the audacity to tell you that you have to wait until the next business day. Some people have life-sustaining prescriptions that need to be filled that day but they don’t seem to care or be concerned about their customers needs.

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time. My prescription is on back order, which is fine. Not their fault. However, what is their fault is the fact that they don’t pick up the phone, they don’t call with a Prescription status, and there is “nothing” they can do about it.I was told by one young man “oh yeah don’t call cuz we don’t pick up the phone” then on my second visit (to check my prescription status) I was told by another young man oh well you can call. When I said you all don’t answer his response was “well yeah sorry.”This pharmacy clearly lacks leadership and customer service.

Worst place ever heartless employees ruinous of the Pharmacist so sad to see how they treaded a elderly men trying to find out why his not able to get his wife Medication but instead of helping they laugh at him while leaving. It took alot from me not to lash out. Shouldn't this be a place where sick get help and feel the customer are important. Customers pay for their stuff. Thats why CVS IS STILL OPEN BUT EMPLOYEES LIKE that .not for long how do employees get payed if it's not because of the customers no customer no money no job..

WORST PHARMACY EVER! People here have no idea what they’re doing! My meds were called in on a Friday and they said they didn’t carry one and had to order it. I called Sunday and they said it wasn’t in yet. I called Thursday and they said that I never was prescribed that! Incompetence at its peak at this place! Then they hung up on me after putting me on hold for 20 minutes because I was upset I haven’t had my meds in over a week. I will NEVER use another CVS Anywhere! DONE!

I wish i could do a 0 star. This place is so bad. The people are rude and OMG the pharmacy is terrible. I wish my insurance didnt make me have to go there. I have pneumonia and Its been over 24 hours.and my prescription are still not ready. When i went in earlier in the day, they said they would be ready this evening. Here it is almost 11 PM and they still are not ready. This place is a joke. This is not the first time i've hadissue getting my prescription.

The Pharmacy staff lack professionalism & respect for its customers. Being told negative words was very inappropriate. Unfortunately, until I find a better place for my monthly prescriptions, I have to put up with this place. I do not recommend them.

Most often then not the medicine varies each time we go in for pick up. Its either clumpy and in chunks or diffrent taste/ amount!! Its weird. We even got expired antibiotics once and when I went to return pharmacist treated me horrible because part of the label had wiped off from condensation. The date was completely visibleand majority of the lable was still intact. Going to this pharmacy is a gamble.

Only reason I went here to get my prescription was because walgreens and Walmart were closed. I believe this pharmacy knows that and that's the reason why they make you wait 40 mins to a hour on the phn before they pick up. When you get to the drive-thru they are rude likes it's a bother to serve you. Don't like your job quit and go somewhere else it's that easy! If you go down and read all these reviews you can see most of the people complaining are from this pharmacy employees and the pharmacist being very unprofessional. And you can see not under any of these complaints CVS answering back trying to correct this from happening to other individuals. We just need to find another location in the area or drive a little farther in town to get our medication. Shut then down!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have to deal with this pharmacy because of our insurance but you can’t even get through to the pharmacist. I waited 20 minutes on hold -I went ahead and drove over there expecting a long line of people, instead I found everyone in back of the counter ignoring the phone. They completely ignore the patients on the phone.

Worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacist just hung up on me and said it's not his problem. 1st of all they they filled multiple of my prescription without insurance. Then they try to use my insurance and that they need to increase my prescription to the right amount so they can fill it and will contact my doctor and it will be ready the next day. Now I call back a week later and they tell me I need to call my dr?! I wish I had the pharmacist name. He was so rude and unprofessional I can't believe it.

I called a week ago for my sons prescription that was obviously recommended by his doctor. I called that same morning and the lady answered said that she had barely received the prescription and to call back a few hours later because she needed to prepare it. When I called back a man answered the phone saying they never received anything from my sons doctor and they don’t have anything ready for him, he also said HE’LL CALL my sons doctor to check and call me back later. He never called back but I left it alone and decided to pick up something over the counter. Fast forward to today... my son needed a different type of medication and his doctor sent the prescription to this CVS. I had explained to her the problem I dealt with them the week before and she told me to have them call the office so that they can redirect the call to his doctor, sense this all happened through the phone after office hours. When I called CVS they told me they received nothing, so I told them what his doctor had said and they told me they’ll not be calling his doctor and to have her call them. I don’t have his doctors personal number, the office redirects me. This has been been going back and forth from the office to CVS both saying the same thing. When I called for the fourth time explaining to the lady that it’s after hours and they need to redirect her to the doctor she said “I’ll not be calling the doctor, I already explained this to you I’ll be hanging up now”. They refused to help me get medicine for my baby or figure out why their system was messed up and not only that, but after his doctor faxed the medication sense THEIR SYSTEM WASN’T GETTING ANYTHING, I find out that they had a different type of insurance plan under my sons information that I’ve never heard of. Very rude, very unprofessional, very disorganized. After this experience, I’ll be going to a different pharmacy for any future prescribed medication.

I live Far East and had to transfer a prescription to this location, since they had stock. They NEVER answer their phones. I've tried different days, different times. Held for various times ranging from 30 min to almost 2 hours. They never answered. I drove over here and they wanted me to wait 2 hours for it. I pointed out they never answer and they gave a bunch of excuses.

One of the worst places I have ever been. I went to get my flu shot. A blak pharmacist he was not just rude. He was also very unprofessional. I deal with many different people at work. I would never treat like I the way I was treated. I guess It is tto walmartime to back

I received a product from my women's group at church with no receipt for my son who is autistic. It was the wrong product however and cvs with no receipt will not exchange for any reason. I was told to call some number which I did in order to dispute. Ed told I would receive an email which I never did and now am such with 12 packs of men's leak guards which I can't use. I am never shopping cvs ever again. Sad because the customer service in the stores are amazing.

Horrible service at the pharmacyThe morning pharmacist doesn't have etiquette and no and no customer service touch. On line the only options it gave me was appointments in the early morning for booster shot and flu shot. So I made an appointment at 6am for the shots. Well I get there and the pharmacist says they don't give shots early they give them until 8.So why the heck they have those schedule hours. He said he didn't had control on it and for me to come back at 8am. You just lost 3/customers to your pharmacy. If I could give you a cero star I will.

Pharmacy is very rude. I went to drop off my prescriptions and the gentleman at drop off seemed like I was annoying him, he didn't ask for a good phone number to reach me to when my meds were ready and the next morning a different gentleman helped me out and the same thing happened again he was very rude.

Customer service from a few employees is very bad! I have been getting text that my daughter prescriptions are ready and I went this morning and their was nothing. With my other daughter supposedly doctor didnt prescription, doctor called and the pharmacy told then the medicine was out of stock! Hello they couldn't tell me that, instead of saying doctor didn't put prescription in!!!!

the most important thing that CVS i thought were running on, their pharmacy is th laziest bunch of employees. Its not that they dont have enough, they are all just very lazy and their work ethics are low. Sad. I wish other pharmacies provided my medication :(
