Went in to use the restroom this afternoon along with 2 people. We were shortly joined by a 4th person waiting for the restroom. The door was locked so we all assumed it was occupied. I mean, surely the 2 women working in the back,(watching us), and loudly joking about getting fired would alert 4 customers that the bathroom was closed for cleaning. After more than enough time had passed we started wondering if there was even anyone in there... finally, I watched 1 employee open the door to an empty bathroom. They knew the ENTIRE TIME we were waiting for the bathroom and said NOTHING! Get them some proper training because this was ridiculous

Today, at 4:00 p.m., I went into this store to purchase a Juul Starter Kit selling for $34.99. The large sign above the entrance advertised $15 off any Juul Starter Kit. The young female working at this time refused to give me the $15 off saying it wasn’t on sale. I showed her the sign. She rang up the sale $29.00! I told her it’s $15 dollars off not 15percent!! Rudely she told me $29.00 is the final price. I left the store & purchased at another store with $15 off, & no problems. I suggest management vet these employees carefully, making sure they can read & count!

There almost everyday. Very close to home. Are family knows most of employees. Although there was a Friday incident. Horrible one at that. It was a busy Friday and an irate supervisor was very disripectful to his cashier and worst of all in front of all customers in store. Wouldn't help her with paying patron but sure had time to yell at his cashier in front of everyone in the store. Very unprofessional and small minded. No one stood up to this bully. I was so ready for him I stood firm and told him its not the time or place. Well needless to say by the end of our encounter cops and store manager was called. I was worried about the female cashier she asked him nicely to please stop his verbal assault but it never stopped😤😤😤😤 instead of jumping on to a register to help get about 50 paying patrons out he just made a huge scene. I tried calling corporation. To this day waiting on a call back😒

Normally I would give this store 5. But, there's always one guy. Last night after 11 I asked Julio to make me some Columbian. Despite the sign that they will happily brew what you need, this fella seemed less than happy to do it. Finally said they had no Columbian. Said they were out of stock. I checked the next morning. They told me they had plenty. Tonight I believe he didn't protest because there was another clerk there. . The coffee was weak because he only used one bag. I told him as much. And it was on. He was extremely arguementive and told me because I was the only one that ever drank coffee at that hour that's the way he was going make it. This has never been the case with any of the other clerks who are courteous and helpful and recognize me as a regular who likes a strong cup of coffee and not brown water.I had to go to another location to get my coffee and diesel. Bad, bad attitude and even worst service from guy who is plainly interested in doing as little as he can. Julio is basically an anal orifice.

11:57 pm I was not served with beer..! The staff said that 3 min to 12:00 they can not sell anymore beer. Texas law says that you can purchase beer all away to 12:00 am beside that the staff really unfriendly !
