Great outdoors store. They have gun sales and ammo as well. Prices are not the cheapest, but the quality has always been good.

Had never had any problems in store until today when my father in law try to buy a gun and when doing the paperwork he dint understand the question and when asked for the seller to explain it he did not want to help and know they told him that he cant never buy a gun in the store again. When asked what questions he go wrong we saw that he indeed answered it correctly but the seller told him no. I guess its time to start looking other places you keep buying.

I had a stellar experience here at Cabela's in El Paso. I was helped by Bill whose service was exceptional and his knowledge was second to none. He was hospitable and extremely pleasant to work with. I will most definitely seek him out just because he is a master of his subject. Thanks for an exceptional experience.

My husband liked this place a lot they have a lot of things for outdoor hunting, fishing , clothes best place to go get ur stuff for what ever u need outdoor activities. They only negative thing is I went to ask for some caps we were looking for my husband her response was bad. Really rude. But other that nice place!

Bass pro shop personnel personnel in El Paso, Texas.Has a very selective view on its customers. Where's the experience ever ever? Their tone changed the moment they found out. I was a service member. Good thing the service members in El Paso. And for Bliss are finding out the type of service that is being provided. For such a big company, you would think.That they would Treat people better and not solely.Based on your skin color we'll now return to this place again

Here is a place that you can "immerse" yourself into what's so called Texa style type of outdoor.They sell kayaks, rafts, and all types of outdoor water 🌊 adventure stuffs; they sell adventurous toys for kids; they sell arrows and bows, and they sell guys.Literally, guns, all kinds of firearms, revolvers, shotguns, semi auto machine guns, like everyone normal days of life 😂

Great store but prices are to high I bought a knife here for 120 USA dollars and Walmart had it for 30 lmao it's just a brand in my fact's in opinion same logo and same brand but the store sells it for a different price.

Honestly one of the best stores to purchase great quality firearms, clothing, boots, etc. better than Academy Sports lol and more reliable! Employees are knowledgeable and have helped me a lot when deciding on a purchase. I highly recommend shopping at Cabela's!

We came here for the family - kids event like crafting, shooting and archery. My kids enjoyed it and the store itself as well. Seeing real wild animals(mummy) around them was very interesting

On the smaller end of the Cabela's stores, but overall they have a kind and friendly staff that is very attentive and helpful. They have a wide range of selection in gear, clothing and camping supply. Boots and shoes are also offered. Definitely look into their website as they offer different classes and training for bows and firearms. They also sell snacks like jerky and nuts as well as gifts and home decor type stuff.

I really thought I was going to get the whole experience. I had heard that the inside had a gigantic waterfall with fish in it. But come to find out it doesn't. The inventory seemed pretty good. I accompanied my daughter because she wanted to buy hiking boots. The one she found were pretty good and well-priced. They do have a lot of sales people roaming the grounds. Kudos to them nowadays you have to search for a salesperson.

We were able to get pictures taken w Santa after booking online. Booking was simple and easy, I had to reschedule and it wasn't complicated. I called the store and they were helpful as well. The associates at the store were helpful.

This place is amazing. I barely started going because it's on the West side of town and I live in the east. I can tell you this place is worth the drive. It's clean, has everything you could want or need. I was able to get a 15% discount on my purchase and they give military discounts. I'm gonna be a regular here from now on.

False advertisement, claiming online, they have what you're looking for in the store. Wasted my time and gas to go to the store for the lazy sales person to tell me they don't have it, and to order it online. I told him that it says the store has it, looked at me like I was stupid , and basically ignored me. Never even bothered to actually check. I'll never shop here again, online or otherwise.

Cabela's motto is the "right to bear arms will always be infringed".I asked about a military discount and then they asked for my ID. I was not doing a background check at this time, I did not have a firearm in my arms or in his arms, we were not in the process of purchasing a firearm. I showed him my contractor ID and he said he needed a driver's license. He asked for my ID when I was ONLY asking about a military discount. I was looking at a reflex sight at this time and wanted to know the military discount information so I can decide if I should buy anything today and whether or not I need my dd214 or prior military id as proof of prior service.He came back and told me if I knew my address and I said not the exact number but I know the apartment name and the apartment number, because that is the information I use to get home, which I just recently moved into. Remember, I was only asking about a military discount, I was not purchasing anything at this point. I am prior military and a contractor, we go where we are needed and where the money is at, I have no family members in this area.He went to the back and came back to the front and told me it was suspicious that I did not know my address and that I was reported and could not purchase a firearm today as it was reported to the ATF. Remember that all I asked for was in regards to military discounts.So, I was reported when my only question was regarding a military discount. So my warning to you is never purchase ANYTHING from Cabela's or bass pro shop. If they ask for an id and you are not buying anything at that very moment, they intend to report you to the ATF. I will inform every person I can to never buy from Cabela's or bass pro shops ever again because of their business practices.Now that I think of it. Why would someone report someone or ask someone their id if they are asking for information regarding military discounts and it dawned on me, this was most likely racial motivated as I am Asian and el paso has a history of racial profiling and discrimination against Asians. Pretty disgusting Cabela's.Anti Asian american anti military company.

Two stars just because I've always loved Cabelas and have been a club member for 10 years. This is the end result of the bass pro merger - corporate Cabelas. Most merchandise is overpriced and low quality/made in Asia somewhere. The quality of Cabelas name brand products has severely diminished. The old days of lifetime warranties and American made products is gone.This specific cabelas doesn't carry the volume of gear that others do. Just the basics. The ammo aisle is extremely unorganized - very hard to find what you are looking for there. Staff aren't really subject matter experts, it's just a job. Nothing against them - most are neither overly nice or overly rude - it's just disappointing that the world's foremost outfitter has stooped low enough that the people behind the counter cant answer basic questions about the products. If you want deals head to academy sports or shop online.

When you're out shopping at cabela's do not try out the chairs or anything in the store you are not allowed to. Just giving heads up . So you don't have to feel humiliated like I did.

Bought a gun from here, had a cosmetic issue I didn’t see until next day. Turned it in for warranty support. They sent gun in and 3 months later they said manufacturer wanted to charge $300. I said no and told them to tell manufacturer to return it to store, already missed season. Got a call 2 weeks later saying manufacturer wants to charge me $50 to return shipment. I called manufacturer to figure it out. Called manufacturer and they said they’ll just return it. Just gonna sell gun to some chump, don’t even want it anymore. 4 months and out $2200 and still don’t have gun yet…
