First-time customer!I randomly stumbled across Bibis while driving by. It'd been a few months, and I finally decided to call. The lady on the phone was very helpful and kind. Provided prices and information.It's at a walk-in basis as long as they are open for the Self-Service wash. Luckily, it was just us that morning. It took about 25 minutes from setup, wash, and dry for my pug.They hand you a basket of all the basics, soap, towels, and hair brush. Extras are the room as needed. Very organized and efficient.I will definitely keep coming back and sharing with other pet owners who are looking for a place.Very unique in NE El Paso!

I took my Goldendoodle to BiBi's for his first grooming. I had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly, and they explained the entire process to me. I loved the outcome of his cut, and the price was great as well. I would recommend their services to anyone.

We had a good experience with our Goldendoodle here. My 1 year old is brave and very active, and not the easiest to wash or groom. Trust me, we do it most of the times at home. Time wise was reasonable from start to finish. But where I have a problem is paying $80+ to have a wash and a groom. Please don't misunderstand, they did a good job, but the cost is wildly out of proportion to what I feel is fair.

Amazing. Azul was great with getting us in the day I called, and was very professional and caring for our babies. You can see the whole operation from the front desk, and even see the do it yourself station. Our pups came out glowing and smelling great. Definitely going to be coming back. Thank you guys!

I’ve been taking my dog here for years and without a doubt they are the best in town. My fur baby is so happy after her haircut and the staff is so amazing and nice. I have brought my fur puppies here twice, and let me tell you, they do an incredible job. I want to emphasize that they really do go above and beyond on their work. One of my fur babies is a bit nervous and difficult whent it comes to grooming and i've had times where they just won't keep her and I have to go back cause she's too nervous or aggressive, and here at Bibis it happened again where she was just giving the groomer a hard time but they still did their job and left her looking super cute and exactly how i wanted her. 5 stars and most definitely the best grooming place i have taken my pets to! 100% recommend and the facility is super clean, and well taken care of and the prices are fair. I love it.

Used the self-service bathing to bathe my husky. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the salon itself was very clean and well maintained. The price was outstanding, and well worth it. It was a great experience, and my pooch and I will be returning soon!

I take my dog here for the self wash dog bath, it's so convenient for us. It's about $15, they provide shampoo, a dog brush, and towels. We bring our own shampoo for our dog even though they provide some. There's also dryers you can use but my dog doesn't like it because it's too loud for her. Sometimes we pay extra for nail clipping, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning and the staff is very friendly.

I do not recommend! The price was not good for what I received! I paid almost $30 for watered down shampoo that I had to ask for more, room was so cold for me let alone my wet dog, the dryer was so strong and loud that I was not able to dry her at all! The cleanliness of the place was great and service was just ok. I’ve used self serve dog washes before but had to go to the east side for what was way better than what I experienced here…

I've been a satisfied customer of Bibi's Pet Grooming for about 11 years now. The owner, as well as his staff; are understanding, caring, and communicative in regard to my 20 lbs Cavestie. I've never had a single complaint or criticism to make them aware of. I will continue to be a customer of their's until my Cavestie passes or until Bibi's doesn't exist anymore.

Took my fur baby Mateo for a full package (bath, grooming,teeth cleaning, the works)! He was in dire need of it and after a close friend of mine recommended this place as I recently moved to the northeast, I decided to check them out. I was impressed by the level of professionalism and care they provided. Jackie was quick to answer any questions and was so kind as to even recommend places where I can purchase items I needed. Given the amount of attention Mateo needed, Jackie told me they would have to hold onto him for a few hours, but I instantly knew I could trust her with my baby. She would call me every now and then to let me know how Mateo was doing which put my mind at ease. Jackie called me when he was ready for pick up and let me know how he did with the over all process. When I went to pick him up he looked like a whole other dog, he looked amazing! I'm glad I decided to take Mateo to Bibi's Pet Grooming and will definitely keep going to them for all my pet grooming needs. I know my babies are in good hands as you can tell they love animals as much as I do, and they genuinely love what they're doing! I would definitely recommend them without a doubt!!!!

I took my two pets to Bibi’s after this quarantine. They were both so shaggy and matted, but Martin and his staff took such good care of my babies. They both look amazing! Thank you so much! I highly recommend their grooming services. Very clean and professional.

Staff were friendly.Answered all my questions.Care of my dog Stevie was great. He was happy, bathed and returned to me the same way he was when I dropped him off.Facility didn't appear filthy or poorly managed. Overall for that price range it gets the job done. And local to fort Bliss versus driving all the way towards the Transmountain area for more expensive services. Did that twice and Stevie didn't react positively at drop off or pick up. I guess my dog prefers Bibi's and I'm cool with that.

Was recommended by a parent from my daughters school. Read reviews and was a bit scared to go but OMG!!! Wish you guys could see a before and after picture of my daughters doggy I went in with a very grooming needy dog and came out with the cutest. Dog I was extremely happy my daughters dog looks amazing he’s happy and no harm done to him staff was very nice place looks good prices are reasonable I wouldn’t. Mind paying more due to. the condition my dog was love the results all the negative reviews almost kept me from going but I gave it a chance and I’m so happy will be back in a month ..... thank you so much for what you did to my dog hope all the bad experiences can reconsider and give it a second chance .

The owner was working when I brought my three dogs in. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate; one of my dogs is 16 years old and frightened easily because she is nearly blind and they were very kind with her. My dogs all looked great, prices were reasonable. Will be returning.

I wouldn't know if this place actually does good work because I didn't have my pet groomed for the fact that they do not go by online appointments! It's totally fake. You have to call them direct for an appointment and the young lady got mad at me for booking online and yelled that I had to call. Not a very good first impression.

I went to walk my neighbor's dog while she was away and the girl who came to the front counter could not speak English. She had to call the owner to talk to me. When I pick up the dog a couple of days later they forgot to groom him. Very unprofessional! My neighbor won't be using them again.

They wanted to charge me almost $71 to groom my 50lb dog. I had bought a grooming kit and my dog was half shaved when I brought him in, he just moved to much so I want to take him to a professional, which this place was not. I was able to find another place to cut my dogs hair for $36, almost half the price. There were 3 other people in the shop, 1 said she wasn't coming back, and the other 2 agreed that the price was way to expensive.

Horrible place! Do not waste your time or money coming here. My grandmas dog desperately needed a haircut since everything is closed right now. This was the only place nearby so we decided to bring her poodle here. First of all, the price they charged is very expensive! They charged me three times more than they do at Louises Pet Grooming and they did a terrible job. To finish that off, my grandma didn’t even recieve one apology for messing up the poodles hair. All they said was that it was our fault for bringing in the dog with super long hair. That is ridiculous and for the price they charged my grandma is unacceptable. By all means, avoid this place. I think my grandma could of done a better job cutting her own dogs hair.
