Thank you Charlie! I really enjoyed visiting your shop today, you have the best options available. The dechlorinator and medication worked perfectly, my fish are doing great! Thank you for being a perfect guide. Anyone unfamiliar with cycling saltwater or freshwater should stop by here, it's a one stop shop. I love the many options available from medication to testing kits, for both fresh water and saltwater fish! He has great prices and higher yields and a variety of fish food. He's very knowledgeable about taking care of fish and cycling the water. Don't neglect to check out Aqualife, Charlie is incredible and knowledgeable on aquamarine life.

This place has awesome customer service 5 star for that. 1 star for the fact that the hours say they are open but they are never open when I go! The phone goes to voicemail that’s full and they never respond to messages on Facebook messenger. Drives me crazy because I need things for my tank and wasting my time trying I see and hoping they are open! When they say they are… never are. Here during normal hours and bam, closed. I agree with another customer's review. Not open during posted hours. The hours are literally on their door so it isn't just a confusion with what is on Google. Phone rings to a number that's not set up to receive voicemail and no one picks up. I drove from the east side to come here and they're not open.

Great RO, good prices on certain fish, and interesting inverts. The coral section could be better, but that's not an major issue. To be honest this store and another located on the west side are the best in El Paso. You wont need to go anywhere else

Great place to ucheck out some salt water and some fresh water fish. The man who works there was great and helped us with some questions we had. Very informative.

Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly LFS who truly cares about your success in the hobby, and is very forthcoming with advice. He won't sell you a fish/invert/coral, if he knows it's not healthy or if your tank will not support it; and he has the best prices in town.Although it's getting better (now that he's hired some help); this store is notorious for being closed even during posted store hours (which can be very frustrating). He also closes most holiday weekends and is not open Sundays. So if you have a busy schedule like I do, it can be difficult to make it in when they're open. I also find the selection of livestock to be limited. This may be because they sell out quickly due to the low prices; at least that's what they claim.

The hours are questionable since they haven’t been open the last few times I’ve showed up. The phone never works and leads to a dead end. I just want my refund. Messaging through Facebook is also a dead end and the business seems to even care for the customers. I’ve only been able to get hold of a person once a few days ago.I’ve tried contacting numerous times through the week but to no avail. Terrible service

Hours are inconstant, as of October of 2020 over half their tanks were vacant and covered with algae. corals looked sad too, most likely lacking in water quality. They need to take a weekend and deep clean/restock their store because at this rate I would much rather drive the extra distance to another LFS.

Visited on a random weekday; The owner was one of the most nicest people I've ever met in a fish store; he took is time to explain specific fish, how to tell if they aren't healthy, and just wouldn't sell me anything to make a profit. I will keep supporting this LFS.

Love Love Love this place! Staff worries about the healthcare of my livestock and always has the supplies I need. I recently had an open house event and all guests were please with the way my tank is cared for by Aqua Life. I did attempt the other store down the road from them and they are nothing but a cheap and dirty copy of the business.

WOW!!! I waited to write my review for an entire year. This store is surprisingly very clean, very knowledgeable, if they don't know they hit the books to find you an answer, and the best prices in town. I could not believe they have Firefish Gobys at 4.99 clownfish at 9.99!! They have the most stock in town for sure. The biggest store in El Paso. One visit and this store will be your favorite! One small detail the store is usually packed with customers so you have to wait a little but totally worth the time for the savings! Make time to visit to believe me!

Everything is always out of stock and never seems to come in stock. They hardly have what you need. Staff is knowledgable but lack of livestock,corals,and inverts bring this rating down

I dont know if this place is open. It says they open at 2:30 I have been calling for a week and no one answers at different times of the day and nothing. Calling the number that google shows. If you are closed you should update it.

Extremely dirty! The tanks are all dirty. Lots of them are empty with nothing for the fish to do. A few have dead fish on the bottom and even a petrified dead fish in between the tanks! Looks like fish cruelty :( very sad to see.
