Went to Walgreens today to get the COVID Booster (3). The tech told me I did not qualify even though I had an email from my doctor stating I need to go get the shot. She told me my doctor need to review the CDC guidelines. Even after the pharmacist told her to give me the papers she commented she was not going to argue with anyone. I have never been so embarrassed in my life or treated so rudely. Called back and told the pharmacist it states clearly on the guidelines I qualify and also on the Walgreens website. Transferred my prescriptions.

If you have curbside option please have the staff for it. Followed instructions and was waiting at the curbside for 20+ minutes. Even went through drive thru to ask if anyone was working and called. No one answered . When I entered to pick up my order only one person was inside working and order wasn’t complete either.

The pharmacy here absolutely sucks. Technicians do not know what they’re talking about. Customer service is awful. If it wasn’t for the only Walgreens in my area, I would leave.
