NEVER USE THEIR SELF-CHECKOUT STATIONS!No, I wasn't accused of anything. It's just their bagging stands are so sensitive it errors out, requires assistance... and assistance does not come for many minutes.Listen Kroger... I am a good paying customer. Do not start off on the assumption I am a thief! Adjust your self-checkout or hire sufficient staff.In fact, how about GIVING ME A DISCOUNT FOR USING SELF-CHECKOUT! After all, these check-outs save you tremendous costs in personnel and benefits!

The people at the deli are nice but they don't seem to care when they ask you how you'd like the meats cut . They seem a little bothered if you ask them for anything "very thin"... They cut them pretty thick the past 3 times i was there. Going to go somewhere else for boars head . A little disappointing and off putting...

I haven't been to this location in a few years. This Kroger has really improved. Great produce section. Sushi Bar was well stocked. Meat counter was in great shape too; well stocked. If I lived closer to this location I would definitely visit it every week for my groceries! Oh, and the Starbucks was great also!

This place consistently OVERCHARGES YOU! Then you have 7 people in line and you got management watching. They are no help to staff. I will attach picture to prove the incompetence of this store. I would just like 1 receipt where I didn't have to come back to adjust.So this picture is when the lady in red was like...I'll come help. So it looked like she was going go back there and assist. She turned right around and never help anyone. The younger guy came up to me to see if he could help...prolly because they knew I was writing a review.Quite frankly I'm shocked she is still in management. I've been coming here for 2 yrs and she's loud, yells at employess on floor, she's just a BAD FIT FOR HER POSITION. She's not a nice person, seriously ask her staff.This store needs an overhaul in management, and registers that don't scam us like they already due with inflation.Also MOVE THE CHEESE AWAY FROM SEAFOOD AND BAKERY....IT STINKS TO ALL HELL! Think about it Kroger.....seafood next to a bakery and gourmet cheese....come on. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to smell that odor.

I was shopping in this store at midnight but I still expected some level of professionalism. During the time I am self checking out my items, a couple of male staff employees and what appeared to be a friend are sitting at the front talking loud, cursing and making inappropriate comments about women. This is unacceptable behavior. Where is management and why aren’t they correcting this very inappropriate misbehavior?

Sat in pharmacy drive thru 29min before one car was helped. There were 5 vehicles in line and this hasn't been just one time. I came on Sun but sign in window said they were closed all day.I'll be moving my 12 scripts to somewhere else~

I want to thank Patricia in the floral department at Kroger on loop 288, who went above and beyond with making my custom bouquet and boutonnière request for my wedding this past weekend. She listened, took notes and pictures, and was good to communicate with my grandmother who picked up the flowers the day before the date. They are stunning and I am looking to preserve what I can as part of my memories. Thank you again Patricia.

This Krogers is really clean with move displays and is the bigger version of a Kroger. All the staff I've came into contact with were very friendly! The only thing is the location makes it a very busy store, and even busier pharmacy.

The staff working were really friendly. Everything was stocked and organized. It was a very pleasant experience compared to so many other places!

This store only has one cashier and sells rotten ribs. Two times I have had to return their meat as it stank when I opened it. When i went to return it the customer service sent to the meat dept and the meat dept sent me to customer service, plus I again was overcharged. The bacon was $3.99 and I was charged $4.99. Will never go back to this store.

So, today, I came in to get the sodas on the digital coupon on my wife's application. I put in the phone number so I can get the discount, and apparently, I need my wife to be here to scan her plus card because they are having technical issues!!I have wasted 20 minutes, and I am frustrated, and that's the only way this will be able to apply the discount, according to the female manager, at this time!

Kroger needs to revamp the self checkout. It is very user antagonistic, often requiring the clerk monitoring the area to come over and override it. This makes it slow and frustrating. I would rather use a line with an actual clerk and not have to deal with rude robots.

Don't normally shop at Kroger so they have all these prompts at self checkout. When I asked for help this "lady" just gave me attitude. I get it it's thanksgiving and you don't want to be at work but don't take it out on your customers. Never going back.

Joshua A. is one of the many reasons I dislike self checking. He definitely should not be in customer service as he is incredibly rude, dismissive, and seems to forget that the reason he is placed on self check-out is to ACTUALLY assist customers, instead of raising his hands and walking off dismissively when interacting with the consumer. After doing so, he proceeded to chat on the phone by the cashier stand talking to someone for the rest of the duration of my being there while I was being provided his name to further escalate to the Kroger corporate staff. Two other female associates were kind enough to provide me with this information. Associates like Joshua will be the reason I avoid Kroger locations.

This location is convenient I usually go to the Kroger on W University in Denton glad I saw this location had to buy some items Thank God I did not have to drive over to W University even though I live over in that area so clean in this store!!

This is a really nice store. The associates are always watching to see if someone needs help. Products are both regular and many upscale, hard-to-find items (for after watching the cooking shows!) The hours are very convenient but I would suggest an edit on floral - are they really there 24-7?

Ordered groceries for pick-up and arrived at the selected time. Waited in my car for an hour and called the service desk to see what was going on and I was informed that my order hadn’t even been started yet and could not give me an approximate time on when it would be ready. The associate on the phone was extremely rude with me while trying to figure out what was going on. I cancelled my order and left, and do not plan on returning. This is the 3rd time I’ve had a problem with service from this specific store but this was the last chance.

It would be nice to have aisles that more than one person can walk down. All of the "impulse" items make it hard to shop. Then you have your stupid scan a code with our app so you can get a reasonable price. Let's not forget the way you overpriced soft drinks that you can only afford if they are buy 2 get three free. That would be great if they weren't normally 8.99. Considering everything, I normally go to Aldi.

Kroger sucks! I hate shopping there. Their digital deals are B.S. Half the time you don't get the savings you're promised. Long lines at the check out, or you can check yourself out with the computer screen prompting you need help withevery other transaction. Do better!!! Clearly, it's time to get the cashier's back. Self-checkout isn't worth MY TIME

Always understaffed and long lines to checkout. Like every time. Quick tip for the management: if your checkout line is 15 deep, maybe more than two registers and one of the self checkouts would make sense.

Be cautious of pick up orders if you are on a schedule....I made an order for pickup and arrived 5 minutes after the scheduled time. They called me before I could even open the app. It was to tell me it would be 1+hours to get my order... I asked to cancel (because I could get the items myself much faster)The call got disconnected, so I walked in to customer service to cancel the order. They were unable to help and told me to contact customer service in the app.It took 45 minutes to cancel my order through the app....While I was waiting I placed an order with another local grocery store and was able to pick it up on the way home (within 20 minutes)...

Honestly, Kroger has gone downhill. Hard. What's weird too is that they all have the same issues. Dirty, inflated prices, and indifferent employees. It will work in a pinch, and it's better than Walmart, but it's not ideal. I wish they would turn it around. Anyways, this location is average and at least I got some fuel points.

I dont even know why i botter coming here. Always a line on check out it's 1030pm and loooong line to checkout. They're just so cheap to hire at least one or two ppl, everybody must self checkout. It's a nightmare when u have cart full of groceries. Will never set foot in here again.

This kroger is wayyyy better than the one on University. The other one I'm afraid of getting mugged after dark in the parking lot. This store feels safe.Sushi, deli bar, cheese heaven, fresh produce.... LOVE this Kroger. There's a Starbucks too. Prices are FABULOUS. They also have online ordering.
