I went in to buy a carrier hitch because the one that I ordered from another vendor was lost in shipment. They had exactly what I needed, and the straps, and everything was very competitively priced. Since the box I had was large, several people offered to assist me. And although it wasn't heavy, finally one of the employees insisted on loading it into my car for me. It was a very good experience.

This Store is great. We go to buy things for our pets. But it is Hard from outside to see that is a regular Store where you can get other stuffs like pet supplies, ice chests, tools and else they only have The tractor tools in the front yard. They should have a stand where the people specially coming from Mexico know what they sell other than these parts.

Who doesn't love this place? They have everything - it's like a hardware store that also sells lawn and farm equipment, welding and automotive supplies, clothing, live animals (chickens and ducks!?), animal products, and the best selection of dogfood in a 100 mile radius. They have snacks. They have kids toys. It's the best. Go there now.

Call the Tractor Supply Co in Del Rio, Tx ask about filling my propane bottles. The person said sure as long as your here before 7pm. I arrived at 5:30. I was told it will be 15 to 20 minute wait the person whoFills propane bottle is doing some paperwork. Surprise. So doing paperwork work is more important then customer service. I won’t be back

I went in store for 2 items. Only 1 pkg of cat food available. Small cat trap, only extra large available. However the cashier found help for me to take purchased heavy items to vehicle.

I buy my dog's food here since Walmart and HEB have lower brands. (I know there are picky dog parents out there who are like me lol)I wanted to feed my dog above average dog food and I found it here. I also buy my dog's chew toys and squeaky toys here. They sometimes have toys and treats on sale (Take advantage people lol) Great place to find things on sale.

I FEEL SORRY THAT I HAVE THIS PLACE A STAR, BUT TO SAY THIS, I HAD TO. I'VE BEEN GOING INTO TRACTOR SUPPLY FOR YEARS NOW. I DON'T GO AS OFTEN AS OTHER PEOPLE DO, BUT I DON'T HAVE THE NEED. I USED TO REALLY LIKE THIS STORE, BUT NOW I TRY TO AVOID THIS PLACE. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE ITEMS THEY HAVE FOR PURCHASE, IT'S MORE ABOUT, WELL IT'S 'ONLY' THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH! OKAY ÚI MY GIRLFRIEND AND I WERE FOLLOWED AND ACCUSED OF STEALING. THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON US, AND MY F GIRLFRIENDS PURSE WAS SEARCHED... THE MANAGER APOLOGIZED AND SAID THAT HE CONFUSED IS FOR ANOTHER COUPLE WHO HAD BEEN STEALING, BUT IDK, THOSE KINDS OF THINGS ARE TERRIBLY EMBARRASSING, NO MATTER IF IT WAS A MISTAKE AND APOLOGIES WERE MADE. I CANNOT BRING MYSELF TO FORGET THAT INCIDENT AND I REFUSE TO GO BACK TO THIS STORE. I HOPE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. IF YOU DO GO INTO THIS STORE AND A MAN DOES FOLLOW YOU AROUND AND ACTS WEIRD, JUST KNOW THAT HE ASSUMES THAT YOU ARE UP TO NO GOOD, AND IN REALITY, THEIR HIGHER UP MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO REVIEW THE KINDS OF PEOPLE THAT THEY HAVE RUNNING THE STORE!!
