Highly disappointed. See picture of hay I wanted on left vs hay (right) that was being forced on me.First time I dropped by this feed store I was highly pleased. With the people working (man and young lady). We were heading from Houston to Beaumont and stopped in to buy rabbit feed and hay on the way home. I asked if they had good quality hay for rabbits and they did! So we bought feed and hay. This was in January. Come March I meeded more feed and hay. Instead of going close to get it I called this feed store being I liked the hay so much.I asked if they had the pretty green coastal hay for rabbits and Petrus rabbit feed. The young man said yes. I made sure they had the pretty green coastal. Told him I'd be driving from Beaumont to get it. Need 6 bags feed and two bales hay. He said he would save it for me.When I get there this older woman is up front.I ask before I but to see the hay, she says there's no need, "it's pretty and green hay". So I buy, drive around and for them to load me and saw they have two very yellow/brown hay bales in my vehicle and yet the prety coastalI wanted was off to the side.I told them take that out, my rabbits would not eat that nor was it what I came for and called about. The hay I wanted. I pointed to, and said, "that's the hay I drove here for" can I get that... the woman said NO! You have to get this hay.Needless to say I didn't leave with hay and I won't be back. That's not good business what that woman did. I will add, another customer was there as well complaining about the hay they loaded into his truck and he said as well he had come for the pretty coastal not this yellow brown stuff. He also said he wouldn't be back.I give two stars for my first experience, I give this vist a big fat ZERO starts. Shame on that lady!!
