As someone who's worked in pharmacy since 2005 , this pharmacy lacks professionalism and empathy!Their stupid system allowed for Covid/Flu testing appointment and when I got there on time the tech said " I don't know why it let you schedule that if we don't have any ,but I have some for sale" All while she was looking at her computer and not at me. When I explained that this sucked because I am pregnant and need to get tested for the flu as I had already done an at home covid test and it was Negative. She said " Go to your doctor" .If they'd do them ,why would I be trying to get it done at a Walgreens?She "apologized" in a condescending way while staring at me with a "are u done?" face. The worst part is the Pharmacist was there behind her listening to everything and didn't even acknowledge the issue or jumped in at all.Sad that their employees have miserable jobs and working conditions that they forget that empathy and service is key for patients.

ALYSSA in the pharmacy was tremendous!! Her customer service was beyond amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me with my prescription!! I wish a lot more people had her customer service skills!! Thank you Alyssa you deserve recognition!!

Do not get your medication prescribed here. They will charge you even though your insurance covers the medication. They will also tell you your medication is ready then when you arrive make you wait 30-1 hour to pick it up. I’m reaching out to corporate because they will just walk away from the window and will have an attitude as if you are in the wrong.

I only stopped in this location expecting the usual Walgreens stop for essentials but was very turned off after requesting any assistance. One of the front doors locked up almost like everything else in the store. Disgusting attitudes, experience and atmosphere. I will take my business elsewhere.

Honestly deserves zero stars….. How are you a pharmacy but never have prescriptions ready?! My doctor sent in my medication in the morning. I went to pick my medicine up after work at 4:30 p.m. and was told it wasn’t ready. When I asked if there was a reason why the lady said she doesn’t know. She also said it would take 45 minutes before it could be ready. After all this time?! Yall had all afternoon and it’s not ready?! This is crazy. You don’t play with people’s medications like this! I’ll be spending my money at CVS. Obviously the pharmacist at this location are incompetent, do not know how to do their job, cannot communicate properly to customers and literally couldn’t care less about people’s health.

Walgreens customer service in the pharmacy drive thru is the worst! I waited 25 minutes when only 3 cars were ahead of me. I'm so tired of them letting people wait on filling prescriptions and taking forever. Plus, they seemed understaffed. They need to tell people not to come in drive thru if your meds aren't already filled. Really unsatisfactory.

This location deserves 0 stars. Neka Johnson (manager) is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She has not one ounce of customer service skills. Walgreens has no standards when it comes to hiring employees. Avoid this location if possible!!! They usually have only 1 line open and the other employees will watch the long line of customers and not make any attempt to assist. This location needs to be closed! They also never have the sale items in stock. Poor management all around! Go across the street to CVS!!! Totally different atmosphere. They are professional and helpful. Neka Johnson does not need to work with people at all, let alone be a manager. Truly disappointing.

This location is STILL horrible!!! Avoid this location if possible. Kelia (red hair) is EXTREMELY rude!!! I spoke with the manager, Crystal, who was just as rude and very nonchalant about my complaint on Kelia. This is not the first rude encounter with this employee.Some people should not work in customer service. Also, they never have any of the sales items in stock! I spoke with the manager (Crystal) about this issue and she advised that this is an ongoing issue because they have a large amount of curbside orders. It seems as if they would order more items since they know they are going to sell out quickly. I always have to drive out of my way to another location to get the items needed. Such an inconvenience!

The worst experience is manager Lia who is rude, unprofessional and wants to talk down to her customers talking loud raising her voice because that should scare you. She thinks it's funny and cute to talk about her customers in the middle of the store with the other lead Crystal both unprofessional. It won't deter me from shopping here because Ms. YULANDA and Ms. O PROVIDES exceptional service but those others gets less than ZERO.

The sign they have inside the door says that mask are recommended. But the manager today was acting like it was required. I saw him confront several customers, chasing some off. If they said that they had their vaccine he insisted that they showed him their card. That is a direct violation of Hippa! He is not a medical practitioner and has no right or authority to see anyone's medical documentation. Someone sure set him straight before his power trip cost Walgreens their customers or a lawsuit.

I had an issue in the photo department and the cashier really went out of her way to help me resolve my problem in a timely matter. I can't remember her name but she had the pretty red hair. She's great at customer service!

Sent a package to be delivered on Wednesday, November 27th. It has expedited shipping and already had the label. It's now Monday, December 2nd, and I get an email from the recipient saying the package still hasn't come. I called, they asked for my last name, I said I never gave them my last name but they insisted that that was the best way to see if my package was there. They didn't find it and said it must have been shipped out already. I tracked the package, and it said it was still waiting at the Walgreens to be PICKED UP. So I called back and told them to search my tracking number, not my last name. Whoop-de-do, it was there. These incompetent workers marked a package meant for delivery as pick up. I had no say in this. When I went to ship my package I told her I was there to ship it, and all she did was scan the barcode on the package and make me put in my email.

Pharmacy service is real poor. They take 2 two hours to put a sticker on a bottle and put 20 pills in it. And they have like 4people jus walking around looking busy. Don't bother calling them. No answer

No public bathrooms! How do you really expect someone to shop properly and they can’t use the restroom or tend to their young children while shopping. It’s disrespectful and disgusting. Y’all should just make public restrooms and employee restrooms if that’s the issue. I won’t recommend

Horribly rude cashier or manager (I had to walk out because of how unbelievably unprofessional she was). Standing there talking to her friend thinking it's funny to have an attitude with a customer while a child is there. And that's the front of the store, not the pharmacy.

Young lady was very rude didn't want to help me and told me I would have to wait til manager gets there at 2pm..all I wanted to do was use bathroom..🤷 remind you I used this same bathroom yesterday..I'm a Dallas city water employee so we're out in field so we don't have access to bathroom..just wanted to use the bathroom 🤷
