Unorganized. Not properly trained in customer service. I asked if they had any Zyrtec come in by any chance and the cashier rolled the her eyes as If I was inconveniencing her and said “I don’t know what’s back there”. I simply proceeded to go to register. The sale item I had didn’t have a tag. I went to go find the item since she could not locate it and had also expressed to me that if it was on sale it would have a tag. She scanned the tagged item and proceeded to put the untagged item in my bag. I asked her to give me the item with the tag she scanned. She said no. I said I want the item you scanned and I’m paying for. She said “well what if I need to do this again” I said “You should tag the item so it doesn’t happen”. She ignored my request and put the untagged item in my bag and asked for the currency. No respect for customers and no sense of what is appropriate. Service like this can throw an already unhinged person into causing harm to an employee and With so much violence happening to store / restaurant workers, I recommend to be more careful how they interact with customers. Luckily for her, I’m not one of the crazies.

Today I had a bad experience at the cashier, she charge me, 4 powerade at 5 dollar each. Wen the price at the stand was 1.37 each, she Told me to wait on the side so she can attend other costumers, then she call her manager and told her the situation, I assume that she told her to return the money, which she did, and the cashier told her managers sorry for bothered you, but she never told me sorry, even wen I acted nice the 10 or 15 minute waiting time and was her mistake not mine, never coming back.
