I wanted to give recognition to Darren & ericka for going the extra mile to help me get my son’s prescriptions. The lady at the window with the dreads was no help and was rude.. I was so frustrated because she was telling me my son’s antibiotics wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I went into the store and thank god for Darren & Ericka they were the HUGEST help and really made a difference in my experience with this Walgreens pharmacy.

I came here for COVID testing. Scheduled an appt online, then came in and was told they don't have any tests. Would've been nice if they let me know ahead of time, before I went over there and stood in line at the pharmacy for 15 mins. The woman at the pharmacy counter told me they don't do the testing there anymore, but they don't know how to remove the option to schedule an appt from their website. I asked if it was only at this Walgreens, or if the other stores also don't have testing available, but she didn't know.So if you're trying to schedule an appt online, for testing or immunizations, I would suggest calling ahead, to make sure it's available.

Hispanic lady that works the night shift does not want to do her job after 9:00 p.m. even though they're open until 10:00. The other Walgreens that I go through to after 9:00 p.m. do not mind helping me out this one lady however does not and this is the second maybe even third time she's done this to me. She represents Walgreens as a company and she's doing a terrible job at it

i’ll never forget when i worked here and needed hours and the store manager said “your parents don’t help you with rent ?” which is so very immature and inappropriate. Never forget too how the shift lead Danny always had us staying later than ever to re front the aisles as if anyone cared. Along with making me sweep twice because i don’t know. Seems as if it was a problem then he can do it. The coworkers except the older ladies were very sweet and kind. Only three shift leads were very sweet and kind. Danny and Candace are horrible as can be.

Visited this Walgreens for a quick snack run for me and the wife yesterday. Grabbed me some Cheez-Itz, and I browsed the Halloween selection. Very nicely done and organized! Grabbed Snowball a cute little pumpkin hat, too! 11/10, tidiest Walgreens I've ever been to in Corpus Christi. Best Walgreens in town. Would highly recommend shopping here!

The lady with face tattoos has no business being in customer services, she is condescending to customers, was rude without being provoked, and her “I have to have the last word attitude” discourages you to come back and shop in peace. What made this whole experience terrible is that her manager just stood around and let her speak in a condescending manner without any intervention. Was she scared to tell her something? I could tell from my short interaction that she uses contention to avoid being told what to do. I know Walgreens has to have higher standards than what this lady represents and I also know that it’s easy to lose stewardship over your employees during the Night Shift because there’s not a “real manager” during late hours.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never a time I go to pick up my medication without there being an issue. In result, it causes me to be late in receiving my meds. DO BETTER!!!

I would definitely chose another pharmacy. First they will not let you sit in the drive through even if no one is behind you. I explained if someone comes I will move but they said no you can’t sit here. So went around the corner and waited.They call you and say your Medicine is ready when it is not and can’t be filled for a few more days.

The manager Danny was very rude and lacks customer service. I was trying to return items with a receipt and he didn’t allow and snooped in my Walgreens bag. I think he was upset that I was trying to coupon!

This is more specific to the entire chain of Walgreens however I just learned it by going to this store where an item that's on the shelf and I can pay for it online and pick it up after 30 min or more is 50% less in price online than if I buy it in person. What is that?! Of course there is a disclaimer on the website that the prices may differ which first of all, is nonsensical to me, but that's a significant difference. I left without buying what I came for and it really sours my opinion of Walgreens.

Imagine waiting in the ONE pharmacy lane for 30 minutes after paying for your medications beforehand because it’s supposed to make the process quicker. To only have the car in front of you pull out and as soon as you pull next to the window a sign stating “Rx Closed” just got posted by the cashier. Literally no one else was behind me and I was the last vehicle in line. Not being able to make it earlier because of my work schedule. The fact that they don’t care how long you waited or what medications you needed to simply shut down as soon as you pull up because it’s 9 is disgusting. Don’t bother getting your medications sent here because 1) there’s only one lane and they take FOREVER to service a single vehicle, 2) it doesn’t matter if you use the “Express Pass” because you won’t get your medications any quicker, 3) Cashiers always have an attitude and look like they just want to go home, and 4) Obviously they only care about closing at exactly 9 PM without a concern on who was already waiting for medications because it’s their time to leave. Lovely customer service 👏🏼 Please keep in mind that this review is solely on this location’s pharmacy, not the store.

Store is always a mess! Last time i went, Rachel rolled her eyes and argued with me nonstop. This time, the cashier with the name starting in "Na.." rung up my item, instantly said she couldn't take my coupon before she even scanned it. Rolled her eyes and argued with me. Once the manager got there, he looked at the coupon and stated it could be accepted. (It was a Sunday paper, non expired, item exact match coupon.)Get with the program, people. Customer service should be Number 1.Now i literally go across town to receive good customer service.WORST WALGREENS IN TOWN

I hate this Walgreens!!!!! I’m waiting for a cashier to get attention to checkout and she finally comes over helps the next two customers that come in to another register and finally when I have someone get their attention they help me get a cologne and take it back to a register and a customer cuts me off, and so I get ignoredagain and another cashier comes and helps me out!!! Omg beyond frustrated!!! I’m a nurse who just got out of a busy shift and the last thing I wanna struggle with is lousy service from a Walgreens and if I get a reply just work on your employees cutsomer service, cause they suck!!!

My doctor had lost my pre-authorization for one of my meds and didn't want to write another one and told me to use Good RX app and bypass insurance. My doctor said the med was cheap enough. Anthony, one of the Pharmacy Techs helped me with the app and which meds/dose to pick for the coupon. Anthony ended up saving me around $50 on my prescription. Anthony is always so pleasant, this young man is going to go far in life.

The customer service is not so good but I like the convenience of Walgreens. They really need to hire people that are happy to be at work. They are there to provide us a service and not act as though we are an inconvenience to them.

Why do they completely close the pharmacy from 1:30 - 2:00 pm? I know it's for lunch but why completely close, can't they stager the pharmacy staff's lunch. It's very inconvenient for customers to get their meds.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens. Typically decent service. They seem to be short staffed sometimes. I've never had any issues with the pharmacy. It's on a very busy corner.

WOW they lost 1 of my 3 prescription, had me wait 20 min to fill a prescription only to tell me 30 MINUTES LATER that they didn't have it that I would have to go across town to get it from another location smfh very sloppy with no communication very unprofessional

Slower than molasses in Alaska. Also not very friendly or helpful. The drive thru is even slower. You may want to take a snack if you go to get your script filled. It will take a couple of hours.

Just shopped there and I cant stand how when they put out deals for different snacks and food they put in little letters with your rewards card. I dont have a rewards card and just spent quite a bit for stuff I thought was on sale.

Do not get your covid test at walgreens. 5 days later and am still waiting. They use Aegis Labs and they are worthless.
