Poor customer service in the pharmacy department, waited there over an hour for prescription to be filled but they decided since my insurance did not cover they would bypass it without asking. The lady assisting me was a total joke. She needs to be properly trained before allowing her to interact with customers.

Had a prescription sent here and called to check the status of the prescription, the initial person who took the call was friendly, but told me I needed to speak to another person who can look it up. This woman was rude on a new level. Didnt let me speak. Seemed bothered that she had to speak to anyone. I stayed patient thru her huffs and puffs at having to do her job, as she would stop talking and as people do in a conversation I attempted to ask a question, she cut me off and said I’m talking don’t cut me off. I proceeded to cut her off and let her know In not so nice words that the has no business dealing with the public let alone handling drugs and maybe she’s on them to behave in such a way. Avoid this place at all costs. Bad attitudes bad customer service.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with!! Wish I could give negative stars, there is always an issue. Nobody seems to know what's going on, receive notifications prescriptions are filled go to pickup and they aren't.

I want to give a shout out to Manager Fernando. He went beyond the call of duty to help me yesterday with purchasing crutches. I was not able to walk due to a knee injury and Fernando was kind enough to help me at curve side. Thanks again!

Bad customer service, the pharmacy technician was rude she supposed to request from CVS pharmacy the medication that I’m missing that they don’t have on CVS. I have all the things they don’t know what they are doing this year so that she is and she starting rude on me

My 7m old baby has RSV. The prescription was sent from the ER to my regular location on weber & holly ,Not thinking due to a stressful morning that they are conveniently closed on the weekends. I called saratoga location to have them transferred to this location but apperantly they can't do that because the pharmacy is closed where my baby's prescription was sent & no one in the place to help with that. So I had my husband call the hospital in the meantime to try & start the process faster. The hospital told him that we should be able to go to any walgreens pharmacy & they should be able to do so. If there were any problems that the pharmacy could call them. I get in line I'm second in line which I am happy about because my baby is sick & tired we want to go home. About 8 more people show up behind me withing the next 2 minutes. I get to the desk & I explain what is happening. The heavy set older lady with glasses & long gray/dark hair (i shouldhave got her name)didn't seem in any hurry she was moving awfully slow & didnt seem to care for that matter as I could assume she was frustrated that they were so busy. She is brisk with me & she basically tells me nothing is even showing I said "yes because there is no one over at the other location & the hospital said for them to call for any issues". I call my husband who is waiting in the car with my 2 babies one who is sick to ask & verify what the hospital said. I tell my husband as I'm standing there in front of her that she doesn't wanna call the hospital & she says it's not that I don't want to call them..... (i dont even know what else she said in the sentence) as im on the phone with my husband trying to get what my baby needs. I was already starting to get quite upset at this point so I said you need me to call them? She says yes & basically tells me to get out of the way so she can help other customers as im trying to dial the # on the ER papers when i had waited my turn & was next in line If she needed the one pharmacist that was there to call the hospital because she couldnt then she coulhave notified the person to help a customer who waited their turn..She said I wouldn't loose my place in line when I asked if I would. I am waiting now for the hospital to answer & I just left out of anger from being treated like a piece of trash in front of her on the ground. I was so frustrated & angry. It isn't my fault your company has other stores closed due to lack of employees or whatever the case is so I don't know why if she works there it isn't her problem. She can work somewhere else That is the attitude I got from her. It is so ugly & unprofessional to let customers see you that way. When the Weber location is open I never get treated like this but I mean to remind everyone if you need prescriptions on weekends or don't wan to be treated like you are a problem to the employees I would advise to look for a different drugstore.....Unbelievable! I'm not trying to get people fired but maybe should look for a different job?

When a customer calls to simply inquire about their prescription status, we don't need for you to enumerate the amount of prescriptions you have in total to fill. We don't care, that's your job. We don't care for sacrasm or condescension. If you're feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders, then find a new career.

This Walgreens has the worst customer service I have ever been to. I came to the store looking for a specific collectible and didn't see it on the shelf. I asked the man behind the counter if they had any in and I saw by coincidence that there was one behind the counter (happened to be the specific one I was looking for). He said that it was on hold for someone in the store and that he would call the manager, Andrea. Well, Andrea came to tell me the same thing (it was on hold for someone in the store). I asked if it was an employee and she said that it was for herself. Some may not understand, but these collectibles are hard enough to find without staff setting them aside before the customers can even find them. I went back in to ask her name and the man at the counter said "go ask her yourself, I'm not snitching" and then when I asked his name he turned around and said "no comment". Very rude, probably the worst customer service experience I have had at any store. I've made a corporate complaint. If there is no policy that you're breaking and you have nothing to hide, there is no reason to be rude to your customers for inquiring about an item. I was polite to you the entire time. Will not be returning here, go to the one on SPID and save yourself the hassle. At least the staff there is friendly and helpful.Edit: apparently Andrea is not the manager and I was lied to. Unprofessional.

This Walgreens is SLOW. Only one cashier, which takes loooong to do her job, she try’s to multitask and takes even longer. There is no self checkout. NOT RECOMMENDED.

13 weeks pregnant just got out of the ER for a kidney infection. Picked up Medication 8pm and they gave me SOMEONE ELSE'S prescription which luckily for me I paid attention to the details of the order So I realized before I took any that would harm my unborn child.I am NOT pleased with this mix up. This is a mistake that should not happen!They gave me a prescription for a man who's name isn't even close to mine, how is that possible?

Horrible with prescriptions. Said meds would be ready in by an hour. Sitting here 3 1/2 hours later and they still do not have them filled.Only to find out it is because they do not carry the medication. Seeing as it is 5:45 at night and doc office closed, guess I will wait another day for antibiotics. If you cannot fill a prescription, you should notify doc office immediately so changes can be appropriately made. Was told not to worry they will have it in a day or two. So relieved that the infection can continue only for a day or two longer.

After transferring my prescriptions there as one of the choices through my insurance I have gotten nothing but the run around. One of my prescriptions required a prior authorization that both my doctor and I were unaware of. I was told that the pharmacy should have sent the information to my doctors office by my insurance- surprise surprise they never did. My insurance went ahead and sent the info over since I only had three days in which to receive a refund from the pharmacy directly. I called today to confirm that it was indeed received and reached the most awful woman who didn’t answer my questions, dropped me on hold multiple times with little to no explanation and eventually told me I needed to call back tomorrow which is outside of the three days quoted to me. The customer service there is horrendous!

BEWARE!!!!! *CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS!!!! I use to love this pharmacy. The staff use to be great bt this passed year they have been absolutely horrible. Using the drive thru to just drop off a prescription I got attitude from one lady who acted like she didn't wana be at work. She told me they close in an hr so the medicine would not be ready tonight. She said you can try another pharmacy. I didn't ask if i could have it filled right away, so I said, no that's ok I still want to drop off my prescription. She acted irritated. Then all of a sudden she says she can have it filled in 20 mins. I asked her questions about the medicine and she exhaled hard a few times, like a child that doesn't want to do something, bt I let it slide. The next time I got someone different who gave me the WRONG medication for my child. I opened the bag and questioned what she gave me and she said it was right. I compared it to what we had previously gotten when I got home and it was not the same. Not jst a different brand bt different contents in the medication. I called them, spoke to someone different and they were no help to me and acted as if it were completely fine. She said I could call the dr and get a new prescription for the same thing, which again I'd have to pay for and risk them giving me the wrong medicine for a second time. I told her they gave me the wrong thing yall need to make it right, and she said they don't take back medications, so I'm stuck with it. I will not be going to this pharmacy anymore. It's scary to think they are not competent enough to fill prescriptions correctly. THAT CAN REALLY PUT SOMEONE AT RISK!

My daughter and I went to Walgreens today for her to get her second dose of Covid-19 vaccine. The check in process was quick. I really like how there is a line just for Covid-19 vaccine two separate lines for drop off/pick up. The employees were polite even though customers were rude. The employees were very respectful. They were nice and helpful and quick. Keandra and Lorena kept the line moving. I was really impressed and delighted to see that they helped so many people in such a short amount of time. C. Pittman was nice when she gave my daughter the vaccine. We did not wait long and we were done before my daughter’s scheduled appointment.We waited 15 minutes before leaving and we bought a few snacks on the way out for our trip back home. Angela rang up our snacks and she was also courteous and helpful. Way to go, Walgreens!

I transferred my normal medications to my plans online pharmacy. After being told by me MULTIPLE TIMES, this pharmacy kept trying to fill them, holding onto rx so my plan pharmacy couldn't fill for days . Multiple times. My new pharmacy kept telling them. They were just being jerks. Very unprofessional. Then I had urgent care escript a 1 time rx to them. Find out they were trying to fill my transferred rx MULTIPLE again. Autofill was OFF. New 1x scripts not ready but by 11 when they close. Delivery would take 5 days (I live 2 blocks away). I have covid. This pharmacy is so screwed up. Unbelievable. UPDATE: I reported to board of pharmacy. After investigation, they were found guilty of violating tx pharmacy laws and cited. I now use mail order for regular meds and HEB for one-timers

My son was sick, we called in his prescriptions here because my husband uses this pharmacy. Once I got there and waited 30+ minutes in line, I found out it was never entered into the system and that it would take an hour and a half to fill. The pharmacist Frankie looked at the paper prescription and "I don't have time for that" ten feet away from me, the mother with a sick child. I took the paper back, took it to my pharmacy (CVS) who entered it into the system and meds filled within 20 minutes. If you have a choice, stay away from Walgreens!

I completely respect this pharmacy 100%. What most people don't understand is the process it takes to order prescriptions that are out of stock. Yes, they do get ordered everyday, but if it is a controlled substance (you cant order a controlled substance frequently- the state tracks how much gets ordered per store) or just a regular medication that is on back order (meaning there is not enough to be distributed to all the pharmacies) the medication does not come in...So the pharmacy is stuck waiting until their drug suppliers have it in stock. Keep in mind this is a 24 hour pharmacy that is next to the hospital....of course it's going to be busy...People expect their prescription to be ready in 15 minutes, well guess what, so do the 50 other people that came in 30 minutes before you. You're not going to die. Just be patient. Keep up the good work Walgreens!

Fast pass isn't what it seems. It used to be that you pay your prescription on line and when you get there, there was a designated line for this service. Even before COVID, majority of the techs (98%) had such a bad attitude, unfriendly, ignore you, and still make you wait in this endless line of people that don't have the fast pass. I'm beside myself. I will no longer waste time with them. I'll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

This used to be such a great Walgreens! But recently they’re acquired some terrible staff! I’ve visited now on 2 separate occasions both times in the drive thru to pick up a prescription which I received a text, email, and on account showed was ready for pick up. The first time I went the lady actually argued with me about my medication being restocked due to me not coming to pick it up within a reasonable time. I tried to explained to her that I had only received the alerts that day and that is why I was coming in on that day. She then proceeded to attempt to go through my entire prescription history while I’m in the drive thru window and there is a line building up behind me and beside me in the other lane! I ended up asking her to please just tell me when to come back to get my prescription because I felt like this was holding up everyone else and it wasn’t necessary to go through my prescription history. It was sooooo uncomfortable. The second time was actually just yesterday, my daughter is sick I had to take her to the dr to be treated. I was alerted her prescriptions were ready for pick up so I proceeded to go get them through the pickup lane. Well everyone was in the window lane so I went to the tube lane because I knew it was only antibiotics I was getting. Well after giving the lady all the info she proceeded to tell me I had to drive around and wait in the window lane since I was picking up a prescription!! There are no signs stating you can not pick up only at the window, I’ve actually in the past picked up from the tube side many times before! So I didn’t want to argue so I drove around and waited in line again at the window lane! If they are going to hire new people shouldn’t they hire people with human decency and respect for others?? I mean we’re getting prescriptions because we need them and are sick. Not well. Etc... I don’t understand the hassle I’m getting from these newer staff! I’m going to have to look for another pharmacy if this continues! I hate being hassled!

This store is on the coast. Power outages during storms are a normal occurrence. Yet the store has no backup or way to quickly recover from even 20 seconds without power. After 2 nights of constant diarrhea, I'd gone to pick up imodium and Gatorade since I couldn't sleep anyway. I was just ready to check out when the lights went out for a few seconds. I was told they could not do anything if I did not have cash. This is the 21st century. Getting incapacitated by a quick blackout is ridiculous. Employees showed little empathy or propensity to be helpful.

Iv been here on 2 different occasions and I couldn't be happier. My first encounter I was in contact with a manager (Rebecca) ND a cashier(Julia) who were beyond professional and helpful. They were both amazingly sweet ND curtious and helped me to MAXIMUM EXTENT! My second encounter was with STORE MANAGER (Fernando) and manager (Tammy) who were beyond professional and super helpful! In my opinion FERNANDO should be ON TOP OF ALL MANAGEMENT. HE WAS SO AMAZING ND SO SUITABLE FOR HIS POSITION THAT I REALLY BELIEVE THAT NO ONE ELSE SHOULD BE RUNNING SUCH A PRODUCTIVE STORE. My experience here on both occasions has left me with such a great experience I would be will to go out of my way to make the drive to the Saratoga and Staples location everytime!! Amazing job to the employees at this site!!! Every employee was so pleasent ND welcoming ND so efficient! I honestly couldn't be HAPPIER!! This should definitely be a model store!!

Worst customer service at the pharmacy. Staff is rude and no reason given for 3 week wait. On another medication I was told pick up in 2 hours only then to be told they don’t have it. When I asked why I was told new employee. Do you really want him filling meds? When I went to counter Ms Hernandez was too busy scratching her back and head to be polite. Not impressed at all.

Pharmacy seems to be understaffed at night 1 person staffed when I went in at 12 am to fill a prescription it doesn't seem right no wonder the wait time was extended . but the pharmacist was friendly and as helpful as the front staff thanks Saratoga Walgreens

Worse pharmacy in Corpus. I came Sunday evening to fill a prescription, the tamiflu and some liquid codeine. They said neither would be ready until tomorrow which was fine. I go the next day and they say the liquid codeine is still not ready and it’ll be ready tomorrow. I asked what about the tamiflu, she goes we don’t have a prescription for you. I said I gave it to y’all along with the liquid codeine. After waiting 30 mins they finally found it and gave it to me. I called up there today and asked if it was ready and the lady had a terrible attitude the entire time. I go up there and they say we won’t have it until tomorrow. So I just took my prescription, went to HEB and It was ready in 30 mins. They are very unprofessional. Someone else obviously needs to do the ordering for the medicine because whoever is doing it is obviously doing It wrong. Will never come here again.
