Young man named Dillon helped educate me on electric fencing,which I had no clue where to start. He did an excellent job,helping me select the correct supplies as well as how to install the system. He also mentioned before I left that if I ran into problems just give him a call. With this type of customer care Dillon has a bright future.

Has the worst customer service. Will not be coming back to this store. I asked for help and the rude guy at the entrance was not helpful. I did encounter a nice lady who able to assist me. When I went to pay there was older lady helping a customer at the register. She called for assistance because the line was getting long. Another employee came to assist but started helping customers at the end of line. So the rude old lady started yelling on the radio requiring assistance not having seen the employee at the back. They started bickering with each other. By this time I was ready to leave everything and leave.If they can't even get along ..it shows. The poor customer was pleding with the older lady to go ahead and continue with the line. She replied by saying no...we aregoing to get this done. The poor old man customer was so embarrassed .....

Feels good to walk around and shop. But on the delivery side of things it's always a guaranteed 20 minutes wait, half of that is finding someone motivated to help the delivery department if you know what I mean . I understand things happen but it's all the time, and why does the system have be so complicated. The Item is purchased and ready to go for the delivery driver let's go what's the hold upavoid this place for roadie

We bought cat litter and when we drove to the back of the store, we could'nt find our cat litter, or guy. The prices have been going up rapidly and we are starting to look elsewhere!

We experienced horrible customer service at this store and not sure if we'll return. We found some tarps that were in a clearance bin and when we got to the counter they rang up a different price. I told the cashier that they should be on clearance. She scanned it again and said they weren't. She called the manager who didn't bother to come to the counter to discuss the issue. When I asked to speak to the manager, the cashier Hilaria rudely said that it would be awhile because she was busy.

First, their delivery charges are OUTRAGEOUS. you pay about double what you're buying. But the reason I'm leaving this review today is over the 4 baby chicks we just bought. One seemed very tired from the beginning and died less than a week later so I called to see if we could replace her. They only allow replacements within 24 hours. Ok, stupid, but fine. So i asked if i could just buy ONE to replace her. NOPE. you HAVE to buy 4. Well the city limit is 7, and i already have 5. So how does that work? Anyway, it really bothers me when businesses refuse to make logical exceptions. They can. They just WON'T.

Changed from 3 star review since issues were resolved - see below. They stock plastic wrapped hay bails inside now for when the truck is empty, as well as a whole pallet of pellet chicken feed. I wonder if they read my review and responded? If so, thanks! Easily 5 stars. Will continue shopping there. Bought some fruit trees and Onion starts for the garden just last week and they're doing very well. Still love the misc. bargain bins!old review: --It seems like they're always out of hay for the chickens. Occasionally out of their feed too. Checkouts can be slow. Otherwise, a great selection of stuff for all kinds of projects. They run some good clearance deals and bargain bins here too.--

Went in looking for a fence for the pup, ended up browsing around for awhile and found that everything for both the dogs and cats are far more affordable and closer to our house. We are talking a few cents or so to almost $20. That was supper impressive to us that they beat out pet stores that push expensive foods. Staff was able to help us with all of other needs and have been super friendly every time we go in. Will be coming back as often as possible for their amazing prices and service.

They do pretty good with a minimal staff. Some of the sales they have on products are excellent. Where else could you buy a compressor for $300 less than Lowe's. On The identical unit. Everything here works for me.

Came here looking for a generator for our camper. Found the perfect one and a generator fuel jug. The nozzle is at the bottom making filling your generator from the rail of your truck bed super easy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This is a pretty good sized store that seems to offer a wide selection.

I can't believe I don't shop here more often. I can get better dog food for my Great Dane at a better price than either of the pet store chains, and more of it. Not to mention the plethora of gardening supplies. My new addiction.

You guys need to check the merchandise people return before you put it back out for sale. I spent 70 dollars on a chair today only to find a huge burn hole in it when I pulled it out of the bag. I’m greatly disappointed. I buy all my Ridgecut work wear from y’all and those clothes aren’t cheap. Then you sell me a burned up chair. Shame on you

Bought 30 bags of feed before closing and the manager wouldn’t unlock the gate to the feed. Apparently we have to come back tomorrow because it was such an inconvenience to her. Thank you very much. I didn’t know doing your job was that hard. Very bad service. Will be buying elsewhere in the future.

We buy allot of online orders from Tractor Supply.... They are always helpful, service is amazing when we come to pick it up, and we always find something else for our animals or ourselves when we go here... kiddo always enjoys seeing the ducks and chickens as well lol 🤙

Bought a machine from this place and it came defective been getting the run around from the store manager for over a week now and tried calling corporate that hasn't helped any either.. they have excuses after excuses will tell you something and when it comes down to it start back tracking.. horrible experience wish I'd never shopped here

Not very good stock for the last 3 months or so. Buy taste of the wild dog food and supplies dwindled to almost nothing. Looks like they restocked a little, but i got last bag again.They were also out of all but 1 rat bait.The one they had of course is the one nobody buys. How does a farm and ranch center run out of rat bait.Chalk it up to bad management somewhere down the line.

Went to Tractor Supply on my lunch time, the electricity was off for a couple of minutes for a reason that was out of the employees control. The employees were so friendly and helpful, as soon as the electricity came back of they worked as a team to help all the customers waiting. You have an exceptional team in Corpus Christi.
