Had to get 44 keys made today and Jesus came to the rescue. You can tell he's been with the company for 27+ years and know what he's doing (he has a badge that says 27 years) He's very friendly and even helped us find the screws we were looking for. Really enjoyed our shopping experience today thanks to Jesus! He definitely deserves a job well done!

My wife and I went to HD to purchase a clothes washer. First of all, couldn't f8nd anyone to help us. After about 30 min. A random worker was sent over to help us once I finally tracked someone down to call someone to help. The employee informed us that I should come back in the morning at 600. I arrived the next morning at 630. Once again, I couldn't find an employee to help me. I approached a group of 4 employees just hanging out and couldn't help because they were busy watching the 4 self check our registers. They then referred me to customer service, where the woman at customer service had me go to the washer, take a picture of the sku number, bring her the picture. Upon bringing her the picture, she wanted me to see how many were in inventory. I then told her, I don't work here and I'm a consumer. I took my business to lowes and was helped immediately and was very happy with the service. Thanks Lowe's!!

Waited 30 minutes in curbside to pick up my order. Had to call store management to get somebody out here. The female associate that came and brought half of my order came in with an attitude. she didn’t get it right so she had to send a male associate to bring me the other half of the order. The associate apologize to me and told me that the charcoal bag had a huge hole and he taped it for me. I refused the order and made me wait another 20min to bring me another bag from the pallet inside. Very disappointed with service at this home depot location.

Why is it that ordering on line is easy and they tell ur order is ready then you go to pu and have to wait....if I just walked in and purchased it would be faster...urghhh...why?????!!!!...nice people horrible process...

I frequent the location a lot specifically for the plants (obviously) my most recent visit however, my toddler and I were picking out some seeds and bulbs to plant and as we were checking out I was struggling with paying and keeping ahold of my angsty adventurous boy and the lady tried saying I was hiding a package of seeds as if I didn’t already hand her a handful to scan for me when she approached ME in line. Seriously? Seeing me constantly going after my toddler leaving my phone and wallet at checkout and struggling to pay and y’all are gonna side-eye me (someone who has no pockets or purse) of trying to take 2$ merchandise out of the store. I will pray for y’all’s business if y’all are gonna trip on random people over items they’re attempting to PURCHASE at CHECKOUT.

I'm doing a remodeling project at my business location and things and materials after the hard freeze we had on February. They are great deals with prices very low for my budget. Enjoying Home Depot good deals... Some pre-cut hard broad 24" x 48" nice for 4.95 a piece... This pieces are great for my art settings inside my building wall for the whole 🌎 world to see my beautiful drawing of beautiful People in the near future... Can't wait to finish... We bought a outside door for installation ! After full payment the store called and told us we have to draw a floor plan for them.. We explained that we are not a in construction and not drawing construction plans. Home depot General manager Barry is out on vacation Chris S was the manager on duty today. Home depot is in violation of the contract we signed and refusing to up hold there end of the contract. Home depot is charging me 353.41 restocking fee. Wow requested to speak to a manager multiple time no call back had to call the store 5 time today to talk to Chris S who was no help at all !!! do not waist your time with these people.. Real BAD customer service!!

I went in Calallen Home Depot to buy some plywood. Was pushing a cart because I had a knee brace on and have a hard time walking. I just got pushed off from one employee to the other. After about 20 minutes of trying to get help I finally said forget it. I went to Klotts Hardware in Orange grove and they help me out immediately. Home Depot used to be a good place to go but it’s not anymore. Been having trouble with them for over a year on their service.

mediocre store with so-so workers. Four cashiers standing around and no one really wanted to work. The one who did help us was not really friendly. Update: this store is even worse now! Absolutely the worst “customer service” in America. Returning an item took half an hour and the worker was down right rude.Update. Still not a properly trained staff working at this store. None of the employees tried to help. One was actually totally in the way and irritated that we were trying to buy stuff (even though that's how their paycheck is paid). Needed a vertical cart for some paneling. Couldn't find one anywhere and finally just carried the wood. An employee went by with the cart and wouldn't stop when I tried to get it from them. This store has some of the poorest customer service I have seen anywhere in America.Update. Tons of employees standing in groups chatting, not much offered in the way of help. Two guys in plumbing were helpful and friendly, but the rest of the store staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves.

Always doing their best and always more than fair. Only way this store could do me better is if they gave me top brand power tools and lumber for free and a massage while I waited for them to load me up. I really can't get enough of this location!

9 months of working on my house, and I was told when I signed up for a pro account, "no rush to bring back items you over ordered". We'll I went in today, and was denied all but one return item. I spent well over $40,000 in the last 9 months, and we're talking a couple hundred dollars worth of returns. NOW they are telling me I have 90 days to return stuff.....well I'm about $20,000 away from finishing the house, and guess where I'm not spending another dime. Way to avoid doing your job customer service (more like customer rejection desk)

Need experienced people especially paint can't seem to get color matches right nowhere close .Lumber department no one can answer questions except for I'm not sure I don't work this department. (Well why in the hell or you in it???)Or I ask for an item and they think it's on a top rack somewhere but not sure ( I guess I'm supposed to get a ladder and search up top in the storage)

I spend a lot of money here, I was in the checkout spending almost 1,000 just on household stuff and had the worst customer service experience, and by the “manager”! On top of that 3 people had to come to make sure we scanned everything in our cart 🙄🙄🙄 they sure weren’t going around to everyone else’s carts and making sure they had scanned everything! We’re officially done shopping here and will be heading to Lowe’s from now on.

I've always loved Home Depot but nobody knows where anything is in there, there's never anybody to help you. All those young people do is stand around on their phones talking & laughing. They should be using that time to familiarize themselves with the store so that they know where something is when someone asks them. We have a pro account with them also, so I'm in there very often. I honestly, seriously am thinking about switching to Lowe's. And we spend thousands and thousands of dollars every year at Home Depot for our trailer park. I went in there the other day trying to get compensated on my receipt for being overcharged on a sale item. I bought 10 of them at half price and they charged me full price. I was in there for an hour and a half and they still hadn't done it. I finally just left customer service and left my receipt there. Hopefully they finally credited back my bosses credit card.

Ask for help getting lumber down from shelves not accessible. Attendant said sure and would get someone. Someone never showed and I got tired of waiting. Guess they don't want to sell lumber or help customers.

Tool rental, be careful when you rent a tool. They don’t tell you when to return it and make you think there’s no time ticking. I got overcharged $200 for returning it 4 hours late. Which the employee failed to tell me I had a time to return. I escalated to manager which was a waste of breathe because she didn’t care. Home Depot doesn’t tell you time limit because they want to get money out of you. I rented the tool for the day and only used it for 3 hours max. So disappointed in the Home Depot.

Went to return some paint and purchase some new ones and lady in paint was rude and unprofessional. She was making up lies and then trying to put us on the spot telling other people these lies she made. Hopefully the manager fires people like that and try to get home depots rep back up. No need for employees like that.

I needed assistance with paint for a client project. Adrianna was not only unhelpful (because I assume she didn’t want to make the paint), but moved so slow (with no one else in line) I thought something was physically wrong with her. Glad to know she was okay since she had no problem showing PDA with one of the other workers.

We went into the store to purchase a refrigerator only to be told it will need to be ordered and delivered the 7th of June between the hours of 2:30 and 6:30 pm we made plans to be home only to get a text message that it will not be delivered Monday the 12th. Straight bad business..
