I have a mini dachshund. She weigh 7-1/2 lbs. I took her in for a nail trim. I have taken her before and the lady girl held her in her arms the whole time and was able to do the just by herself. My dog never gave her problems. This girl had her on a table and tied with the blue leash. She had to call another girl to hold my dog and I could hear my dog crying when I was in line trying pay for the service. I went back in the grooming center and my dog was till crying. I asked her are you hurting her and she said no and I said why is she screaming and crying. Another tech told me she is just yelling the she doesn’t like what they are doing to her and I said no ma’am she is hurting her!. She asked do you want me to continue and I said she yes and I stayed in there. She finished and gave her back to me. She barely did the paw she finished up on but the other nails on her paws wet so short! I could tell she hurt her and her nails were too short. She did it with the nail grinder but she went way too short! I will never take my dog back there again! You lost a customer and I feel terrible because I paid for her to hurt my dog!

I've been going to Petco for nearly a year in FL for both of my dogs grooming. I moved to TX, went online as I always do, selected the grooming, it gave me a procedure of $65 per dog, which aligned with what I've been paying.I get to the store and she told me the price was near $98 per dog! First of all my dogs are puppies, 10 and 11 month old small breed, 12 and 16 pounds. I would never pay that for my dog, as other groomers in this area charge as low as $38 per dog under 25 pounds.I will never return to Petco for grooming, and probably nothing else as well. This is not acceptable, bait and switch tactic.

Nohemi was very thorough as we dropped off our puppy for grooming. You could tell that she was passionate about her job and takes pride in her grooming. Overall, our puppy looked the best she’s ever been after grooming. We will be back to visit Nohemi again.

I was more than pleased with my dogs grooming. This was the first time in way too long, that I have been very happy with the grooming. My dog is a Yorkie and he looked like a Yorkie when done. Also, the groomer was very good to my little dog and you could see Chloe really cared about him and doing the great job that she did. I will definitely be back to her the next time. That young lady is definitely an asset to your grooming salon. I also would be happy to recommend her services to my friends and I have many with small dogs.

The staff was very friendly, but I was disappointed with the service. My pup was still damp when I picked her up, and her paws were still dirty, and there was still wax in her ears. When I came home, I had to brush her because she didn't seem thoroughly brush. This defeated the purpose of taking her to a groomer in the first place. I think I will just try a local groomer.

Charline was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She offered helpful advice without being condescending, and seemed truly interested in helping me be a better pet parent. Bella looked great when I picked her up, and from her actions, had a great experience that was not scary or stressful. I am so happy we tried Petco Grooming and that we found Charline! We will definitely be sticking with Petco in the future and have already booked our next visit!

I scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog on the Petco app and I got a call this morning that my appointment today has to be rescheduled...even though I had already made special arrangements to be gone from work today for her grooming appointment. They didn't have a good reason for canceling....just said they wouldn't have time and they are closing early...? Then she told me that the soonest they can reschedule is for a week away..which wouldn't be an issue if my dog were not covered in sticker burrs. Having to wait a week is eternity when your dog is covered in sticker burrs. Anyway.. This exact same thing happened last time (didn't actually dream it would happen again) I had a grooming appointment for my dog here. And that time was worse actually because they had to reschedule my appointment three different times. Apparently they said my first appointment was too late in the day even though I booked through the Petco app and chose from the available times that were offered to me. It shouldn't offer you the times if the times are not available. Long story short in total i had to reschedule that last appointment three different times. It was such a huge inconvenience. And then they nicked her very badly during that same appointment. I have been taking my dog to petco for grooming for over 10 years but looks like I will need to make other arrangements for the future.

My dog’s stylist was very caring. My dog went in for nail trim, but I had additional questions about both dog’s excess shedding. She went beyond the nail trim issue and offered advise on the shedding as well. Went as far as to show me tools and explain techniques that I could use to help with this issue. That’s someone who shows care for clients! Her demeanor also was very kind and pleasant, which is very soothing in these crazy times.

The dogs look great in their summer cut. The are treated very well, the groomers are friendly and treat the dogs great. My dogs both used to hate grooming, trying to run away before they entered the store. Since I changed to Petco they don't want to run away anymore, they willingly enter the store. They are received by dog loving friendly staff.

Chloe was very gentle with our 14 yr old dachshund and did a fast and efficient job on his nail trim. With a little help from another cheerful groomer we were on our way home in no time and our little dog wasn't stressed out at all. Many thanks!

The groomer did an excellent job! Everything was great. My concern is the cost. Bandit is a border collie and we get him shaved every few months so although his hair is long it wasn't that long and he had zero tangles. We were charged $15 for a brush out which made the total bill for plain bath and grooming $110. Then we tipped of course so our total expense for clipping a border collie was $130. That is TOO much!

My groomer really paid attention to my dog. She's much more comfortable with her shorter hair because of her dry skin. She also noticed an issue with her skin that I need to go to a vet for, and I'm very grateful for that. I'll always come to Petco for grooming.

The price for the grooming session was expensive. Additionally, the ladies at the front desk and the lady grooming the dogs were not friendly thus my rating. My dog's grooming session also included ear cleaning which I saw they did not do! Before you leave make sure to check that your dog has had a complete grooming session!

My dogs appointment was scheduled prior to rabies shot being expired. They had to reschedule my appointment 3 times and then refused to take him although his vet appt was scheduled for his shot update. Seeing as though, it was their fault his appointment was rescheduled so many times which put his rabiesnow expired at time of service they should have accepted him. The ladies were very unprofessional and rude. Hospitality definitely needs some work!

Horrible people!! Booked this appt a month out. Apparently the person I booked with did not put my dog down for a cut and they would not do it because the groomer "didn't have time". She was very rude and I will never bring my dog here again. Don't waste your time with these rude groomers. I'm so disappointed.

Brie did such an amazing job! Everytime I look at my doggy, I am overcome with pure happiness. Will definitely be using Brie again as a groomer. My Meikus has never been so beautifully cut and groomed before and I am extremely satisfied with Brie's performance.

We have been going to petco fot over a year for grooming. Bri is absolutely amazing with with our Geff. She is the best groomer there and the only groomer we will ever use. She's experienced, professional, knowledgable, friendly and treats our Geff like family.

I decided to use Petco based on a recommendation and lack of availability of my usual groomer. I would use Petco again if needed. Bri came highly recommended and was very friendly and demonstrates a lot of care for the pets she grooms.

Biscuits groomer, Yvette has so much patience with him, she gets to his level and talks to him, reassure him it's going to be ok. Our dog is very shy and scared when it comes to new people. Yvette be is real good with him.

Not impressed with their scheduling or service. I was rescheduled then later they cancelled my grooming appointment. I’m not waiting another month for you, Petco grooming. Took my business elsewhere. Don’t bother.
