Love this store and the staff was AWESOME! I was very pleased with their prices and they were running a special and I got a beautiful pet for a great price! It wasn't planned but love my new sugar glider. I also had a lot of different pet questions and the owner was very patient in answering all my questions. So glad they are on the island. Moving forward I will be going here for any pet supplies!

Great place for a diverse choice of pets. Couldn't ask for better service, they practically valet your car..well not exactly...but they will carry any and all of your purchases to your car especially if they are heavy at all. But more importantly everyone that works there is more than knowledgeable and educated about all of the pets available in the shop..and many that are not. I prefer shopping here over t he big name pet stores any day b/c of how valued I feel as a customer!

I love this place. I just recently bought my hedgehog from here I had been wanting a hedgehog since I was young and I finally found a place in corpus that sells them. The people are friendly and Ian one of the owners made my hedgehog dream come true with the perfect hedgehog! He went above and beyond putting in a lot of effort to get me this perfect hedgehog. I recommend this store to everyone. They have the best prices on pets and pet needs. Very high quality items and better prices than any chain pet store. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

This is an owner operated small business. Harvey destroyed thier original store in Port A after being open only a few days.The owners were so kind and showed our little ones the different animals including a piglet, bearded dragons and bunnies! You can tell they really enjoy caring for the animals they sell. Great variety of fish and other pet supplies!

They are experts at health foods for your pets and they constantly are improving their selections of products and the service is excellent. They deliver and do it with a smile. Only place I go for specific knowledge about food allergies and the best products available on the market for pets. Forget the big stores all together these guys go above and beyond!

The couple that run the location were so nice and helpful. My son just bought his first lizard from another supplier and they were quick to take care of us as if we bought him here. We aren't from here, but will definitely be back and will order from them our supplies.

This is a family-owned store with high-end pet food. It also has a wide variety of pets. The owners donated a complete setup, a frog, and a a lifetime supply of food for my Kindergarten classroom. Whether you're visiting the island or a local, this is a great shop!

Loved this place !! The owners are great people, they helped us choose a really good food for our dog. They have a nutritionist to help you figure out what's the best food for your baby/babies. They have other products for your baby's needs too.

The staff is so friendly and so helpful. They can answer any question you've got and have the best vet taking care of their pets. All pets get vetted before being sold so you can almost guarantee a good, healthy pet. They handle the animals often and allow others to do the same so you get friendly pets.

Very helpful & friendly employees!!! Great selection of products for all animals. Great and unique selection of animals!!!! Birds and parrots. Lizards, bearded dragons, rabbits, ferrets, tarantulas, Juliana Piglets, fish, etc!!!All very healthy, tame, well taken care of !!!! Extremely impressed with this place!!! Looks small from the outside but once you get inside, it's amazing!!!!!

Unethical business.I bought two items for my dog -- a bowl holder and flotation vest. Before I checked out, I asked the salesperson if I could return the bowl holder if it wasn't the right size for our bowls. She said "yes you can return it" clearly and unequivocally. But two days later (the day after Christmas) when I tried to return the items, I was told that no returns were allowed. They refused to honor the promise of the salesperson. To me, this is clearly unethical business practice.I am a big supporter of small businesses on the Island. But if a store treats customers like this, I don't see how it can survive. Especially when purchasing and returns are so convenient online.On top of this, the store is dirty, smells bad, and is very poorly stocked. Pet owners will probably be better served OTB.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Every time we go here we always spend more time than expected either chit chatting or visiting all the animals! And you can’t forget about April! The staff, they have gone out of their way on numerous occasions to make sure all of our critter needs are met. Even has delivered to Port Aransas when I just couldn’t find the time. 100% recommend paradise pet supply. Just down right friendly and honest. 🙌🏼😊😃

Worst company I’ve ever been too. Horrible customer service. They are extremely rude to their customers and talk bad about other pet stores. They make promises about helping your pet after you purchase from them and don’t honor them. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
